These workers are literal angels! I had brought my car over as I couldn t put on my spare alone and they were about 20 minutes from closing and still helped me put my spare on. I felt so bad but these the guy and girl working were so kind and understanding and overall great people! They even put some new tire equipment on for me and gave me advice without any charge. Thanks guys!

My car was towed here after I realized I had a flat tire. The folks greeted me at the door, checked me in and were able to switch out my tire that day. Jason was kind, understanding, and very informative on what could have caused this and tips to avoid this from happening next time. I would highly recommend this tires plus location. I can t believe it only has 3 stars. I only experienced 5 star service.

Please avoid going here if you can. I brought my car in for a simple oil change, tire rotation, and to get some TPMS sensor s replaced. Unfortunately I felt as if I was being up-sold and charged extra as soon as they started working on my car. For example, I had a coupon for a $30 oil change, and when I told the front desk staff I would like to apply it, they told me they already had some applied . Took a look at my bill and they charged me $98 for an oil change, no coupons added, didn t even bother to ask if I wanted standard or synthetic, of course gave me the more expensive one. Next (and most importantly) they informed me I had 2 TPMS sensors that needed replacing. I obliged and told them to replace both because I trusted that they were being truthful, which cost me over $300 all together. Less than a week later my tire pressure light came back on, indicating that the sensor was faulty again or never even replaced. I ve tried to call them multiple times to fix this issue and no one ever answers the phone. Overall I am so disappointed with this experience. I can t help but feel like they charged me extra for things and up sold me because I m a woman. Who knows, maybe I didn t even need 2 sensors replaced and they were being deceptive! Please avoid this shop if you can.

I had my vehicle towed here to have my flat tire repaired. When I picked up my car I noticed the Tpms light was still on. I went back inside the shop to let them know I needed my tire pressure checked. When I was walking back to my car, a guy came ou to say he had already checked it. I told him the light was still on. He said it would go off after I drove the car. I told him normally it goes off immediately after I correct the tire pressure. I drove my car over a couple of miles, the light was still on. I pulled in to the holiday gas station to check my tire pressure, the psi in all tires should be 40. The right front tire that was replaced was 45, the rear was 25, and the other ones were correct. After I was done correcting tire pressure the tmps light immediately went off.

Tried to make me pay 2k for a $300 job. Charged me diagnostics for something they messed up in the first place. Not the first time tires plus has tried to scam me. Has happened at multiple locations.

They are scammers! They quoted me $2,000 to replace the brakes when all I needed was $5 of brake fluid.
