Efficient, helpful, and kind! I had my tires replaced recently and the tire pressure light never went off. I had researched some "trouble shooting ideas" but none resolved the problem. I came to Tires Plus in Edina (though not the location I originally had my tires replaced at) and the service was outstanding! The individual that helped me was willing to drop what he was doing in the office to come out and assist me, and we were able to get the computer reading reset within minutes of my arrival! Grateful for a car servicing company that still puts value in their customers and provides excellent service!

The staff is so great to work with. Very welcoming and accommodating. They found my account, had all the history and warranty info. They found a nail in the tire which was causing it to lose pressure and fixed it right away. The repair was covered 100%! So great! I was on my way in no time. Love this location and the staff!!

I have recommended this business to several people. They are all so friendly and helpful. They don t mind answering questions. They re efficient. They fix whatever issues I bring in. They don t pressure me to do or buy additional things. They are so respectful. Love this place !!!

Best service I have ever received at an auto shop. They are always accommodating with your schedule, explain the services needed in detail, and are courteous and friendly.I needed a headlight bulb replaced and they were out of stock of the one I needed. They ran to the Firestone by Southdale and picked up the bulb and changed it for me while I waited. Entire thing took under 20 minutes. My dealership charged me $100 to replace a headlamp which they had in stock.They are always happy to check air pressure in my tires too and fill them if needed.

I came in a few weeks ago to get a tire repaired and Jonathan was awesome! He took care of me quickly and was great to work with.When it was time to get out car serviced, the only reason I came back was because of Johnatan but will be coming back because of Nate. This shop billed about $600 for replacing a Benz bulb. When asked how, they accepted overbilling and got it down to around $400. they said it needed a special seal, hence the high bill bill for a bulb. A few months after, I find out there's no seal in changing a headlight bulb, infact you dont any tools; just your hands!!Will not recommend because of that.11/22/2023 @ 10:39After my review, somebody by name by Bryan replied and wanted me to email with details like receipt, invoice number which I did. Nobody has replied since. i wonder if it was just to make them seem like they care.Hey Bryan, am still waiting fir your reply and will continue updating this review or opening a new one!!

I had a flat tire and only had to wait an hour, which was good. But when I left, I had to turn around and go back because the young gentleman that fixed my tire didn't reset my tire sensor. So another gentleman had me go to where they have a little station that checks customer tires. He reset my sensor and also checked my other tires and found out I needed air in them too. Great customer service at this location.

Tires Plus, Richfield Mn location....hands down is a step above excellence! up front greeting by a gentleman by the name of Nate" runs a tip-top operation to let the customer know you will be taken care of in regards to the needs of your vehicle. ...The Technician"Jerry" showed me exactly all issues that are important to get done 1st . Then he mentioned other items that will need attention at a later date.....that showed me that he/Tires Plus wasn't out to get every dollar out their customer......that's awesome and I appreciate that and all customers appreciate that kinda treatment.

Tires Plus in Richfield has been great the past 20 years for my oil changes! They have long term employees who are always extremely helpful and nice. Nate, the manager is great! So is the new guy, Eric. Plus, many others over the years. I LOVE that they always price match without any hassle.

Ty helped me efficiently and kindly. I needed a code run on my engine, he quickly realized the code was popping up for an emissions issue because my gas cap wasn t screwed on all the way! Saved me time and money, big time. More than anything I really appreciated the patience, clear communication and efficient service he showed me.

Purchased four tires... Called for when it was going to be ready they said 2 hours. Showed up 2 hours later... Waited 2 and a half hours more for my vehicle.... Felt a vibration on the highway around 70 mph... Took it to another tires Plus location and they told me none of the wheels were balanced at all. Not sure I will return to this tires Plus location.

This location was quick to get my car in after running over a bolt (on a holiday weekend Sunday!) Above all, the store Manager, Nate, was exceptionally honest while also balancing the right thing to do proactively for my vehicle. He was thorough, the price was affordable, and he was able to order & complete my tire replacement quickly.I highly recommend this location, especially if you can work with Nate.Service: Tires

I am usually not one to complain about bad service, but if I could give this location 0 stars I would. Back in July I took my 2006 Nissian Sentre to get an oil change, I Usually go to a different place but I was expecting this to be just a quick oil change. When I was driving home from the oil change, My fiance (Who was following me in her car) almost hit me because my brake lights were not working (They were working the drive to the tires plus.) So The next day I called them because the time I got home they were closed. When I called them they right away were giving me the go around, saying that 120 people experienced something similar.So I finally got them to look at my car a couple days later, when talking to the mechanic he was being very curt and rude, telling me that there is no way of doing an inspection of the car would have messed with the brake lights. He told me he tried to check my brake light switch and but that it could be the wiring in the car itself. They replaced the bulbs on my brake light for free to see if that was the problem.They were trying to charge me $180 just to see what the problem was as they called me saying my car was finished even though the brake lights still weren't working! They sent me away with no brake lights!. When I returned home frustrated I ended up getting a new brake light switch and replacing it myself. It worked perfectly!�Except the left light wasn't lit up at all so I went to go look at the bulb itself!But ... and here is another kick in the face! This is how they put in one of the bulbs that they replaced! They didn't even put it in the socket!I have never felt more disrespected in my life, never going to this location or company probably ever again.

Service was above and beyond. Got a nail in my tire this past Sunday just as I was about to head home on a 7 hour road-trip back to Canada. Showed up seeing if they d take a walk up- they didn t have an opening till Wednesday. When I explained my situation Jonathan offered to repair the tire after the day s appointments were done. He stayed late to ensure I was able to get back on the road safely. Thank you for your help Jonathan!Service: Tires

I called and spoke to a guy named Jonathan. I asked him for two front tires. He gave me one price over the phone for the total job including labour, tax and fees. When I showed up he gave me a price that was $150 more. I asked why the difference he said he didn't know and denied speaking to me over the phone and quoting me that price. He lied to simply get me into his shop and then switch the price and wouldn t honor what he quoted over the phone 30 minutes earlier. This is simply lying and stealing instead of doing business. How long do you think you can lie and steal from people and still stay in biz Jonathan. Do you think you could force me to pay what you want just cause I m in your store? Do you think no one is gonna find out that you lie and steal from people think again Mr Jonathan. Honest, people don t exist anymore!!?? Tires plus hires ex cons it seems???!!! I wish I could give negative stars!!!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Courtesy, always up front about what may be needed followed up by a phone call on what is actually needed and the cost, excellent staff, work is always done without any unforeseen problems and they have worked hard to develop a trust with myself and friends I have sent there.

They were helpful and got things done in the time they said they would. They were even open on Labor Day, which was when they completed the work. This was great because I was leaving town the next morning after visiting for the weekend.

I have enjoyed years of excellent and honest service at Tires Plus Richfield. I regularly purchase tires, have oil changes and have maintenance done to all of our Honda/Acura vehicles here. Recently I had a scheduling miss communication problem with the online scheduling team from Tires Plus corporate. I brought the car in for a winter to summer tire swap and oil change. I explained how I needed the car done as the initial response from the corporate schedule had acknowledge and then the day of the scheduled service had been pushed out 1 week. I explained I was willing to leave the car for them to work in and they happily took care of our need and the called me that afternoon to say the car was complete and ready to go!
