If I could give them a zero star rating, I would have. Had an appointment at 11 am today through caradvise for an oil change and wheel alignment. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes without ANY UPDATE from the service managers if my truck was being worked on. Got up to look why it was taking so long and sure enough, NOTHING. Three bays open, wheel alignment bay is open, three people standing around. Wasted my damn time waiting, and their excuse was that they were backed up. Well, of course you are, standing there doing nothing. Never again, and I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. EVER.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!I was referred to them a few years back by my mechanic. A guy named Jessie used to be a manager here, but he left at some point. I called on Monday of last week because my check engine light came on. I had done some research so I had a pretty good idea of what the problem was. I dropped my car off on Tuesday, they identified the problem Wednesday morning and said my car would be ready Wednesday evening. I received no call on Wednesday. No call Thursday morning. I called Thursday and they said that my car will be ready later that evening. I received no call Thursday night. Finally, I had enough and drove up there on Friday to see what was going on with my vehicle that was supposed to be ready on Wednesday. I get there and they tell me that my car isn't starting and they ordered parts on Thursday. This is news to me at this point. My car was starting just fine prior to bringing it to them. They said they replaced the fuse and should be ready Friday evening. I received no call. I call Saturday morning and they told me that my engine is flooded!!! John had the nerve to tell me "If you want to tow it to the dealership then be my guess. I cant have you calling me every 5 minutes." I was PISSED!! After they did nothing but destroy my vehicle, I still payed them $900 to get my car back. They quoted me $3700 to replace my turbo. I brought it somewhere else and they said ABSOLUTELY nothing is wrong with my turbo. It was the PCV valve that is under the valve cover. Tires plus was too lazy to check that so they said it was the turbo. Imagine paying $3700 dollars and you still have the same issue. NEVER WILL I EVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!!

This place is a joke! They called me 4:17pm on a Saturday and said my car was ready for pick up. I dropped it off Friday afternoon and they told my car should be finished before they closed. If not they said Saturday morning. I got a ride there and arrived at 5:30pm. They close at 6pm. Nobody was there and the doors were locked. Sunday morning they open at 8am which I again arrived at 8:30am and nobody was there and the doors were locked. I missed my appointment at 9am and am still without my car. Super pissed off.

I had an issue with my fuel pump which was replaced at this location about 7 months ago. They got me in quickly, replaced the part under warranty, and didn't charge me for it at all. It's pretty rare these days to be treated respectfully right out of the gate at a mechanic shop, and I am very happy with how they handled the issue.

My first time experience was awesome. Jonathan took the time to explain and breakdown everything that I needed to know and was honest and didn't take advantage. Was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I walk in several times and they always try hard to give me a solution to the problem I present them. I mostly rely on tireplus crew when my car emergency arises than other car shops.Totally satisfied with their services. I recommend anyone who needs reliable car service to visit tireplus

Doesn't matter how busy they get, as long as you make an appointment and communicate with them they will definitely deliver. I will only go to this location they always provide professionalism and honesty and integrity.

I made two different appointments with tires plus in Brooklyn Park. Both times I went over there to keep my appointment, but they said they had more important work to do and I was not in the system. If I could give them a zero star, I would do that.

Is there a way to do 0 stars? DO NOT GO HERE or any Tires Plus if you care about your wheels. They damaged all 4 of my wheels with their tire machine. When I reported it to corporate, their claims specialist tried to push the blame on me when you can see damage originating from between the wheel and tire. I sent them the estimates after they requested that I get the repair quoted and now its been over a month of unanswered phone calls and emails. My only option now is to try to take it to court. Oh, also they double charged me for the tire disposal fee.Does this sound like a place you want to take your car?

I needed a tire on my rental truck. They ordered the one I needed, and had it ready to rock the day it came in. A meeting I was in ran late, and I wasn't able to pick it up by the time they closed and I NEEDED that tire. Johnathan was so helpful and kind and said he would still be there for a while after they closed. He allowed me to come and pick it, and helped me out to my car with it. His kindness and willingness to go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service really left a great impression on me, and I hope Tires Plus realizes what a great asset to their team he is.Thank you Johnathan, and the rest of the team at Brooklyn Park, Tires PlusKirsten L

My Dad took his car for an alignment and tech told him they wouldn't do the alignment unless he let them replace the camber bolt. Dad agree with the replacement. Came home and check, they didn't changed the camber bolt. They charged my dad $70 for parts that has never been replaced. Smh what joke. Talk to the store manager and they total change the topic. Reporting to bbb and getting a lawyer. Tech doesn't know what their doing. They need new employees and storemanager.

My Service Advisir Jesse and the mechanic that worked on my Jeep were absolutely amazing! Fin8sh before said time and the mechanic notice one of my D rings was loosevand fell off and he told me and put it back on for me! Both of them are definately an asset to the company and should get a raise!!! I hope I get them everytime I go in! Place was clean and prices are average like anywhere else and they had coffee!!!

The person working at the front desk named Paul was very disrespectful when talking to me. He spoke to me in a rude and descending way, and he was very cheeky. I also watched him do the same to other customers while I was there. I was not surprised when I later saw another negative review on here about his behavior. Jesse was helpful and respectful when I interacted with him when I picked up my car.Service: Tires

Paul, the guy who works upfront, must hate minorities. Why would you tell your customer I don't understand your english? Or that something is not available when you didn't even bother looking it up? I made an appt for 1pm, arrived few mins before. Asked Paul how long the alignment takes because I had to get back to work, He said 1hr. Ok, I can wait. 30 mins later and my car is still sitting in the lot. I asked him when will it get worked on? Paul says Oh, the guy in the back is having a hard time with another alignment. Ok? So you couldn't tell me it was going to take longer? Paul talks to minorities as if they're wasting his time. And is not helpful or care to take the time to look things up for customers. The customer is standing there and he doesn't even want to look at them. Go support another location because this place is a ZERO. My husband and I will warn everyone we come across to avoid this place.

very nice crew in the backthe woman that was up front (maybe the manager) was really annoying she was on her personal phone with her friends being really loud and obnoxious in the waiting room so I ended up standing outside in the cold.otherwise very happy!!! A++ for the work they did on my truck will definitely take it back and be okay with them working on it

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!I had the worst experience with this location. I brought a rental vehicle there after running something over and the guy that answered the phone (Paul) said I could bring the car in, I called back and told him my boyfriend would bring the car. When my bf brought the car there they acted like I never talked to them about bringing a car in. I ran over a nail so he said the car needed bran new tires and wasn't even going to call me to let me know I don't need to come back when they close to get the car! I called there to make sure everything was good with the car and he told me last minute the car won't be ready until tomorrow. I ended up getting a replacement car from Enterprise. I left a pair of shoes, sweatshirts and a charger in the car. When the car made it to Enterprise none of the items I left in the car were in there.

Tires Plus in Brooklyn Park is my go to for oil changes. I absolutely love this place! Very friendly staff. Very knowledgeable. Very courteous. I went in last month for an oil change and was in and out in about 30 minutes. I got a discount for my oil change and quoted a great amount for tires, which I didn't realize I needed. I am always treated fairly when I visit Tires Plus in Brooklyn Park.Update: I got those tires!! I was quoted a good prices considering I needed all 4 tires. They were great at explaining everything and was not pushy when they suggested other repairs needed for my car.

Every time I call in, I feel like they don't want my business. Wait times are always drop it off and we'll get to it when we can. What happened to turn and burn? Didn't even ask if I could set up an appointment!Tried on two different occasions this week alone, once for an oil change and a few days later for 2 tires. Both salesman talked like they had NO interest in earning my business.

Absolutely terrible. I had an appointment to get my oil changed, tires rotated, and get new wiper blades at 2pm. At 2:30 they told me I needed a new drain plug. No worries, it was only $18 so no biggie right? Well at 3:15 they tell me the the parts guy sent the wrong part. At 4:00, they tell me the new part is 10 minutes away. At 4:30 the plug arrived and out the door at 4:44. Longest service ever! I will never go back.

I booked an appointment for 4 I got the tire plus at 3:45 at 5 my car still hadn't been seen and this is for AC check up then at 5 to tell me my car would not be serviced big waste of time I would not recommend them to anybody

The gentleman here are very polite and promt! My tire blew and I came for four new ones and they were on top of getting me the new ones for a very reasonable price! I was extremely pleased with my service and will be returning to this location for any more services I may need in the future!

I received excellent service from this location! They are a speedy and friendly crew, (Timmy, and the rest of the mechanics) my tires were replaced in less than an hour! The front attendant/associate, "Obi", did an outstanding job taking care of me, and answered all my questions. He knows his tires, and he really works well with customers! I loved him! Will be sharing this tires plus with family and friends! The tires are awesome!

Went to Tire's Plus to get a new tire for a car I was looking to sell. Tire was done when I was told it would be and the price was fair. Upon picking up my tire, I brought up questions I had about flushing my coolant on another car. The manager (his name escapes me) said he would be willing to do it at a discounted rate the following morning and it would only take a few hours. Me stressing about doing it myself, I took them up on their offer and was not disappointed. The manager and assistant manager that I interacted with gave me great advice and competitive pricing, and the assistant manager Kerry even took the time to fill up my tires himself rather than passing the task off to a technician.I would highly recommend this location for any tire or other automotive maintenance you may need.

Bless these gentlemen for always taking care of me! Before, this was the only place I would come for tires, however this is now the only place I will come for service as well. After checking other places for pricing comparisons, I realized Tires Plus was the cheapest by far.I brought in all my previous "service recommendations" and they drew me up a work order for all my needs. They even saved me from replacing parts that did not need replacing.They were kind and efficient with my vehicle. They kept me updated about my vehicle and called when other services were recommended. They explained pricing and I walked away with a car that had everything repaired/replaced for about $400 less than I expected to spend.This location is above par with both service and pricing!

I had to get my heat fixed in my car . Kerry was there to help me figure out what was wrong with my car and he was straight forward on what needed to be done. I was able to get heat in my car in no time! They have a great staff at this location. Varney M. is also a great worker that works there. If I ever needed any help with my car I would go to those guys at tires plus in Brooklyn park. They do a great job in a reasonable time .

I want to take the time to rate Tires Plus and its team at the Brooklyn Park, MN location. The service they provide it is outstanding and the professionalism of the whole crew it is pretty amazing and delightful. Definitely too bad I can't give more stars because they deserve it. Upon receiving my receipt I was charged way more than what they said. A simple inspection was promised to be 10 dollars, not 22. I was also never informed that my tire had a hole and was patcjrd. I was only informed of the extensive services they WANTED to do on my vehicle. Just because I am a woman, does not mean I can't read my receipt.

Great Service! FAST and helpful. Not pushy. No sales tactics. Made appointment for flat tire. I arrived early and they did all paperwork and got to work right away on the flat tire. In and out in less than an hour.Friendly customer service. Used 10% coupon from website & saved $25.
