I called just before my lunch break and asked if they could fix my flat tire. They said yes, but it was first come, first serve. I was in and out of there in less than 45 mins. The staff was helpful and the price was great. I highly recommend them!

Well, they've recently lost my trust. I went in four times for the same leaky tire over the course of a few months. First it was a nail, then the stem, then the stem again, and the fourth time it was a reseal. Here I am with a completely flat tire, and I am not going back a fifth time or ever. I just can't trust that all their staff is competent and honest anymore.Tried them the first time a couple years ago when I had a flat cause they were local and they got me back on the road for a great price. Super friendly staff.Bummer.

Quick, friendly, and affordable service. Got all new- all weather tires for such affordable price and I was in and out in 45 minutes. Everyone was so friendly throughout the whole process. I ll definitely be back and recommending this place to family and friends!

Went in looking for used tires for my old pickup, but got a great price on new brand name tires because it's an uncommon size. They mounted them with a jack. Made me wonder if they were balanced right, but it checked out fine. In and out in less than an hour. Awesome guys working there and it was busy with repeat customers - a good sign. I'll be back if the truck needs work.

My car was vandalized and tires slashed so I came here really devastated. I fully expected to wait forever and pay way more than I wanted and that was not at all the case. I had several people jump to help me immediately and walked out in 30 minutes with perfect new tires for a great price. The staff was so knowledgeable and willing to help. I can t thank them enough for making my terrible day better. Thanks guys!!

Awful customer service.Had issues with my key immediately after getting new tires here. Tried to go in and ask them if they could reset the key, but before I could explain anything one of the guys just started yelling at me. Wouldn't let me explain anything or even talk, just kept yelling and acting defensive. I wouldn't have even been upset if they couldn't do anything about it, but refusing to even listen to me is pathetic. I won't be back.

DON'T BUY TIRES OR RIMS ANYWHERE ELSE. Sorry about the all caps, but I am seious. These guys are faster, less expensive, more negotiable, and have the source supply on quality used tires, and the best price on New Tires, in the city. When I lived uptown I referred people to their location on Lake and 3rd Ave 's across from Taco Bell. Now over in Northeast, I get the same amazing service and price. I had a hardship recently after having a new baby. Our budget is tight, I needed a pair of tires badly for a car we had to buy to replace one that died suddenly. I told them where I was at and they most generously gave me a holiday gift price discount on top of an amazing deal on a pair of used and got me into the shop quick since my three month old is with me. I snowed last night, this place is popping and I doubt I will be here an hour. Love these guys! You will too.

Super friendly, affordable, quick, and honest. I came in thinking I needed all four tires replaced when I only needed two. They could have easily pulled one over on me.

If I could give them, no stars, I would. I went there to get a tire patch. They told me $20 when I walked in the door and when they rang me up, they charge me $40.

Came in today after a flat tire due to driving over a screw. They were super quick - I didn t even get inside before I was being helped! The guy helping me told me it could be repaired, showed me marks of age on the tire and suggested we consider replacing soon, but didn t push. Then he took the tire in to fix it, and 15 minutes later I was out the door! Great experience.

I knew what tires I wanted for my truck, and gave these guys a call. They quoted me hundreds less than the other shops I called, and had them ordered in the next day. Install was super fast while I waited - under a half hour. Great experience!

Awesome!I ve been here before, unfortunately my neighbors were framing a house n I got a nail in my tire.Fortunately, they gave me a used tire, which was pretty new.I got a great deal of $50, I m sure it s be at least twice as much elsewhere!I love how they genuinely care for their costumers, it means a lot especially during these hard times.Sure it s not that fancy of a place but for the savings it s definitely worth it!I highly recommend them!!!

I ve always gone with my male friend and been treated with respect. But today I came alone, and was not treated with respect. I think the owner felt bad as I was paying the bill and leaving, but did not apologize. The price for the oil change was similar to Midas on Lake Street ($35). That s where I usually go. They are respectful and kind to me at Midas. The work is good at this tire shop, but the customer care is lacking. 9 months later, and their customer service has improved leaps and bounds. I m changing my rating from 3 to 5 stars. Grateful for the second chance to see some quality care and kindness in this local shop.

This is my GO TO store for tires and has been for the last 6 + years. I've never had a bad experience at any of their locations.On Monday 2/13/23 I went in for a tire repair. I was pretty sure I needed a new tire but my son told me to ask about repair first, so I did. Anyway, I needed a new tire. And the fella who helped me didn't do a hard sale on me when I said no and for that, I was so grateful. I hate the hard sale. I was in sales and was so annoyed when our managers expected us to keep pushing and pushing past several no's. But, I guess in business it's a little different.Anyway ... He found me exactly what I needed and was a lot cheaper than I thought it would be. And I was in and out of there within an hour a very happy re-tired gal. Only suggestion is to get some vending machines.

unprofessional costumer service, extremely rude people work there, if you have to wait for your car to get fixed you either have to wait outside in the cold or in a smelly and dirty waiting room that I think they haven't cleaned it since they opened that business.

Reasonably priced, honest, and friendly. These are folks who will work with you to find solutions and get things done. I m from out of town and had to fix two flats last minute (thank you twin cities pot holes!). They connected me with a trusted tow company and got my tires fixed and my car ready in less than an hour. Grateful I came across them in a Google search!

I have gone to this place three times, each time for a single tire replacement, on two separate vehicles. Good quick work everytime. Maybe I just got lucky and it wasn't too busy. But, each time I was in and out pretty quickly 15-25min. $60 for a used tire, I'm sure that varies, both cars that I brought in were midsized sedans. The quality of the used tires have been very good everytime, looking almost brand new.

I don't recommend this hell place to anyone, very poor and miserable customer service you will never be respected or treated nice there, they have that tall guy who always wears the green, red and white hat he s extremely rude and impolite

Came in for a tire repair. They patched up the tire than put it on my car. During that process they BROKE a piece of my car. The man working said it was not them. My car was NOT like this on the way in and the damage is by the same tire they repaired. He told me to come in another day when its not raining and not busy. I will delete this post if/when they do. (Also tire tore due to driving over a small piece of metal not a pot hole or anything that could have done this.)

They have the BEST DEALS IN TOWN. They are very quick to resolve your issue. They have a great team! Got me in the same day each time I went. I have so much respect for them. I HIGHLY highly recommend them !
