My wife was desperate to get a vehicle because our kids stayed school two towns over the flowing day. Firstly she was in a similar situation the first time. She purchased a car was td she could switch it in, but wasn t able to ultimately. She paid double almost if not more on payments and was paid off in less than half of the time. The car had a problem and we didn t know until it died out on the highway and we were left without a vehicle. Fast forward a year or two down the road she is in a desperate situation because the children start school two towns over the following day. In between this time she has also sent them five very reliable customers who also all had to pay similar high if not higher down payments despite the 1,099 down advertisement. No biggie. So they show her one car and say oh that sound is just a this and that and can be fixed for cheap. Turns out it s an entire engine mount that was broken upon them switching the entire motor. Also, the other sound wasn t just the car needing power steering fluid, the entire power steering pump was broken. On top of that he looked her in her eyes and promised she could turn it in for a VAN in the next 6 months. Shook her hand and had eye contact etc. He said he would look for one at every even he goes to while bidding etc.one month she asked to skip a payment to fix something that was broken since it was purchased. And he said yes however, she is consistently reminded that she is behind payments and what else can she pay. Also, no mention of that promised van pitched to a mother desperate for a vehicle returning customer with five referrals. Just how much extra she can pay. On top of the $2,000 that was put down on an overpiriced high mileage vehicle with 3,000 worth repairs needed alone when sold. I hate to even have to leave this review but, my wife is stressing out and I feel bad because I wasn t around to help but, I can at least help the next person who might be in a similar situation. We would never settle for a tiny car when we have three children and he was told that she wasn t keeping this one indefinite: hopefully someone can avoid being stuck in the same situations, however if you absolutely need a car and can afford anything down they ask and minimum of 200 a month and can afford to fix everything broken plus keep insurance on it than go for it
