On Friday, I made an appointment for Saturday. At 4 pm I brought my vehicle In At one o'clock They got it done around 3 They completed the oil change But they Did not swipe my winter tires 4. My summer custom tires and rims. I ask them to see the work order. And it was on there. It took them another hour and a 1/2 to finish the job. Very ferry disappointed didn't give me no discount or a gift card for next time.

The service was courteous, I felt well informed. I had the total vehicle check and they let me know of some things that would be coming up but didn't need to be done yet and one thing they suggested be done that day. I didn't feel any pressure about doing any of it which is a nice change. I had been told by another service place that I needed new front tires so I asked about it and they told me that my tires were good. I appreciate your employees.

This place will scam you and damage your car, I told them to only swap my old wheels to different ones that I brought everything for already. They charged me for a service check that I didn t ask for which I found out later cause they didn t give me a paper receipt. They didn t close my hood all the way and it flew up and damaged my car. This would have never happened if they only did what they were told to swap the wheels. They said because it was a special hood they didn t know how to close it, well you shouldn t have ever opened it, plus they didn t tell me anything about opening it till after the damages. Don t come here as they will do things you don t ask for just to charge you extra, then they won t tell you after. Heard lots of bad experiences from this specific place after my incident.

My safety has always been well-met in the care of the technicians at this location. They once caught a long broken part that should've been noticed during a tire rotation somewhere else 2 days earlier (not Tires Plus). The previous place lost a customer forever and since then Tires Plus has always proved to be thorough, observant, and skilled

Every car or truck I have brought in for an oil change has had "tie rod" issues. I hear this from the other suckers you have walking in and was even talking about this with a lady in the lobby while she was waiting. I am sorry, but to lie and cheat just to make money???Sorry, I have a great mechanic and cherish him dearly.So sad Tires Plus!!

Booked a 1pm appointment for an oil change one week ahead of time. Came in 45mins early. Couldn't get my car in until 1:30pm. Finally got done at 2:15pm and charged me $100 and I was nearly late for work today.

I was nervous to go here bc of the reviews but I was happy with my experiences. The custome service was good, very friendly. And so far the service has been good too. The hours here are much better than alot of places too, being that I work 8 to 5 Monday through Friday.

I brought my car in yesterday for a second opinion after the dealership could not diagnose my vehicles brake noise after multiple attempts. I worked with Michael Evans and it was a wonderful experience. He took the time to diagnose the issue, clearly explain it to me, and provided me with plenty of documentation. Poor customer service. Scheduled oil change for later in the day via the web site. A few hours later got a voicemail saying that the next available appointment was a week later (ironically their web scheduling shows many openings today). I called them back and the person on the phone was rude, short, and explained that they book appointments all day long over the phone and the time I booked online wasn't available. Seriously? Maybe log your phone bookings in the system as you book them. Person was rude and simply hung up on me when I asked why I was able to book online if the time wasn't available. There is nothing special or complex with oil changes so why would anyone choose your business when your staff treats potentially new customers this way? I could have been a repeat customer and now I will never consider you for any automotive needs and I will relate this experience both through reviews and personal conversations. I had my SUV towed here because of a flat tire. I was scared that it wasn't fixable, and I was going to have to get all new tires; because I have an AWD vehicle. Kristine R told me off the bat that they'd take care of me and let me know what they could do. She called me about an hour later and told me they were able to seal the tire up. I was so ecstatic! Not only were they able to save me hundreds of dollars, but they were also open on a Sunday! That was HUGE for me. I was so scared I wouldn't be able to make it to work on Monday, but they were open till 5pm!!!! Thanks Tires Plus! I will definitely be back with more service on my vehicle. Reasonably priced for oil changes and tire rotations, quick service, and Chris at the front desk is amazing - She's super friendly and keeps you in the loop as they're working on your vehicle if you wait in the lobby.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. Went in for only a tire alignment and they said they cant do one because my steering rack is loose. Quoted me $1400 to fix it, I felt unsure about it so I brought it somewhere else. Found out NOTHING in my front end was loose and only needed 2 new tires. ($200 fix)

Ruined a inner and outer tie rod bye over tightening one side to try and achieve alignment instead of seeing that the tie rod did not have enough thread inside just crank it till it stops right that's gotta be right so all together I'm out 200 plus it's now eating a good tie go else where

Don't bother coming here. The place was empty when we came to have 2 tires replaced, paid ahead of time and after an hour of waiting with no update one employee comes out and says you got the Chevy Cruz? Then proceeds to tell us over due for oil change, license plate light is out, wipers need to be replaced and 4 tires are needed. We declined and asked for just the 2 tires we had already paid for. Then we asked if he could tell us how much longer since we had already been there an hour and a half. He started explaining with excuses as to why he wouldn't know that answer but could "eventually" find out. He never got back to us and we waited another 25 min, making the total trip 2 hours for 2 tires, we definitely will not be going back due to the lack of customer service. There was no reason at all for them to be rude to us either. Take your business elsewhere, we are.

I brought my daughter s car in to have a drive belt and tensioner replaced. The bolt securing it to the engine block was corroded and they twisted off the head and stripped the thread out of the engine block. They were honest and upfront the entire time. They paid for a rental for us and found an acceptable work-around to pulling the engine and rethreading it. They charged us only for the quote they gave us ahead of time. I know they lost money on this, but they gained a family of customers for life.

Highly recommend Tires Plus in Coon Rapids. The service and attentiveness is top notch! Corey Nelson is great to work with. He truly takes his time to help me understand any issue that my vehicle may be having and offers solutions to fix the problems. You can tell he cares about his customers. It is a very welcoming environment to walk into. Wait is minimal, communication is great, and pricing is competitive. I will always bring my business here.

I brought my car to get an alignment and they said I needed a new tie rod and I said I have a tie rod end in my trunk, will that help? They said no. My boyfriend called later and asked about the part and they said we noticed she had the same exact part in her trunk but she told us to do this instead THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME IT WAS THE SAME PART!!!! I would have taken it somewhere else and had it installed for free!! They totally took advantage of me and I don t appreciate it at all!! I will never go here again. They do not respect peoples money and do not care about anything but making money. They charged me $100 for a $30 part! I understand they need to make money but I literally had the part I needed INSIDE the vehicle!!

I should have checked the slew of recent negative reviews that actually contained any content before going here. I've had good luck with other Tires Plus locations but don't waste your time with this place. The don't value their customers and they over represent their abilities. There are plenty of other auto shops and they are less expensive as well.

I used to be a regular and got to know the staff, learned to trust them, had a 5 star review, but the CR location off Northdale has gone downhill. Made an oil change appointment and 45 minutes in, I stood up to stretch and noticed my car was still outside. I asked what was up and got a BS answer, like yeah yeah we getting it. I asked for my keys and left. While I was waiting there were a couple people there complaining about why is it taking 2 hours for a check engine light, bad customer service. Those people all said, I don't want you to work on my car, and they left after paying $99. Sad. Find a local place you can trust.

They didn't have the tires that they quoted me so they upgraded to the next better tires for the same price.Great people and great service seemed to love their job.

I've had a few flats fixed here (I drop off just the wheel), they have always been fast and friendly. My last one was fixed within 20 minutes!

Customer service is poor at its best. They're only interested in taking your money. The last time I got tires there they didn't reset the computer right for the Right tires. When I asked if they could fill the tires with air I had to wait 30 minutes.

I recently purchased a set of 4 tires from this loaction. From the moment I called to request a quote to the setting up of the appointment and getting the service done was quick and explained to me. The quote was broken down into cost of the tires, warranty and services provided. I walked out the door spending no more money than what I had intended. Thank you for the timely appointment and making me feel like I can trust you with my car. I will be back.

One star is too good for this location!Rude, disrespectful techs and terrible service. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change early Saturday morning. When I walked into the lobby, the tech was sitting in the lobby watching tv and didn't acknowledge me until I said "Hello?". The tech gives an exasperated sigh and gets up out of the chair. I went to the counter telling the tech I had an oil change appointment and he asked if I was dropping off my vehicle. When I told him no, he tells me the lobby is closed and I would need to wait outside until the service was done. Outside. In 20 degree temps! The tech said there was a picnic table outside I could sit at and he was not apathetic at all. I went outside and discovered that I could not sit at the table because it was soaking wet from the morning dew, so I ended up sitting on the edge of the very cold concrete sidewalk. When my oil change was done, I went back inside to pay. Freezing cold and shivering, the tech tells me my total and asks me if I want to open a Tires Plus account/credit card. I tell him NO and he keeps pressing me, telling me I'll get a discount on my oil change. I tell him NO AGAIN, more forcefully. He says, "Ok, jeez". I sign for my service, get my receipt, he vaguely thanked me and I left.I have NEVER had such terrible, rude and unhelpful service from a Tires Plus location IN MY LIFE. I will NEVER return to the Northdale Blvd location, EVER!

I just had a set of new tires put on an I noticed my rims have deep gauges on them . All four! I paid $700 and my traction light is on . I want these taken care of! Also it might seem petty but the caps don't match either!!
