My tire blew on the interstate near the business. I was able to make it to the "first come first serve" line and they took care of it in less than an hour! He was able to save my tire at a great price. Great customer service from the front desk and the technicians.

My son had work done on his car which totaled over$1000. Then I brought my car in for a complete brake job for $700 and when I got my car home I noticed there was a large dent on the driver side which wasn't there when I had dropped the car off.. When I picked the car up, it was still hoisted up getting worked on , they were very much rushing the job to finish. I went back to the shop the next day to point out the dent that happened . The management of course said that it probably didn't happen there and that they would look at the camera footage and call me back but help me in anyway they could and I haven't heard anything back, very disappointed. Spending $1700 and then messing up my car??!!! Poor customer service

Some of the best customer service I ve ever received! Fast efficient they really take care of their customers! I believe the employee I encountered name was Moe, and thanks to Moe s kind service I will be referring all my friends and family. During this current climate a smile and kind service goes a long way.

I brought my vehicle in for two slow leaking wheels to be repaired. The cost was 50 or 25 dollars per wheel. It was done in a few minutes and I was on my way. The next day I was going home to the western part of the state which is about 145 miles away. As soon as I got back on the road I noticed a loud howling sound coming from one of the tires that had been fixed. I brought my car back to tires for less and after explaining my problem, I was met with a man that I thought was a supervisor or manager. He was immediately angry that he should have a customer who had the nerve to bring him back a car that had not been fixed properly. Without having looked at the problem he told me that I would have to buy a new tire from him. I explained that the vehicle was fine and only had two slow leaking aluminum wheels. Again, angry and irritated by me even attempting to explain that this was something that they did and was not present when I brought the car to them. At this point I was fearful that the anger may turn violent so I left and this is where the problem is at this point. This is the second time I have used tires for less for a quick fix and the second time I have had to do more to get my tires fixed properly. My advice is, take your vehicle to a professional and skip the drive through amateur side show that clogs up the intersection of Lake and third.

Where do I start, I ve been doing business with this family-owned business for years now. The customer service is always spot on, the prices are reasonable and realistic, and they won t waste your time. I always deal with Shaima and I won t lie if it weren t for her I would probably be spending my money elsewhere. It s the whole experience that really keeps me coming back, she will do whatever to make her customers happy and it shows. Thanks, Shaima and the Tires for Less team and can t forget Lexi too she s very helpful.

Always an excellent experience! Edwin has helped us both times we have been in, and is always friendly, explains what you need and why. Very fair pricing, only place we will go from now on. Always the person in the office is the nicest!! Excellent service every time!!!

Been going here for years & they never disappoint!! Whether you woke up to a flat tire or need to replace all four due to regular maintenance this is the place to go. They are reasonable, don't overcharge women or try to sell you anything you don't need, they are fast and do great work. Did I mention how speedy their service is?

I bought for used tires for my big truck that I don t use very often, two of them were leaking, when I came back they were very apologetic they took care of me right awayI definitely recommend them for anyone who is looking for tires for price and service

I'd give negative stars if I could. Don't trust them. They sold me tires with maybe 20 percent tread. I'm not super savvy or particularly observant, so didn't realize how bad the tires were until a few days later. Of course, by then, I couldn't do anything about it. But they really screwed me. I will never be back. Don't buy anything from these frauds. Go to Castillo Tires in St. Paul. They treat you right.

4 for good service.But, this business seems a bit "slow and empty" without Edwin.I've never had to wait to speak with an employee prior to working with my vehicle, AFTER driving into the garage.Communication with the customer is very important. It's better to tell a customer, "There's a 3 hour wait" than to make the customer wait 3 hours without communicating with the customer.

I came in because I had a nail in my tire and I am so grateful I chose this place on a whim.From the kind, informative woman who answered the phone, to the smiles each employee gave me, every part of my experience here was incredible. They were swift, well organized, and incredibly priced.Absolutely will return as needed and tell all my friends to come here as well.

Vroom, vroom, do you hear that? Its the sound of my 25 year old truck still running in many thanks to the folks at tires (and more) 4 less! I have to shout out thus car shop cause without them I honestly would be stuck, no vroom, I had an unfortunate hit and run and limited funds to fix my rear end that needed replacement, these guys found the missing peice after searching all over it was impressive and affordable, then my starter then most recently my dang radiator over freaking heated!! Ugh I appreciate the new one tremendously!and also the payment arrangement was a blessing! Gove them a try ! They keep our city moving for real! Yall some mvp's in the car repairs game :)

Avoid if you can. I had been going there for at least a decade. I had 2 perforated tires just after the warranty period. They sold me used tires with good tread that turned out to be a decade old. They chargede after the first and they forgot a lug nut. They brought up a 30 day warranty when I called them. Never go to this place.

I was in and out in literally 10 minutes not to mention I went 5 mins to close. Great customer service and great price, I went in with the expectation I d need a new tire but the gentleman informed me mine was repairable which obviously saved me money. I ll definitely be back!

Wonderful experience for someone not knowing much about tires. I was shown 4 used Perilli tires and I trusted the service rep's comment that they "were very good tires". We will see about that but I LOVE my tires - the ride is different (more smooth & quiet) and I love the look on the SUV. They look great and the price was right on point for my wallet . THANKS GUYS....I'll be back!

I went there today to get a tire and a rim for my 2008 Chevy Impala and they told me that they did not have a steel rim and they have aluminum rim that will fit I'm so disappointed that I can't even drive my car because it's so ugly to drive. the rim they put on my car has no identical look it looks super bad. And I payed these guy $75 for this rim. I would have been more of a happy camper if they would have just told me they couldn't do anything for me and I would have just gone on my way with my donut but now I'm out $75 my car now shimmies when it didn't before. And it's ugly.

Best place in the twin cities. Good job - cheap and faster service. They were happy to take my car right away in 45 minutes my four tires were done.Edwin gives a $17 discount for the first-time service.
