I trust these guys. They communicate well, they warranty their work, and I think they are honest. I took my car to another place- I won't say where, but a big name, and they told me besides what I went in there for (an alternator - which I let them fix since I had to be able to drive it) that I needed over 1k of suspension work. Steve's said no, I need one part for about $300 combined parts and labor to prevent jeep wobble of death (steering shock). They saved me a lot right there. I used to live by them so I would go there. Now I don't live as close but I think I want to keep going there all the same.

I had an alignment done today at Steve s Tire & Auto. I arrived early by an hour and they managed to get my vehicle in and out so quickly. Jackson helped me on this and it was a great experience overall! Excellent work!

Not necessary appointment I've been couple times oil change the price is different depend on what type oil do you want for you're car and they do a little bit inspection for you're car if something wrong, waiting area is clean they look cool poeple and friendly

My cars security system tripped and steering column locked up so i couldn t start the engine! I tried everything google said to reset it with no luck. After about 40 minutes of trial and error I walked over to Steve s tire and auto to ask for help. They were extremely friendly and replaced the key fob battery for me and didn t accept payment for it when I offered!! When that didn t work one of the guys walked over with me and got it started again for me. So thankful for them!!

Faulty oil filter one month after oil change almost destroyed my engine. Would not reimburse me for work another shop did to identify the issue, because I took it to another shop that was closer when my truck wasn't holding oil. They covered the degrease, but got defensive when I brought up reimbursement.

Steve's Tire & Auto truly saved the day for me when I pulled up crying with a flat tire. Their customer service was unmatched and they solved my tire issue and sent me off with a smile. I can't tell them how much I appreciate them going above and beyond and bringing sunshine into my grey day. I will be back for full service!

Had my tire replaced here because there were 2 screws in the tire. Could not be plugged so went ahead with the new tire. After the new tire was installed, there were vibrations when driving 60-75mph. Took it back in and they quoted me an additional $3500. Took it to another shop and there they balanced the tire and the issues disappeared. The receipt from the new tire shows an entry for tire balancing which was either not done at all or not done correctly.

I made an appointment to have my check engine light scanned at noon. Dropped my car off at noon and they said it would take about an hour. I came back at 1:07p and they said my guys are just taking it back now. It s gonna be about 25 mins . I got a call 25 mins later. He said it s gonna be about 30 mins more we ve gotta get it up in the air . ::sigh::

Way over priced. Manager has a bad attitude and I felt scammed. I asked if they did transmission repairs and they alluded that they did. Set up an appointment because my first gear was slipping. They charged me almost $200 to run tests and scan it with I m guessing an OBD scanner? When I picked up my car they said they couldn t detect anything wrong and said they probably can t fix it anyway as they don t do transmission work. Why allow me to bring in my car to get fixed if you know you can t even fix it?? Brought it somewhere else and got it checked for free, and yes there was something wrong. Just a money grabbing business. Terrible customer service. Shady.

Just had our oil changed here. These are the nicest people! They really took care of us and our truck. They paid attention to the little things and offered appropriate services at a great price. I would highly recommend using them.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They put the wrong oil in my car and it ruined my engine, and it will cost almost $10,000 to fix. They don't know what they are doing and they will ruin your car just so they can get more money out of you. I will be speaking with an attorney.

Looks like a nice place but do not be fooled. Paid a high price for parts and labor only to have my starter changed. Got car back and it kept dying. Brought car back and they allegedly looked under the hood but tried to charge me to do any thing . I left and looked under the hood and there were vacuum hoses disconnected. Either they are so incompetent that they didn t notice or so incompetent that they disconnected the hoses and forgot to put them back. They refused to reconnect the lines without me paying them for an issues they caused themselves. I tried speaking to the manager who s ego wouldn t allow him to even perceive the idea that his mechanics made a mistake. He tried to argue with me as if I pulled the Hoses off my self. This was extremely frustrating to me. Poor rude service. Over priced. Shoddy work. My car still isn t running and I m 500 bucks out of pocket. Save yourself some money and a headache and use another mechanic. I wouldn t trust them to put air in a tire.

I unknowingly had a nail in my tire and my car was pulling one way while driving. I happened to pull off on an exit to assess what was going on and Steves wound up being right there on the corner, so I took a shot and brought my car in. It wound up being such a great experience. I ended up with a patched tire and alignment adjustment. They thoroughly explained the issues, my options, and steps and costs involved. Gave me courtesy calls and even followed up several days later to make sure things were still working well. Would recommend.

We have had many different services done on our higher mileage vehicles at Steve s. Honda Accord and a Chevy Suburban. We ve had some bad experiences having repairs done at dealerships. Affordable repair is very important to us- we get the most out of our cars. Steve s always explains what work needs to be done now and why and what work should be performed soon but can wait and why. We have done both walk in and made an appointment. You will get an accurate estimate of when they will have the work completed and how much it will cost. No surprises! I had a complete brake system rebuild done on the Suburban- they even sourced some used parts to keep the cost down- less than $1000 total which is very reasonable for a big truck.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Brakes, Oil change

I've had two great experiences with Steve's tire and auto. I got my car in and out the same day both times I needed service. The prices for my repairs were surprisingly low. The second time I went in I met the manager Will and he is a very kind and friendly man. During my second visit will made sure i got a ride home while they were working on my car, and a ride to pick my car up when it was repaired. This place and the staff are awesome!!

I had recently moved to Minneapolis and needed to get a diagnostic run on my truck. The team at Steve s got me in quickly and easily. They communicated well and got me back on the road fast. They followed up via text a week later to make sure everything was still running correctly. They seem like a very honest shop and were very patient with all my questions. I had a large chunk of metal stab my tire and I was able to just bring in the tire after putting my spare on. I thought I would need a new tire but they did a patch plug, remounted the tire and balanced it for about $25. I thought I was going to spend $300-$500 for a new tire but they really saved my bacon. I don t remember the names of the people I worked with but they were kind yet still focused on getting me road ready again. 10/10 great experience all around.

From start to finish the team here was superb. They finished up my tire and oil change quickly. The helped me pick new tires listening to my needs and helping me feel comfortable knowing I was picking something that were the right balance of cost and quality.We will be back with the other car for sure.

I have never had such great service at an auto shop ever. I was greeted immediately. Everyone working was compassionate and empathic to my story of sadness with a bad towing company. I got to see exactly what happened to the underbelly of my car and the mechanic made me feel not as scared. They kept in contact with me when my parts came in. They got the job done in less than a day.I m blown away by their professional, kindness and quality of work.I truly will not be going to any auto facility, especially if the employees that are there stay.Thank you so much and keep up the good work!Elyse

I likes the service it was very detailed and thorough. I did not like the fact that we had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to acknowledge our car. It has a drive-thru oil change service I feel we should have been acknowledged long before 10 minutes of sitting there, especially when there were 3 or 4 people inside standing and sitting around. Great Oil change though.

Chose Steve's because they are AAA approved and am very very happy that I did. They have fixed my car for three different issues and I have been completely happy each time. The last time I didn't even have an appointment and they still got my car done within hours of knowing what was needed. They have a new faithful customer.

Car broke down late Saturday night. Got it towed to the recommended store by AAA, which was Steve's. I had never been there before. Called first thing Monday morning at 7:00 am and they were very friendly and nice. Told me they'd call me back in a few hours with a diagnostic, which they did. When they called back they told me the repairs I needed, how much it costs, and other optional things I could do my car. I agreed and they were done by 3:00pm! I was very impressed. Very nice customer service people and it was super easy to pick up my car from there.

I ve been going there for years, and have always been happy with the service. Recently, I had a low tire light and pulled up on a busy day to see if they had free air hose.They told me to pull around real quick. By the time I got back there an awesome service tech was standing there ready to help. They checked and aired up my tires in about 2 mins. I didn t spend a dollar that day, but they will maintain my business for years to come. Thanks for great customer and human service!

Had my transmission replaced, they did good work and didn't charge as much as some other places quoted me! Also everyone seemed extremely nice and knowledgeable, will definitely recommend to my family and friends and if something else goes wrong will come back!

My experience at Steve's Tire and Auto was great! The staff and environment was very friendly. I went in for an oil change and was greeted right as I got there. The process was very quick and easy. The staff brought to my attention something very important my last automotive shop should have noticed. I will be continuing my automotive care here for sure.
