HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! i don t recommend anybody ever going to these men. They do DECENT work, but try to scam people . They scammed me once and I didn t notice , but when they stole $5,000 from me I definitely noticed. They overcharged me for a piece that only cost $400 at MOST and when I went to get my money I was attacked by the owner and his son . I highly do not recommend this place. Never trust them.

We've taken our vehicles to Mr. Sarin to be serviced on multiple occasions and have been very satisfied! Service is reasonable and trustworthy. His attention to detail, efficiency, and quality of service is difficult to come across. We endorse and leave high regards for Sarin Automotive, thank you.

These guys were AWESOME they totally saved the day on a Saturday at 3p. They got me in right away fixed the issue in less time than they said and did it all for a reasonable price. Will definitely go back

Got my car towed there after it had broken down nearby, called in the morning and asked if he could look at it for me and he said no. What kind of auto repair shop declines fixing someone s car? He was incredibly rude on the phone and now I have to pay for a second tow to get it to someone else s shop. Awful customer service, and shouldn t call themselves an auto repair shop if they don t repair cars.

Kear and the team at Sarin Auto have been taking care of our vehicles for many years. He advises in ways that shows he cares about his customers. He doesn't recommend repairs that are unnecessary. He charges a fair rate for his work and had always done a great job for our family. I recommend his services to all my friends and neighbors.

Went there yesterday to check on my blinker, as it went out. I use my car for doing service calls around the twin cities.I arrived unannounced and Sarin took a break from the car he was already working on and helped me check for which blinker wasn't working. He spent about 15 minutes trying to help me figure it out as on Buicks if one blinker light goes out it makes it harder to troubleshoot. He did find the source but as he was already working on another car.. I would have to wait and I didn't have time. He charged me nothing and I was eager to give him my $$ the niceness he gave and the superb customer service! If I lived closer I know for sure I would go back.. heck might even make a special trip so he can do the work.. This place rocks!Thank you Sarin!

Sarin has worked on my car and my fiance's car. He has underbid both Firestone and Midas 3 times. I finally listened the second time. He does quality work WHILE YOU WATCH! He shows you the issue explains the reason for the issue and he cuts you a deal whether or not you get it done that day. I not only got my brakes, rotors, calipers, oil pressure sending unit, sway bar links, and front axles, etc done. I have learned where they are, how to fix them, and how much parts REALLY are. I pay 80 percent parts and 20 percent labor. That 20 percent is worth paying for not only for technical expertise and efficiency but also for his tools, his garage, and his son. They have also, both times, driven me home after I dropped off my car, and offered to pick me up as well. I will not only recommend Sarin Auto I will be a customer for a very long time.

My water pump broke suddenly and found myself very far from my usual mechanic. Found Mr. Sarin and left my vehicle for service. He put in a water pump, new serpentine belt, did an oil change / filter & used clean antifreeze. Bonus, he attached my front license plate. Charged me less than what I would have expected for just a pump.6 Stars out of 5!

Worst place to go to. I called and told him I was coming, when I got there the door was closed. I knocked and nobody came out or opened the garage door for me. When I called again ,the elderly Asian guy picked up and started yelling at me that am too lazy to come in. I told him that I cannot barge in being my first time there. He then came out in a threatening demeanor saying again that I am too lazy to come in and that he will not work on my car. I was very scared and had to leave immediately . Please stay away from this place especially ladies.

We took our Chrysler in to see why it is over heating and he told us he wouldn't know so we should take it somewhere else! Really? If you cannot even see why a car is overheating how can you call yourself an auto shop? You will never see us there again and we will make sure our friends know as well!

Brought my car to these guys in a pinch, the said they couldn't work on my car and it was towed less than 24 hours later. Added a tow bill to an expensive fix for no reason other than the greed of the towing spiff.
