DISHONEST FROM MANAGER TO TECHNICIAN!One star is too good for this place! I paid for an inspection, but definitely did not get one. 7 days after the "service", I decided to change my air filter before a long road trip. I opened the filter compartment and found a filthy filter and about 50 walnuts. My SUV has been in my garage, and I don't have walnut trees (it's from parking at my dad's months ago). The manager protected the technician instead of dealing with his nonexistent service.

The team is very good at analyzing car issues, creating an available time to set up with Brain, the top mechanic, and getting the job done. They are extremely honest in telling you if your car needs really needs the repair or not. Keep up the great work!

Had a routine oil change done. It was easy to get scheduled. The service was performed quickly and thoroughly. They reported to me other problems that needed addressing. Staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Tires Plus New Hope!

I am so impressed by the staff and the work done at this Tires Plus location. Not only did they do excellent work on my car, I heard them tell another customer that they did not need a new battery (although the customer was told by another vendor that it was needed). The technician said the battery was in fine shape and he couldn't understand why the customer was told otherwise. So ethical! I will come back here with any car needs in the future!

The General Manager at this location Nathan Price is the best, knowledge, friendliness, and customer service exceeds anywhere I have been to! I recommened going here as you get top notch service in a timely manner. Thanks Nathan for the outstanding customer service!

Super friendly. Applied coupons without me having to ask.Update 1/26/24Was told on Tuesday that they wouldn t do my wheel alignment or rotation because I needed a new front left wheel bearing. Also said I didn t need to rotate my tires? Even though I ve gone about 5k miles since my last one. Tires plus in new hope told me to go back to the Firestone I originally had my bearing fixed at because it was under warranty. Today I m at Firestone in Brooklyn center & they tell me there s nothing wrong with my wheel bearing & that they just didn t want to do my alignment because I purchased the wheel alignment for life & they don t get paid to do it once it s free. My time was wasted & I will never return to the new hope location.

Everybody on the staff here. Extremely friendly. Knowledgeable. Get your taken care of quick and get you out of there. Truly a great network neighborhood garage to have. Don't worry about and take it in the cleaners when you go there to get your oil changed management top rate. They make sure everything's taken care of even provide coffee for you over there. Didnt try upselling me anything i didnt want. Took less than 24 hours to fix the problem. It was an 02 sensor. Probably a 30 minute job or less. But i understand the need for a diagnosis. The thing that took yhe longest was working with my aftermarket warranty company. Which they did.

Got a battery installed in December. It's now August. Here it is 8 months later my car wouldn't start. I had to get a jump. With my car now running I stopped at a shop near my office to have the battery checked. The battery was drained and leaking battery fluid. I couldn't remember if the battery came with a warranty. I was in no mood to drive all over and to wait weeks for an appointment. The other shop changed out the battery for me right away and the battery cost less too. A battery should last more than 8 months!!Service: Battery

I got a flat and pulled into the strip mall parking lot to change it. When Nate saw me struggling to get the lugnuts off my tire, he helped me BIG TIME!! I pulled into the lot (after hours mind you) and he helped get the swollen nuts off, put air in my spare and got me back on the road in no time (at no cost to me). Nate is a lifesaver!!! I'm so thankful to have run into him.

I have been to this location with a couple different cars. I had a slow leak and didn t want to deal with - I made an appt, ordered two new tires for time/cost efficiency, went to the restaurant next door and then they called me . They Wanted clarification on why I was ordering new tires but NOT repairing the leak.I explained, but then said they could look at that.ABOVE AND BEYOND any sort of customer service I ve ever dealt with! Instead of me paying almost $350 for new tires etc. they repaired it and charged me $32. I can t explain the amount of appreciation I have for people that look out for people. Thank you. Your staff and store is amazing!

Stay away from this place. Was told they had no time to spend 15 minutes to look at my flat tire but if we were willing to buy new tires no problem can get me in same day. Working with Nate was not great - we did not feel like our flat tire was something they should be bothered with, overall poor customer service, rude and made really no effort to help us. We waited 3 hours and ended up leaving without any repair.

I had a flat tire and Kim and Mike were great helping me out with it and Kim was very thorough making sure all the tires were at the correct levels, I will be returning for future services there.

Great service team and management. They have really made some adjustments, and it's much easier to get in the door now. It's great to see the changes made for the better.-----Previous Review, 2021Sad to be adjusting down to two from a five-star review, but it just seems like they don't have time these days.Not just this year either, I live nearby and have been trying to get a vehicle in here for a couple years now. I keep getting steered to other vendors when the shop doesn't have time in their perennially busy schedule. I see three bays open today, but somehow they don't have time for my easy Fix-A-Flat.. Maybe the over scheduling has gotten out of hand... Or understaffing?I have a flat tire here. It needs to get fixed. Other vendors do this in 1 to 2 hours, but I'm told that I need to leave it here, "and we might be able to get to it today". Give me a break guys.---Previous review, 2017:Favorite Tire shop in Minnesota. The staff is trustworthy and doesn't cut Corners. They always let you know what's recommended, and how to save money when possible. Get the Store card and save 5%!!!

Friendly service, they kept me updated through the process, and from diagnosis to driving it home repaired took less than 3 hours. I bring both my vehicle and our work van here for oil changes and rotations. Always a pleasure working with the mechanics and other employees. Always get the job done in an hour or less (I make an appointment online, very easy).

Came out to my car a little after 9am today. Huge bummer because unfortunately for me my spare was also damaged. Horrible day! Called into the New Hope shop to find they were really busy but more than happy to take care of my needs without hesitation. Brought my tire in at 10am they quoted me at a 25minute wait. Nope, I barely got a chance to sit when they called my name. Great customer service too! They were extremely helpful to an older lady and quite humorous. Definitely will be my go to place especially with the quality of service, trust in knowledge, and prices. Thanks guys for being my saving grace Did not catch any names but Sam was the gentleman who answered my phone call. Also a gentleman with dreadlocks who commented on my hair during checkout was super cool.

This store particularly is really nice looking. Customer service is a little bump over many retail repair shops. The four out of five is simply because they are just a little overpriced. However the customer service still stands at five out of five. And this includes the back shop

Edit to my review from 5 years ago:I went back 8/2023 and got a great price on 4 tires. Why this rating went up to 2 stars. The TIRES.They would have gotten more, but they still tried to rip me off. They already had my car on the lift for a full set and I had a kinda loose rocker bar in the driver side.$60-70 part.. 30 min job and my tires are already off...less hassle.They said $600.00....yes...six hundred!Then...Watched them tell a man on Oxygen $296 to install a $120 battery lol and his was still working just was gonna go Then ...Watched them let a lady leave after waiting 4 hours without informing her they cut her lugnut..she had to come back and make a new appointment for a repair/ replacement.Past post:They over charged me, and ripped me off.

We had a coupon for free installation here. After buying some $425 tires and getting a $90 alignment it was quoted around $550. we all of a sudden have a 700 dollar invoice... All the work was already done so we didn t have much choice but to pay. Almost 200 dollars in labor fees. Manager Rich assured me that his math added up and then they weren t doing anything wrong. Didn t work with me at all in trying to solve what clearly was an issue. Never going back here again. I bet everyone gets different prices for their tires based on how much they feel they can get you for. I thought car shops weren t allowed to do this thing anymore but it must not apply to tire shops. I would ve been better off going to a dealership at those rates.
