The Saturday before Easter, we needed to get one of our tires repaired in order to travel the next day. We called at 6:30pm and was able to come in right at 7pm when they were set to close. Efficient and excellent service and was $30 to get my tire repaired.

I am very satisfied with their service. Our 2011 Lexus was vibrating when you accelerate above 40 miles an hour. A friend of mine referred me to them. Their service is a high-quality service. They changed the axle, and the vehicle is not vibrating anymore. I will definitely return to this shop again. It was a pleasure meeting you all.

Walked in needing to replace a tire. Guy was very friendly and helpful. Got 2 good looking tires for the price of one got everything done in less than 45 min. Awesome job I'll be back for 2 more soon!! Thanks guys!!

This is one of the best Southeast Minneapolis auto repair shops. The name says "Tires best for less" , let's not forget they give you the best deals on auto repairs. Also you can get you some brand new or used tires here as well. I have been coming to this shop since about 2010. They have fantastic customer service! Best prices compared to most auto repair shops which I definitely can vouch for. Come here to get your auto repair needs........

Had a nail in my tire late on a Saturday, and this was one of the only shops open that late in the area. They were able to repair my tire in about 20 minutes and charged a fair price. Definitely recommend!

Got me in on New Year's Eve after I called in the early afternoon. Cheaper than other tire places called that day, and from entering to leaving with a new tire it was under 30 min.

Very friendly place. The owner and workers gets the job done well. I needed tire repair. I got a tire that had great thread for $45, plus tx. I was thinking I'd get a used tire that was almost bald and when I get more money I'd have to buy another one. But this tire will last for awhile. Thank you men at Best for Less Tires.

In and out in record time. Had a flat tire and needed a new used tire. Tire quality was dependable but on a really busy college main street. Great for a back up shop.

They charged a fair price for tire exchange, and had the job done about the time they quoted. Way easier than AutoZone or any of the other corporate shops. I would happily go back if I needed anything else.

I went here, so you don't have to. The last time I had to get my summer tires back on the owner said it would be done in an hour. And so I left, came back in an hour, and nothing. They hadn't even started. Then he said it would take 3 hours, so I was, okay, fine, whatever. 3 hours later I came back, and nothing. Hadn't even moved my car from the parking spot. I asked whether they were going to work on it or if I should take it elsewhere. And the owner told me he'd work on it immediately, so I waited and still, nothing. Then an hour before closing time, he said I should bring the car back the next day. I spent the whole day waiting and he said bring it back the next day. The price is great but the service here is absolutely horrific. At the end of the day it comes down to what your time is worth to you. If you don't mind sitting around doing nothing for a couple days, your work might get done. Otherwise, good luck. Personally, I'm better off paying someone twice as much to finish it in less than an hour.

I would highly recommend this shop. The owner is very helpful and tells you exactly what he did to your car. I have visited him on two occasions and he was very quick on fixing my issues (both done they same day) and was very reasonably priced. I feel confident the work was done correctly and there won t be any further issues. Whether you need an oil change, tires or don t know what s wrong with your car I HIGHLY recommend you bring your car here. I even told him I wanted something else done to the car for maintenance and he told me it was not necessary. Very trust worthy people.

This guy is great! He went out of his way to check out my truck, told me what was wrong, gave a fair price and somehow the truck is running better than before he touched it. Magic!

Beware! So I took my car in for a flat repair (leaking tire) after first calling around other places to see if I can get my tire repaired right away. The person who answered seemed nice and told me to come to the shop and he would fit me in. The cost of my flat repair was reasonable and they got my tire repaired within a reasonable time (under an hour or so). Because it was a walk-in I thought how lucky I was to find this place. Wrong, I should have known to avoid this place by the red flags. My mistake for not making an appt with a trusted repair shop and waiting for my day off. I overlooked there was no where to park my car but directly in front of the garage doors even though they have signs stating do not park in front of doors. They clearly had multiple cars around business either dead or under repairand there were car large parts sitting right in front of business partially blocking walkway. Inside wasnt much better kept. I figured since I was only doing a simple flat repair, it didnt matter whether or not the business owner cared about customer parking, walking hazard, or general image and cleanliness. Again wrong. I drove away after the repair and noticed a weird noise the next day that I didnt have before my tire repair. I brought my car back days later and shared my concerns about the noise. They told me they didnt have time to look at the issue or do a test drive and to come back. Annoyed they didnt want to take the 5-10 mins to check the job they did because they wouldn't make any money off of me since they weren't doing a new service, I decided to visit a friend after work who had auto repair experience. Thank God I did! My friend found out the shop didnt even bolt my lug nuts completely. Two were tight, one was being held on mainly by the hub cap, and the other two were very loose. Granted I drove it for a few days but the shoddy work was reflected in the same carelessness that was clear in the owners negligence with parking, walking hazard, and general image and cleanliness of business. My trust was clearly misplaced and their negligence put my life at risk, for that I would NEVER return or recommend this place.

I was in an emergency situation where I needed a tire mounted with new rubber on it. It was like 4:45 in the afternoon andi come across this place when I did a search for tire repairs in my area. They were open later than most shops that's why I chose them. I needed this tire bad. Anyways long story short I took my bad tire in and they 55 bucks. 20 minutes they had it done and the rubber looks to be in very good condition. I will maybe be using this place for most of my tires from now on.

My tire got a nail in it, so I searched for the closest tire shop and very thankfully found Tires Best For Less! They looked at my tire right away and got the nail out in less than 25 minutes for a very reasonable price! The service was so quick and very quality. I definitely recommend this place!

Best bang for your buck to get new tires I highly recommend! Definitely cheaper than many other places and they do a wonderful job when it comes to their work. Very thankful they were able to replace the nails in my tires and get me going on with my day.

I rolled in on a Saturday with no appointment, told him I wanted a set of 4 used tires. He had a set, gave me a fair price, and had them mounted, balanced, and water tank tested in less then an hour.I rolled out feeling confident, happy, and willing to give him my hard earned money next time I need tires.I would recommend this place to anybody.good guys.

Picked up a screw in one my tires in Como neighborhood and luckily found this gem of a place close by. They took my tire, fixed it and put it back on within a half hour despite looking very busy in the shop. Friendly and accommodating. Oh and a very fair price of $25 total!

I went to Best For Less Tires to get two new tires installed on the front wheels of my car. I took the wheels off of the car and brought them in so it would be less hassle. The price was competitive, but the service was not.Upon dropping off my wheels, I was told they would be ready with the new tires on them the same afternoon. However, It took a total of five days and five times of me showing up to pick up the tires when I was told they would be done before I got my wheels back with new tires on them, and the final time I had to actually wait for about 20 minutes while they actually took my old tires off and put the new ones on. All the while, my car was sitting at home, undrivable.At the end of the day, I got a $10 discount off of the initial price because of the trouble, but I am still very disappointed in how long the process took and how many times I had to physically show up to the place before my two new tires got mounted. Two stars only because the owner seemed straightforward, otherwise it would have been one.I hope others have had better experiences here, but this was my first and last, and I just wanted to share to help someone else make a decision about whether to do business with this shop.Update: Upon getting the tires/wheels back on my car, I realized that the wheels had not been balanced. The first time I got up to 60 mph the car started shaking. It cost me an extra $40 to get the wheels and new tires balanced at another shop. Properly balanced wheels/tires are essential for good operation and for safety. Again, I was very disappointed with the initial experience and was disappointed again when I found out the new tires had not been balanced. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with this shop.

I always get exceptional service when I come and see these guys! They are honest, upfront, and even told me that the previous shop I took my car too was trying to take advantage of me and they were right. Sold me great used tires that have held up over the past year. I recommend them over and over again!

I wouldnt normally do this, but felt the need to warn people of my experience. I blew a tire due to front end issues, I didnt want to buy a brand new tire until I fixed the problems, so I decided to get a used one from this "business." I asked the man behind the counter if he could get it done today. The man behind the counter thought about it for a minute, then said YES I can get it done for you. around . This was rouglhy around 1pm... Around 5pm, I realized I had not heard from him, so I called, because youd think 4 hours is more than enough time to get 1 tire done, right? Nope. He said let me look into it and get back to you. Another hour and 20 minutes go by, still havent heard anything back, so I went back. I get back to the shop, the door is locked (They close at 7pm, its only 625, he is in there chillin chatting it up with his buddies). I knock on the door and he answers, I tell him Im there for my tire and my tire was still sitting in the exact spot I set it at 1pm. Wasted my entire day and didnt even apologize. I know it was a cheap used tire, but this is not how you operate a business. If you didnt want to do it or whatever the case was, just say so and Ill go elsewhere. But no. Waste my entire day and dont even touch the tire. HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE BUSINESS. I will make it a point to tell every person I see about this experience so they dont get treated the same way. If I could have given less than 1 star I would have.

Don t waste your time at this place. The owner will jerk you around for days and weeks to get to your car. I regret bringing my car here. So disrespectful! I would not recommend to anyone.

I was driving home from school one night at around 8:30 pm and all of a sudden my brakes gave out on me, so I found this little auto repair shop with my GPS. The shop closed at 7 pm but when I got there the owner,Jamar, was kind enough to help me out with my car problem. He examined my car and told me what was wrong and gave me an estimation of the cost and time that it will take to get it repaired. I was very satisfied with my visit here and will plan to visit next time if I have any car issues. This place is extremely friendly and their quality of service is pretty good. I would highly recommend this place for others who have any issues with their cars.

This place was awesome!! I called mid afternoon for a tire replacement and they had me in and out by 2pm. And at a great price.... I'll be coming here from now on for any and all car repairs!

We used Best for Less tires when we visited our family in Minneapolis. We had a something in our tire and stopped in real quick to get it fixed. They were fast and dealt with us even though they were very busy that day. We didn't have to wait long. Since we were from out of town we were not sure if they would try to bambozzle us into buying a new tire, etc. They were honest and were not expensive. I would recommend them.

Jamal the owner, never keeps his word. longggggg waiting sometime 6,7,or 8hrs and if you leave it at his shop, believe me he wont take look at it. in my case it took 4months to have throttle body fix, it's a 10 minute work, because i left my car at his shop ( on everything I love).but for tires its pretty deal and pretty fast.

The owner is weird.. he told me to come in and he will take a look at my car two different times. When I got there each time he tell me I m to busy come another day even tho he told me to come. I drove 30 minutes twice for no reason. Unprofessional and rude. He is not a dependable person.

Location is busy, try and get an appointment if you can before you come in. The owner is very helpful, will try his best to help you. I had a damaged lug nut, he did everything possible to get it removed. Price is fair. Shop may seem sketchy to you, if you've never been to small shop but has really good service.
