Received good and honest service. I had an appointment to have four new tires put on my car. After they put my car on the lift, they told me I really only needed 2 news tires. The employee told me my other two tires were totally fine. They could have changed and charged me for 4 news tires and I would have known 2 of the times we totally fine. I blew a tire and was towed to Tires Plus in Plymouth, it was toward closing time but they still got a tire in and replaced it within a couple hours. Tires Plus will always hook you up quickly.

They remodeled their waiting area so it is more user-friendly with comfortable chairs, similar to those in a coffee shop. They have an espresso machine with different flavors of coffee and tea.However, the bathroom needs to be cleaner. Or they need to have a second bathroom because they have the same bathroom facility for the staff members and the customers. This makes the bathroom very dirty because the employees are washing the oil off of their hands, so there are black streaks all over everything.They allow dogs in the waiting area so my dogs get to accompany every oil change.The employees are kind and take my concerns seriously, even if I don't have the correct terminology.Every time I go, I feel respected. They always make sure to apply any and all coupons that they have.

I recently used this Tires Plus location. I had no problems. Very simple to help your experience: 1) Make an appointment through the website! 2) Be very specific with what you want done. I had my truck serviced and a tire inspected. It went fine, and I was in and out in under an hour. I took the first appointment of the day, and I had no problems. I would go here again for work.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

I went to both Plymouth tire and Auto and tires Plus just to compare prices and the difference and service was almost comical. The man who helped me acted like I had insulted his mother by asking for the tire pricing. Plymouth Auto was courteous and professional. And also didn't have their staff in the parking lot smoking weed. Wouldn't let these guys near my car with a 10 foot poll.

I've sat in the waiting room countless times 30-45 minutes on average , waiting on late appointments to show up. I know how valuable everyones time is, so today I'm running 6 minutes behind. Yes, just 6 minutes. I call the store to inform them that I'm running 6 minutes behind and tires plus response to this is. " The best solution is to postopne your appointment to another day because the person scheduled after your alignment may be in around that time, and we will have to get them in first." Like what? And the kicker is I was told that the tech who is supposed to do the alignment is already working on 2 other cars, so I'm like, how would I even get in on time anyway? The moral of the story is this. This location has certainly earned a 3.6 average, and the reviews/rating dosent lie. I'll never come back to this location. Unprofessional staff always and they are always trying to upsell service or products.

Had a simple flat tire. After getting a tow here was told that they don t work on Teslas. Not sure why this would be the case considering it s a tire problem. Nothing special about those. Got a tow to discount tire where they handled it no problem.

Great customer service at this store. Wonderful, professional employees who have been there for many years. Special thanks to manager Dustin and service manager Andrew who are always willing to fit me into their busy schedules! Thanks for always being there to accomodate whatever my car repair needs are.

I went here for a simple flat tire this morning. The guy s lingered around for about 30 minutes then came and told me they couldn t fix the flat.Ok,cool. The guy tried to make me buy 3 new tires, when the ones that I got are about 4 months old. Don t go here if you re looking for quality service.

Worst location I have been to yet was there for an alignment had put in a ton of new parts and was told my tie rods were bad. As a mechanic myself I took it home thinking I needed parts but what I found was absolutely nothing wrong with it at all!! All of the joints are tight and passed inspection. These guys are all totally Incompetent and should not touch a vehicle. I will be getting names of the people that were working on my vehicle and updating my review with corporate what an absolutely joke.Service: Wheel alignment

Profanity and very unprofessional behavior from the employee. Made an appointment to replace air filter / engine oil AND brake fluid. Called and made sure they got all the information down in their system and was told to just drop the vehicle off. Today when I went to pick up the vehicle , I did not see the brake fluid work done; so when I asked the guy at the service desk , he was very rude and unprofessional and told me that I should have told him when I dropped the vehicle off. I kept telling him that the folks who took the call on Monday specifically said I don't need to do that. He was using foul language and refused to say his name when I said I wanted to talk to the manager. I have been going to Tiresplus for years and i will never go back again !!Service: Oil change

I ve been going to this location in Plymouth, Mn for years for oil changes and tires. I ve never had any problems and nothing but the best and professional service by all. I had an unexpected slit in my tire while heading out on a trip and the quick and prompt service was absolutely wonderful and made my day ! Kudos to you all !Service: TiresService: Tires

Took my new set of snow tires to Discount Tire initially and once they found out the tires came from somewhere other than Discount Tire they tried to tell me they were the wrong size and incorrect for the car because they had a 99 load rating instead of a 100. Little did they know I'm a former German specialty shop service manager and I have more than a few clues about cars. I decided to give Tires Plus a try as I had been here before in the past with good results. Today was another good experience with the staff and work performed on my Audi A6. I also tend to pay attention to what the service writers and staff are saying to customers as I have a pretty solid BS meter when it comes to automotive repairs. From what I witnessed today during approximately an hour in the waiting room was positive. No scare tactics or obvious attempts to take advantage of people that clearly didn't know much about cars. All of the staff I was in contact with were friendly and professional. A pretty solid compliment from me as I once had to take an issue to the Tires Plus Corporate office level after a horrible experience at the former Blaine store... had sworn off TP for years. ;-)

Let me start by saying my car is a piece of S***. I have been pushing it, in hopes of getting a new one soon, but my tactics failed me when my break pads wore out and my calipers broke and locked my wheels. Luckily I was 2 minutes from this location and the took my car in 20 minutes before the shop closed, on a Saturday! I just want to say the lady working in the front office susane (I think that is her name) is a GEM. If you ever need to hear your car neeeds over $3000 of suggested work, she is the one to do it. They were great. They took me in on the spot Saturday and got it back to me Sunday running great! They only fixed what I asked for and even rotated my tires. I have been to many shops and never had such great service. Truly greatful to everyone that helped me out. Will return... Hopefully with a new car, and less problems.

The staff at the Plymouth Tires Plus are very knowledgeable and have fantastic customer service. The manager Dusty was very courteous and explained the differences between the tire brands and what would be the best bang for my buck. I was a walk in customer and he got my vehicle in right away. I have recommended this place to all my family and friends. You can't go wrong with Dusty and his crew!!

The Manager of the store has been there a long time. I remembered working with him several years ago and had a good experience so I thought I would go back. I needed two new tires, two tires inspected and possibly repaired, and an oil change.He was friendly but not very explanatory. He gave me some prices on tires (which were way out of my budget) then tried to find some less expensive tires. I was a little disappointed that Tires Plus had such a difficult time finding tires for my van as I drive a very common vehicle.During the tire search process he began an explaintion with "Listen, Sweetheart" and it immediately put me off. Is it 1950?! I instantly felt like I was being taken advantage of because I'm a woman.I took my business to Discount Tires and their prices were about $50 less per tire. They also didn't charge me to repair the other two tires that were leaking air. Tires Plus wanted to charge $30/tire for repairs.I will say that the oil change price was reasonable at Tires Plus, but I won't give them my business.

Every time I've gone in for an oil change I've also requested a tire rotation, and every time they noted that a tire rotation was not necessary. This latest time I went in I also requested they take a look at my tires. They told me the tread was low on my front tires and I should get new ones, then proceeded not to rotate my tires. My tires are now unevenly worn because they refused to rotate them even though they knew it was needed. It's clear to me that they just want to sell tires and do not care about maintaining those tires whatsoever. They'll also tell you that you should replace your wiper blades and engine air filter every time you go in, which you don't need to do, and their wiper blades run $30. They're scam artists. Definitely do not recommend.
