I am deliriously happy with the customer service I received from Tires Plus. Having had a road incident and a blown tire, waiting (too long) for AAA to come and tow me, etc. we barely squeaked in at just before closing time, and the manager stayed around to accept my car. The tires I ended up getting are fantastic, and I am very happy with them; They also repaired the underside of my car, which was not expected. I will now bring all of my tire needs to this particular Tires Plus in St Anthony Village from now on. This kind of service is old-school but so desperately needed in our time. Kudos to all of them for their help.

I enjoyed my experience at the Tires Plus located in St. Anthony. The staff were professional, courteous, and helpful. I felt confident in their service because of their transparency and friendliness. I will return for more services.

the guy who helped me at tires plus today was AMAZING. I popped a tire and he went above and beyond to get my tire and rims replaced in only a couple of hours so I didn t have to go without a car. I will definitely be coming back.

This was my first experience using this location of Tires Plus. Ray and Doug were very helpful and easy to work with. They didn't have an appointment available but said if I left my car for the day, they would fit it in, which they did and they called at 6 to say it was ready. So grateful I could get my 2 front tires, 1 in bad condition, replaced quickly and with very friendly customer service - I will definitely go back.

Missed placed my key fob thing for about 15 minutes or more, but an honest mistake. Super friendly people and would return again if need be. They didn't try to up-sell me on tires, just laid out the options, and told me I didn't need the expensive ones.

Don t go to this store as they are only after your money/ I dropped by car for low air leak. Gina called me after calling me that puncture is near wall and I have to replace all 4 tires. In fact, I changed the tire in June 2021 with them and she didn t even look at the history. The worst is that I drive only 14k miles in 2 years and tires are in great condition (attached picture) . Now I question if I had to change my tires last time!!!! I ll report this to BBB. I just wanted all to be aware.Service: Tires

Do yourself a favor and don't come here. I went in to get some wheels swapped and they were unable to get my car (which has stock suspension) onto the lift because it was "too low". Waited over an hour and a half for that. They were also going to charge me $20 for this, Discount tire will do it for free.

This doesn t pertain directly to me but for my sister, and how terrible her experience along with the poor customer service she dealt with. Moreover, this was our 1st time going to this specific Tires Plus location and is definitely our last time going there!

I had an appointment on Saturday 1/7/23 at noon to mount new tires on wheels, before I head out I called and talked to the manger confirming my appointment when I got there they took my keys and I explained to them what it needs. I waited over an hour they told me they can t install my tires on my wheels due to the place doesn t have the proper tools. They loaded my tires and wheels in the truck bed and handed me my keys. I honestly didn t check to make sure they didn t damage my wheels (maybe reason why they don t want to work on it).Your business literally is tires plus not bob auto shop if you can t do a simple tire swap let the customer know right away not after over an hour and half. I have never been disappointed at a business as this place, when I walked out the manager was kind of laughing at me. The worst part is I chose you guys over discount tire, I do not recommend this place at all.

.01 star Got a set of new tires from them. One went flat while I was on the highway, and needed to be replaced with the extra protection I purchased. They came up with 100 reasons they couldn t replace the tire.

Don t waste your time getting brakes done here. They fixed my brakes and after multiple follow up visits where they say nothing is wrong even though they are squeaking and causing the steering wheel to shake. Brought it somewhere else who said I need pads and rotors just months after getting them done here.Service: Brake service & repairService: Brake service & repair

Stopped in to get my tire pressure checked. The two employees working at the counter asked me if I bought the tires from their store (have never been asked that at other locations) when I said no they asked if I knew which tire was low and if I could just do it myself. Told both employees that I did not know which tire was low (I needed help checking) and if I knew how to do it myself I wouldn t be at the store asking for help. They basically refused to provide service and were extremely rude. Walked out because I was not going to beg employees to actually do their job. Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Would not recommend.

They don't appreciate or know how to handle a customer. The help desk lady kept answering phone call after another while I am standing. Then she has to focus on her daughter who is playing in the shop looks like she has a little day care there and customer totally ignored.

Amazing, they are the best. They are short staff, but they make you feel like your as important as if they were not busy at all. They are willing to go above and beyond to help you in an emergency situation, from my experience. Keep up the great work St. Anthony MN. Tires Plus. You are worth ever but of this review, you a appreciated.

Lived and used tires plus st. Anthony for 30 years. They're now a screw job when they do any work on your car. $600 to replace a windshield washer reservoir!!! Don't go here anymore.

I've never had a bad experience at this tires plus location they never try and force me into repairs that aren't needed right away and the staff are pretty knowledgeable about cars.I know about cars but I've been in the store when other customers have been in there that don't know much about cars and all their questions are always answered correctly and they are given truthful answers.I'll definitely keep going here for my regularly scheduled service intervals.

They charged me $200 for a tire that cost $120 at discount tire. Claimed it was a winter tire !

I made an appointment for 2 different tasks on my car (mounting 2 tires and an alignment), but when I got there I was told they could only do the tire mounting. I have no complaints about the tire mounting and balancing, but it was frustrating to have to arrange another trip to a mechanic for an alignment. They also pushed additional work that literally 3 other mechanics within the past month had said was unnecessary.

Told the guy I would do the hour wait time option to get tires aligned, I just wasn t going to wait there. Never got a call or update (gave them plenty of time too bc I went shopping nearby). When I did call he proceeded to say I never chose their hour option, was rude about it and totally shrugged me off. The staff isn t professional at all and found out they couldn t even align the wheels. They said on their end it s perfect when the wheels were leaning to the left. Took it to a different place and it s fixed. This place is a scam, they talked my husband into previously purchasing lifetime wheel alignment. Don t go here, lost all trust.

Wonderful experience! I felt very valued and respected by staff. All of my (many) questions were answered thoroughly and articulately. I went on a whim because I needed an oil change and it was close to home. But, I was treated so well, (better than I have ever been treated by anyone anywhere else that I have gone to get my car serviced in the past!) that I will be back for any and all future car service needs!

I have been using this Tires Plus for 3+ years, and there are pros and cons to working with them. First, every time I have low air in my tires, a tech always helps me fill them up free of charge. This is an amazing value to me as I cannot do it myself. They even put my spare tire on for me when I had a flat. They also went above and beyond to find the exact tire in a timely manner that I needed - for a great price - when I needed to replace the flat tire.There is a new guy working at the store who is extremely lacking in knowledge and hard to work with. I drop my car off, not feeling confident that he understood what needed to be done with my car. I would recommend interacting with Steven if possible. He is the best customer service tech at the store, explains things clearly, and understands what you need.Overall, I would recommend using this Tires Plus for the pricing and customer service, but be extremely explicit about what you want and need and do not agree to anything without hearing the prices and having them prove to you what is wrong and why.

This location for me was always the go to location but I after this morning I think I m going to need to find a new go to a place. My family and I have been faithful loyal customers for years but in my opinion over the past handful of years the quality service at this location has steadily started to decline. The last straw was this morning. I showed up right at 7am, right at opening for an oil change and was told that there s absolutely no way and I ll have to wait until Tuesday. Call me crazy and say that I might not understand how scheduling works for an auto garage but I literally walked in the door right at 6:59 and there s no way you can get me in even if I left my car with you? Oh well, maybe I m overreacting, but at least the new location I choose will be more professional and might actually do more of the plus service than these guys claim to do.

I took my car to this place because my car had engine noise. They told me there was nothing wrong with my car. I took the car to different place and they told me the oil was completely empty and for my surprise the tire plus mechanic marked green on oil level , on the report sheet.That tells me they don't do the work for you guys.
