The worse dealership!!!!!!! If I could put 0 starts I would. Sold me a terrible car that has a list of problems don t go to this dealership please save your money

He was super helpful going as far as saying he would take care of any issues we had...until we signed the purchase agreement. Less than 24 hours after driving off the lot the oil light came on, okay no big deal, went and got an oil change. They say the battery is nearing the end of life. We brought the issue up and he got really defensive, going as far as to yell at my wife on the phone saying, "the battery cant be bad, it worked to drive off the lot". 24 hours later i drive the Pilot to work, there's no heat unless the engine was running at over 2k RPMs. He said his mechanic would take a look. 2 days later i dropped it off and got a "loaner" aka a Nissan Murano(blue, it's probably still for sale). WIthin 3 blocks the check engine light came on as well as the gas light, at least it had heat which brought along a urine smell. No one cared, he never even addressed any issue i brought up about it. The next morning the Murano didnt start...shocking.That night i dropped the loaner off and picked the Pilot back up. The heat still wasnt working despite him claiming his mechanic "had to turn the heat down it was so hot" not sure how that breaks within 10 miles of leaving his "shop". Brought it to a real mechanic and they took out both heater cores and cleaned them up, still no change so they'll both need to be replaced. He doesnt care. We had the battery tested by 3 shops and brought all the readings to him showing it was bad(including a reading from O'Reilly's). He wanted to go to his shop to have it tested, spoiler alert: his "shop" was the nearest O'Reilly's. The battery was so low they had to take it out and bring it inside to be tested. He was then rude saying, "just give them a new battery, they think we're crooks anyway" I wonder why we would think that...After all that he took the battery back to his lot to use in other cars.He is a liar and i wouldnt trust him with anything. Easily the worst car buying experience of my life.

Got my brakes done .Fair and quick service. Called me to let me know what needed to be done and approximate price. Always friendly and upfront.
