Dont go here!!! They seem good at first but they will take your money and leave you with out service. Service set up my scooter. It started rubbing before I got it home less then 5 mi on a brand new scooter and they refused to look at it. It is worth the effort to go outside minneapolis if you dont go here. I ended up having to pay a different service department.

I m new to scootering, and found a great deal on my scooter. Because I bought my scooter out of town I needed to find a reputable shop for maintenance in the cities. Scooterville turned out to be an excellent choice. I made an appointment for my first oil change, and while driving around the day before stopped in on the chance they could fit me in. Peter and Jason were super helpful, finished the oil change and inspection in no time, and answered all my questions. In fact, every employee I spoke with while I waited was friendly and helpful. Definitely a great local find!

They let you test drive, unlike so many other places. And these guys are so kind and helpful. I felt kind of like when my dad was teaching me to ride a bicycle, but I'm over 40 . Overall, getting my electric scooter here was an educational and heartwarming experience. Thanks guys!

Bought 2 scooters here in 2007, and just bought a 2024 Vespa GTS300. Crew here was very laid back, no pressure, they let you look around are ready to answer any questions. Great place to buy a scooter.

1 year update... The place is still awesome. Went in with a flat tire from a different scoot of mine that wouldn't hold air. Turned out the stem valve was bad. They replaced it and I was out the door in no time. AND I rode the scooter in that I had purchased last year and Jason was there with a smile, happy to see me riding the scooter he built and sold me last year.***Sidenote the doors have metal grate panels on them that make the shop look like it's closed. I forgot and it threw me off for a second ***original review***Great place, albeit weird to get to with the intersection and one-way street lolEven off-season (cold march) the shop was buzzing with guys working, getting a shipment unloaded in prep for the coming spring/summer rush.I called earlier in the day about a unique scooter of theirs.They answered quickly and let me know it was still for sale, they also answered questions about a current scooter I have that needs repair.Honest and upfront about what the fix would require.I got to see the scooter, talked to the mechanic that had customized it who was really cool (Jason rocks!) and the handful of other dudes were also friendly and cool. Not overly in your face, just good vibes.I headed home a few miles away and got a lyft back so I could ride the scoot home, they had a new battery in it and it was ready to go... The transaction and paperwork was a breeze and I was out the door!Kinda still surreal how quickly and easily it all worked out!!!The place is A++ I would trust any purchase there and any work they do.I have a few friends that have gone there for repairs on various motorcycles and scooters and the work is always top notch and they stand by it. One particular vintage dirt bike had ongoing issues and after the first repair, they kept working on it at a discount or no cost til it was figured out and running perfectly. You know it's a quality shop when they don't wring every penny out of you on weird gremlin repairs.100% recommended

The staff there are second to none! Nate was kind enough to offer me lots of help and advice with my recently purchased used moped. Since it was an odd, generic, Chinese brand, they were unable to formally service it. But Nate offered a ton of advice and even helped install a new battery. Couldn't be happier, i will absolutely be returning for all my moped service.

I ordered a Vespa online and was contracted by Scooterville to complete the process shortly after that. They asked for a deposit to complete the order and stated it would take six to eight weeks to get the scooter in. I figured they would place the order the moment they took my payment over the phone. I called 8 weeks later for a status check (I should have done it sooner), guy says they never put the order in and couldn't give a good reason as to why it wasn't done immediately. Best part was after I told them to forget about it and refund my deposit, the guy had the balls to tell me they would but with the 3% credit card processing fee off it. After pointing out that I made a good faith deposit and it was their outfit that messed up, he did give me the full deposit back on my card. I will never consider this outfit for any future purchase.

The Owner (Mr.B) has many years of advanced Technical/Experience in Fixing as well as Driving and even advises all his Guest/Customers, as how to handle Vespas Safely and other Quality Scooters for 20+ Years !Scooterville has given me the opportunity to enjoy and ride safely many Beautiful Bikes and I would trust no one else to work on my Bikes .Mr.B has an Awesome/Honest and very Knowledgeable Staff.Thanks for bringing many years of Safe and Best Quality Scooters to the Twin Cities,. just bad experience after bad experience... had them modify my scooter the next day everything they touched fell off... new pipe fell off... flywheel cover fell off... clutch cover fell off... they did make it right and fixed everything they messed up even offered to pick up the scooter, i then brought back later for a different issue and mentioned some vibration (mentioned this at both my visits) they fixed the issue but no explination for the vibration and a general it is what it is, that scooter now needs a rebuild i feel like this is something that could have been caught if they cared enough to look into the issue... maybe they are just to busy to give good service?then i bring them another scooter i was excited to fix up and asked about all the options for modifications, seems like they just want to pipe and rejet things, and thats great but if someone asks about a clutch kit they will ignore you and basically say the only options are a new pipe... definatly bummed about that, they did that for both of my scooters... i was ready to throw money at both but they just didnt seem as excited as i was, the second scooter was vintage and asked them to diagnose an issue, well they went in to fix the clutch realized there were issues beyond the clutch but they still fixed the clutch and put it back together and only told me once i came to pick it up.... THEY KNEW THERE WERE MORE ISSUES AND SLAPPED NEW PARTS ON AND BUTTONED IT BACK UP AND DIDNT TELL ME UNTIL I GOT THE BILL.... i would have gladly paid them to fix the deeper issue as it was something that needed to be done to make the scooter function properly, instead i got a $500 bill and a scooter with issues... sold the scooter as now i feel helpless in getting scooters repaired, was looking at buying new this year also... they lost a potential sale and tons of reapir work from me

Great service department and sales team is friendly too. They store my scooter during the winter and I love having it ready to ride when I pick it up in the spring. A+ all around!!!

Where to begin... We came to look at scooters for my husband and I. We got amazing customer service and Dave answered our million questions. We bought one and came back right before close to buy another. The whole team stayed well past close so we could test drive and decide on scooter #2. We got fabulous help from the whole team at Scooterville and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! Thank you!

Brought in a tire that I couldn't get to seat on the bead with no appointment and they helped me right on the spot with my problem. Were friendly and had me back on the road in about 10-15 minutes. Will definitely use them again and refer people for the great service.

Set appt up for 87 Yamaha razz scooter to get a carb cleaned / rear tire fixed and a blinker dropped off day before appt and showed me quoted price which was totally reasonable/ got great txt scooter was ready to "dazzle" 2 days later and went to pick up bill was exactly as we discussed and everything was done perfect and now she is running like a top again / have a 2nd razz scooter same year and make and dropped off at another shop with almost same issues and haven't got that one back yet so now kicking myself I wished I would of brought both to scooterville instead of different shops but u live and learned / THANKS GUYS FOR GREAT SERVICE AND WORK KIDS AND I ARE HAPPY TO HAVE PINK RAZZ FLYING DOWN THE STREETS AGAIN

I can't say enough good things about this place and their staff. I went in with no knowledge of scooters but wanting to buy one as a surprise birthday gift. The staff was extremely patient (I made three separate visits!), helpful and knowledgeable. They were conscientious enough to "keep the surprise" by limiting information in their texts and voice messages - and they did everything in their power to make my wife feel welcome when the big reveal finally happened. Chris, in particular, was my "go to" guy. Thanks, Scooterville!

Could not have had a better experience! They were awesome, helpful, not at all intimidating. I talked to several dealers while trying to find my perfect scooter and Chris was the best! If you are ever thinking about a scooter, go here first!

Just bought my first scooter and every staff member I worked with was super kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They gave me a lesson and worked with me so that I was comfortable and confident riding it home that same day. They made everything so easy and fun, and the prices were spot on with what I was expecting.

Thanks for servicing my old Yamaha scooter even though you don t sell new Yamaha scooters. I trailered my scooter from western Wisconsin and will be back because of your fair and knowledgeable service department. They were able to diagnose and fix my scooter because of their extensive experience. I ll call their rates cheap and their quality superb. Keepup the great service guys!

This place is awesome and friendly. When I first got my moped 12 years ago they tuned it up for me. Upgraded all the parts and every video or place I called said we can't help. Peter answered and simply answered my question and made me laugh in the process. Very knowledgeable and great service the 2 times I have used them. I'd highly recommend this place!

Brought in a vintage PX150E for a rebuild. I couldn't be more pleased with the work. They don't work on vintage during the busy spring or summer, but they were very responsive regarding scheduling.All the work was explained clearly and I was given options without unnecessary up-selling. The rebuild was completed within the timeframe given, and under the estimated budget. Very pleased with how it runs.Great, friendly staff in my experience, too.

Had a great experience with the service side of the shop. Brought my 2010 Tomos moped in because it wasn't running and Scooterville fixed it right up. Peter and everyone working there were very professional and friendly. My moped is back up and running and the price to get it fixed was very reasonable.

Really nice and helpful folks. I showed up just to purchase a battery but my scooter had additional trouble right when I got there. They could have just put me in the shop schedule and told me to Uber home and come back the next week, but they just took care of things while I was there. I really, really appreciated that. Outside of my recent experience, the showroom is beautiful, chock full of great scooters and motorcycles, helmets and clothes. The helmet and jacket selection is a bit limited, especially in my XXL helmet size, but I appreciate that most of the space is set aside for bikes and such.
