Customer service was fantastic. Caleb, in particular, was extremely patient and knowledgeable about the PDR process, and Christie was kind and professional from the start. The Hail Group worked directly with my insurer and had my car restored perfectly. Based on my great experience, I recommend this company to anyone in Twin Cities who recently had their car damaged by hail.

They said my car would be done in 2 weeks. Now we re over 3 weeks running and they won t even return my calls. Beware of a place that prominently displays charges for inspections (hundreds), storage (hundreds), etc. I bet they do that to force people to not walk away. I ve spent more on Uber than my deductible. Shady business practices.

Bryan was great to work with. The car looks amazing. It took about 4.5 weeks. My insurance claims agent was a little hard to work with but Bryan got it all to work out.

This was one of the best experiences I had getting my car fixed. They explained the process to me in great detail and were able to get my car to me looking brand new. I was not really familiar with pointless dent repair but this is the method to use when it comes to getting the dents out of your vehicle. If it ever hails again I am sure going to contact The Hail Group to get scheduled in for repairs. A very friendly staff who's communication is over the top and they got me scheduled in for repairs immediately and got my vehicle back to me in a couple of weeks. The insurance was telling me I would have to wait a couple of months to get in a body shop but this body shop got me in a couple days after meeting with them. I will definitely do business again! Thank you all for the wonderful experience!

Bryan at The Hail Group was incredibly helpful and made this process very smooth. He answered all of my questions and while it took a couple of weeks, I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend coming here to repair your hail damage.

Great overall customer experience. They were very friendly and kept me updated with the process. I paid nothing out of pocket and they fixed my dents very quickly. Overall the process only took a couple weeks and I ll definitely be bringing my wife s car in to get worked on.
