They were very honest and I felt the prices were reasonable. My daughter went there to get a second opinion on something and it turned out the previous shop was not fully transparent with her. The folks at Tires Plus told her certain things did NOT actually need to get fixed, and ended up saving her 500.00. They double checked as well after I told them another shop recommended new brakes/pads/rotors. And again their measurements indicated no need to get them changed. We later took her car there to get new tires and it went very well and the prices were very reasonable.

They were able to do an oil change and a battery replacement in under an hour, the prices were fair, and both the mechanics and front desk personnel were kind and helpful. The waiting area is clean and well stocked, and the bathroom was well maintained. I will continue to come here for my car maintenance

Have been having to stop and fill up my tire with air every three days. Called Tires Plus to set up an appointment the next day. Arrived and got the small piece out of my tire in no time. Very pleased with the Tires Plus team, will come back again.

Great experience. Prices are reasonable and the online purchasing out the door price is good to use. They did a complimentary check of my daughter's rear brakes after she's was told by another page she needs to replaced them (for 500.000) . I told them she was told this. They determined she did not, after two checks and measurements. They said she was maybe half way through the life of them. Very honest place.

Online appointment was apparently only a "request". I didn't find that out until I arrived. It was rescheduled for 2 hours later. I arrived the second time for an oil change that I was told would take 1 hour. It was 45 minutes until they took my vehicle in, 2 hours to complete the work. I would have been happy if they told me up front they were running behind, so I could have got a ride. They did not quote me the price up front, and my bad for not asking. But, I was shocked to see the bill of $120 for full synthetic change.

Because I had a coupon and I was told I couldn't use it because my truck took a different kind of oil for the oil change. I feel I should have been told this before I got there I could have gone somewhere else. I feel I was deceived because I called first

I visited Tires Plus Blaine to have a rusted lug nut removed. I had already been to a different tire specialist who quoted a ridiculous fee/work plan (attached), so this was a second opinion. Tires Plus Blaine removed the lug nut, called in a replacement order at a nearby provider, and even replaced the battery in my vehicle key fob (without me asking). All done in under 20 minutes. No charge.Great service is not defined as having a fee waved. Rather by good human beings who act with integrity and do.the.right.thing. I will be getting all future tire work done at Tires Plus Blaine.

Took our car in to get tires, alignment and an oil change. Our car did not leak oil prior to this visit as I used to scrub our cement with my old junk cars when they leaked, we've been back to this location three or four times because our car spews oil after the original oil change. After going back and forth about this and being told that I have "multiple" leaks in my system, I felt that this was not going to get any better but we tried and apparently I have placed too much confidence in our final visit. As the grinding noises and the fountain of oil my car still spews could have Exxon at my front door asking me if I want to purchase or sell wholesale at this point. The reason for this apparently from them is a loose oil filter, I'm beginning to think that they may have stripped my threading.Go somewhere else.Edit, our driveway looks like EG's reviews pictures of their garage/driveway, wondering if TP is going to come resurface both our properties affected areas lmao. Posting mine, I l t my car sit for a bit before driving off and you can clearly see it was NOT the first time it spit almost all my oil out. Not loving that paying for this inconvenience makes my life more expensive.

100 percent markup on Fuel filter replacement. $163 an hour for a shop that pays their techs maybe $30 of that. Highway robbery, it s a 15 minute job. The Mercedes dealer is half the cost. You earned the review. Also got an alignment and the wheel isn t even close to straight, top dollar prices for half rate service. Great job! For these prices I could go to a dealership you could literally eat off the floor in. This place you can barely walk in the front door. Guessing an ADA lawyer would love to walk through the doors here. Maybe take back some of that money you stole from other customers.

Never had a problem with this store, in fact I go in with odd ball requests and they are done ahead of time, the online scheduling doesn't always work as it could, but that 's what we want convenience.

I can take my money anywhere, but I choose to continue to bring our vehicles to you because of the way you take care of us. From the Initial phone call, to the way Kimberly greets us, sets up the appointment, assessment of the situation, calling us with the diagnosis, cost, repair, call us when it s done!!! There is NO SURPRISES!!

Scheduled an oil change at this location. I gave the typical info regarding year/make/model. I even ask about the coupon they have listed on their own website and I am told of course I can use it. Day of appointment the vehicle is brought in but now not only is the coupon not eligible for the oil my vehicle takes, the price I was quoted would now be 4x as much as coupon price. Nope, don t think so. Will take business elsewhere.

I had bought a used car that the breaks were supposed to have just been done. But when I found out that the parking break didn't work. I took it to tires plus. The staff was very respectful and told me everything that was wrong with the car. And explained that the price of repairs I would be better off buying another vehicle. Not only did I need a complete break replacement. But I basically needed a whole new front end. So I was glad to hear that the car was unsafe to drive. Because I could've hurt someone real bad if I would've kept driving it. Thank you Tires Plus.

I scheduled an appointment online 4 hours in advance. Received an email saying in progress but will only be contacted if that time needs to be changed. I show up on time to find out they never even looked at my request and they are full. They further stated I should have received a call or email, funny. Did not reschedule.

Two months ago I had an oil change done on a 2 year old vehicle. When I got home I noticed that I had oil all over my brand new driveway and garage floor. Apparently, the tech didn't install my oil filter properly. Tires Plus (Brad) took full responsibility however, to date they have done nothing about it. They will not respond to calls, messages, texts or emails. The corporate office is just as bad if not worse. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There are many other auto repair businesses out there to choose from.Service: Oil change

A million star service!!! Had a crisis on our way up north with our brakes and they immediately got us in and started working on our car. 2 hours later we are back on the road like nothing happened! They went above and beyond to get it done right, but get it done fast. Was completely transparent about pricing and every step of the repair process. Can't say enough good things about our experience! We were all packed for a camping trip and had to wait nearby, they allowed our 3 legged dog to cool off inside while they finished the repair too!!! Thank you Vinny and team for saving our vacation!

Booked an appointment online this morning while at church, received an email confirmation. Show up early to my appointment and was told there is no way they are getting me in today. Someone could have reached out and called me to let me know before I drove all the way here. In my opinion it's not very professional.

This Tires plus told me it would cost me about $150, and I had to wait 2 weeks for them to loosen my lug nuts when I went to do some week about a week after the one in St. Cloud over tighten them when I was stranded with a dead alternator a couple years ago. I brought my car to Welle Auto just a couple blocks north and they loosened them and didn't charge me a thing.

I had a leak in one of my tires. I purchased all four tires from tires plus with road hazard. After bringing in my car, they stated they didn't carry the tire. I decided to pick it up my car the following day after dropping it off. I came to pick it up and discovered they had NOT locked the doors. Unacceptable. I will not be back.Service: Tires

Great service but pricey. Labor costs could be a bit better but I suppose everywhere is still going up as well. All of the employees were friendly and knowledgeable and so far I have yet to have any problems, will definitely be back.

The manager Brad is a great guy and takes great care of me when I'm there. However, this last week was the second time I had an appointment with this location and was told they couldn't get me in. No call, nothing, just expected me to wait 4+ hours. Snow storm or not, you should at least call people to ask them to reschedule. Ray copped an attitude with me and told me I could go to valvoline and I told him I wouldn't come back if they told me to go somewhere else and didn't want my business.

Prepaid for Destination LE3 tires at this location. The lady that helped me quoted me a price of $120 per tire for 265/70R16 tires. When I got home and told my husband how much, he said if the total of all tires were $800, that does not add up, so I called Tires Plus and spoke to the same lady and she said that was another tire she quoted and that the ones I picked out were actually $149 per tire. Then when I got the invoice after they installed them the price per tire was $187. My husband just said "let it go". So the installation date was 11/22/22. after about 2 weeks one of my back tires (passenger rear) was starting to go flat. I filled it up not thinking anything about it, but when it happened again, my husband said bring it back to Tires Plus it is a mounting issue. So I stopped in there on Friday 12/30/22 and told the guy at the counter that I had just purchased the tires and the one keeps loosing air. He said that, this happens and that it is probably a bead issue, and I also told him that they never mounted one of my better tires to my spare, he said we can take care of that, and asked if I could bring it on New Years Day. I said yes. Well when I got in there today, that same lady (that I found out her name is Kimberly and she was the manager) that sold me the tires was there and she said I would have to pay for it since I did not purchase the hazard warranty. I told her that this was not a hazard that it was a mounted issue. Kimberly refused to take care of it at no charge. So I stormed out there and said "your a horrible manager and you will be seeing a bad review from me!!!!!!Service: Tires

Incompetent technicians went in for a tire repair, leaking air took only 45 minutes to repair next day TPMS light comes on go back to have reset, tech can t figure out the problem tells me Ashley the tech who worked on my auto doesn t know what she is doing and recommend I come back later in the day when not as busy and they will take the tire off rim and see what is up, return for my 6 pm appointment same day only to be told by staff person this is not going to happen all booked up for the evening even though I had an appt assistant manager tells me my car is old (2013) TPMS system is broke and they are not responsible for TPMS light coming on (even though system was working when I brought it in for service) tells me to go to one of their competitors if I needed this done tonight, Came back next day talk to Corey the manager he took tire off and inspected and determined tech accidentally broke sensor while repairing leak and so replaced damaged TPMS unit reset my system again (no charge for sensor or repair) next day TPMS light comes back on, go back again Cory resets system and mentions it may be time to replace all sensors next day TPMS light comes on again go back Cory not there they send Ashley to reset my TPMS but can t get reset equipment to work, gets another tech and he can t get reset equipment to work - 3rd tech comes out he can t get equipment to work and not able to reset TPMS, 3rd guy determines something is wrong with my car. I leave drive to Heartland Goodyear in Spring Lake Park, I have no past business at all with Heartland Goodyear but took a chance they might reset my TPMS, place was busy people waiting for service. Heartland had a tech out to my car in 5 minutes took him less than 3 minutes to reset my TPMS system free of charge. My best guess Tires Plus only cleared error code dis not reset the TPMS system to ensure sensor units can calibrate properly.

Completely disappointed with this whole location, most I ve ever paid for tires was here and only because I didn t wanna ever return for the 3 hour tire rotation I am unable to get a defective tire replaced that have a 65000 mile warranty with on 25000 miles on it because I didn t rotate my tires. Would you have returned for the tire rotation if you were under the impression it would take 15-20 mins and it was 3 hours and you have a two year old with you? Granted I made an appointment too so it s not because I showed up and they were too busy! Worst experience in life
