Excellent attention and quality serviceTim met me outside with a smile and a welcome. He got me checked in, and turned my car over to the service team. They were efficient in their work, went above services checking all fluids, and filling those that needed it. Service was completed in a timely manner and to satisfaction. I was in and out, treated with a smile and friendly banter, and will return for future visits for sure.

Went for new tires and an oil change and the price was very reasonable. Service from both people was very friendly, the process was quick, and they were flexible about allowing me to keep my van there overnight. Definitely recommend!

They were very helpful in making sure I was satisfied. Not pushing any un needed repairs but advising me of things that should be taken care of. I was very happy with the professionalism they have.

Passing through from Canada and needed tires and a spare rim in uncommon sizes. Owners and staff went the extra mile to source and get what we needed to the shop and had us out the door quickly. Highly recommend and would 100% use this shop again.

My rear brakes were squeaking and it was time for pad / rotor replacement. SWTA is in my neighborhood and I wanted to support them. They informed me that I needed new calipers as well so I agreed and they did the work. The next time I drove the car to work, the brakes literally stopped working in rush hour traffic on the freeway. Thankfully I avoided a crash and no one was hurt. I took it directly to them and asked that they make it right. They replaced one broken brake hose and another one that was "nicked". They said they're not sure what happened, but assured me that the vehicle was good to go and THIS WOULD NOT HAPPEN AGAIN. Again, I drove the vehicle to work, but something didn't feel right. Upon looking under the vehicle, brake fluid was leaking out onto the ground. I took a video of this and then took the vehicle to Firestone for an inspection and they wrote it up as an improper install and encouraged me to take it back to SWTA to make it right (again). I dropped off the vehicle at SWTA and they repaired it. I took it to Firestone for another inspection and they had me take it back to SWTA to re-install the undercoating that they had removed from the brake line. After my experience and after asking a friend whose son worked for them, I cannot recommend that anyone take their vehicle to this shop. I'm sorry, but someone could have been seriously injured here due to what I can only chalk up to negligence.Services: Brakes, Auto maintenance

I slid into a curb on a day when there were hundreds of accidents in the metro area. A few days later I contacted Southwest Tire and even though they were very busy they were able to have a technician evaluate the wheel and they scheduled repair a few days later. Southwest Firestone has the BEST customer service hands down! In the days of non-existent customer service, Southwest has not forgotten the customer. Explanation of repairs and maintenance your vehicle actually needs now and why. Rick found me the exact tires I wanted for my van without me knowing how to talk technical terminology. Rick is always honest and explains things in a way even I can understand. I can call Southwest Firestone anytime with a concern or question (no matter how silly) and they are always helpful and considerate. My husband and I (and my 4 teenagers) have a better understanding and knowledge of our vehicles thanks only to Rick at Southwest Firestone. For no stress, honest and best pricing for auto maintenance and repairs there is no where else to go but Southwest Firestone.

Came here for an oil change. They came back with a $1,200 estimate for rear strut, full power steering fluid flush, air filter replacement... I took it to my ACTUAL car mechanic and there is NOTHING WRONG with my car. The air filter isn't even dirty. This place will try to scam you. Do not go here.

Great service, great work, great staff.Ten years and several sets of tires later, this is one of very few places I trust working on my car. They always have great advice on tires, good prices, never leave a mark on my rims, get the work done when they say they will,.... What more can you ask?

Trustworthiness and reliability are key components of a body shop. That's what you'll get at Southwest Firestone. Worked around my work schedule, provided honest quotes, and followed up on their service. Great group of guys.

Unparalleled service! In addition to having service here several times prior- just today my car spun out on ice, hit the curb and caused a flat tire. I called Firestone at 50th and Xerxes. I pulled right in and 25 minutes later the tire was repaired for only $42. While waiting the attendant served me coffee and educated me on new tire technology. I m so glad they are located here in the middle of our city! I fear it won t last long as our City Council and state government are legislating & regulating everything that moves, particularly automobiles.

I called because my battery was dead. Once I was able to jump start my car I brought it over and they were able to take care of it in a few hours. Friendly and helpful during a stressful time. I am happy I found this place!Service: BatteryService: Battery

After going to 3 shops and not having my size of tire in stock, the owner went above and beyond to call, track down tires and pick them up himself. The quote came in nearly $120 less than the dealership for the same tires and $50+ cheaper than other discount stores.

I love having this place in the neighborhood. I have always had great service with a friendly attitude. The only downside is the old skool hours (limited), but this seems a fair compromise for their willingness to fit you into their schedule with little or no warning.

Never bring your car to these people unless you want you car back in worse condition than you brought it in they are not a real firestone complete auto care they are a independent firestone and have no accountability for damage done to you car you will have to take them to court like I am doing
