It's called tires for less for a reason!! As in you get what you pay for. I do highly recommend this place if money is tight and want a good deal because that's exactly what they gave me. After waiting for about 2 hours I was told the used tire they had was shot so they gave me a brand new tire, a rim and put it on for about 200$ they also helped patch my old tire up so I could make it to my doctor appointment while they ordered my new rim and tire. This is my second time using them and I will use them again because they are very affordable.

They took care of my wheels and mounted them with the dot matching the valve stem without me asking. No damage to my wheels and they have amazing pricing. They gained themselves a new customer (me) will be returning for future services for mounting my track wheels. Rachel the service advisor did an excellent job of giving me pricing along with a correct time frame for when my wheels would be done. 5 stars for her and the shop techs who did the services and went beyond expectations. Definitely would recommend this place over discount tire!

Don t come here! My tires went flat the same day! I tried to come back although I didn t have a receipt the Manager stated he remembers me when I came so he did honor my request for a new tire but I was treated as if I did something wrong. I tried explaining myself but the Magee kept over talking me and refused to give me a receipt. Nobody speaks English and I didn t feel as though I was being treated fairly!

My experience here, so far has been more than I could have asked for in a friendly, caring and fun shop atmosphere. They ve helped guide me through a process with my vehicle that has been an exciting pleasure. I have and will recommend their honest (#1), knowledgeable, timely and friendly service to anyone that is in need of their type of services!The starting point to my vehicle makes me smile every time I roll out!! Thank you!

I had an extremely hard time finding A tire called 13 stores had no luck Jannelle at tires for less FRIDLEY went above and beyond helping me with my tires. If your in need of a used tire this is the place price was reasonable as well.

I popped a tire about half a mile from here. I called, they said 2 hour wait. I put on the spare, drove over, and dropped off the car. She said $60 for a tire. I thought that would be $60 + labor + tax + disposal, but it was just $60 total!2 hours of waiting, $60, a new tire, and I'm on my way. Seems pretty good to me!

Very honest and excellent friendly service. Tire prices cannot be beat by the big box stores and locally owned and must be supported. Rachel front desk manager is the best! Highly recommend !

My family and I have been going to these guys when they were on lake street. They are usually pretty good, however I went there on 11/24/23 to have 3 tires and a TPMS changed. I have 3 working TPMS and 1 not working in the right rear tire. I paid $175 and a $5 tip up front before they worked on my car. I got my car back and not only did the not fix my broken TMPS, they also damaged my front right TMPS and said it was like that, or it died. I told them the TPMS are new. He hung the phone up on me and cuss at me in person after telling me on the phone not to cuss and when I get there I owe him an apology. So i got my property damaged and I paid for service that I didn t receive.

Responded to one of Haythem's (the owner) Facebook post about wheels they sell. He gave me his personal cell phone number and from that point on, the customer service was unbeatable! Haythem met us at the shop and sold us brand new tires and new wheels + caps for a reasonable price. Such a smooth process from start to finish! Would definitely recommend to friends and family in the market for tires and/or wheels.

The women that answers the phone should be FIRED! I ve called several times, always being friendly and polite, inquiring about services provided/prices and every time she is unbelievably rude and impatient! Her horrible customer service and attitude is the reason I ve never stepped foot into this shop. I d rather spend a little extra money at a different shop than deal with her. I guarantee if you find someone with better customer service your customer count will increase drastically!

I had a terrible experience at this fix shop, the car maintenance guy there is so inconsistent and he uses fake car parts to fix up my car.2. All I wanted was to support a small business but what do I get in return, bad service and my mum getting disrespected on by the service man there . I could not believe the level of unprofessionalism of this guy he needs to learn about customer service or even how to be respectful towards elderly.3. Racist and discriminatory behavior is a very bad working habit the service guy was discriminatory towards my mum I think if there is a management available at this shop they need to look into this because they will run down the business which such a poor and bad service they provide over there.

Great! Fast. Polite. Affordable. Quality minded. 10/10 recommend. If you're lucky, the Tamale lady will be there, so bring cash for a yummy treat while you wait.

The persons up front receiving client's keys & workers whom are putting tires ,need to communicate better together To let us clients know when the job is done I & other clients spent more than 2 hours waiting to be informed & No My grandson had to ask when would they be done & to our surprise the car was already parked outside but we weren't informed, till we got up to ask

The first thing I d like say is there is a middle aged white lady who is super disrespectful and does not know how to treat a customer. She tried to ask me to leave because i brought my car again there since they didn t do the alignment right. I drove 30mins to get there just so they don t do a simple job they had to do in a right way. I am the manager of a pharmacy and if that lady was one of my employees, i would have fired her immediately. She tried to flex on me that her car is more modified than mines and just super childish. However, their owner is a really sweet guy who took care of the situation and apologized for her misbehavior. Overall this place is very ghetto and they damaged the side skirt of my car and they took no responsibility at all. While they were driving my car, they were not careful to drive it carefully and since my car is slammed and has modified suspension, they scraped the front bumper. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. They charge cheaper for a reason

Not sure how they removed my very detailed review but they re lucky I didn t take them to court, they can amend/remove and report my reviews all they want. I have receipts and will continue to update as necessary. Shadiest business ever! No loyalty to the customers that had loyalty to them for years. Sure, you may save money once or twice but I hope you don t endure what my husband and I had to endure. He was a loyal - loyal customer for years. I wasn t, so I really don t owe them anything. They damaged his vehicle on the inside, damaged his rims. I see now that they re trying to clean up their image. Ungrateful business. Careless and horrible and remedying their errors or taking any accountability. Will never forget our experience here. Take the risk, accept the loss at this business. In time, if I prevented one person from losing 1$ of their hard earned money it was worth it. Feel free to email me for receipts. We have plenty!

First impression is always best for me and Janelle, front desk lady was absolutely the nicest lady and so helpful. From calling her on the phone to coming to the shop she went beyond her call to help us. So, if you or anyone you know needs tires definitely go to Tires For Less bc you will not be unhappy!!

Came for a walk-in tire rotation mid-morning on a busy Saturday. Even so this business had me in and out quickly, job well-done, friendly, respectful, efficient, appreciative service desk. Lots and lots of tires and fancy rims available. Excellent pricing. Lots of professional staff available. I have a new home for all my tire needs!

Haythen, (owner- with hand-on approach), is the kind of business man, I trust and respect!! He is very talented with people and he cares about getting it all done right, All with very thin profit margins!! This to offer savings to folks like me, who would be hurt otherwise, elsewhere! He is excellent with a customer first, attitude and no hyped pressure.If you read other reviews here and on yelp, they are either very high, and yes some are not so good. I believe this shop is doing, Golden Rule work with true compassion and empathy (serving the poor and less fortunate)!! I ve been a customer here enough times to see for myself, that if you come with a bad attitude, you probably will never be satisfied here nor anywhere!But, if you give these guys a chance to earn your future business and listen carefully, I think you will be best served! I think this place deserves a community service award for keeping it real! Grace begets Grace! I highly recommend this shop, but check your own attitude first!!

Went here for a tire rotation and left with a disconnected power steering line that I previously had professionally done at another shop, TIRES 4 LESS sabotaged my car, but I am a mechanic also so I fixed it on the spot they must have thought I didn't know better, I would NOT recommend going here unless you want to get ripped off, I didn't even want to give them o e star

Just ghetto! I went in to get a tire replaced & the woman Kayla sitting at the front was rude sitting on her phone & completely ignored me . I spoke a little louder & told her what services I needed done , she smacked her lips & rolled her eyes with a nasty attitude/ horrible customer service! I then got frustrated and asked to speak to a manager & she replied I am the MANAGER . Safe to say I didn t receive any services . Stay away from this place & it s horrible customer service.

KAYLA WAS AWESOME! I came in MN to pick up my vehicle due to travel nursing I had to bring my vehicle back home... I heard noises coming from my car and I found the nearest shop- I came in panic mode and Kayla was able to calm me down and figured out right away what it was I needed. My car was done in less 24 hours. Thank you Tires for Less and Kayla!!!
