I brought my 1979 Pontiac Grand Prix to Sanchez Auto Repair to rebuild my transmission and fix an engine oil leak 07/2017. Sanchez Auto Repair priced me for $1600 I payed $1300 and all they did was remove my transmission and accidently sold it. Sanchez Auto Repair said they will replace the transmission but never did after almost 1 year of waiting 05/2018 . I brought my 1979 Chevrolet Caprice to get a Candy Red paint job, Sanchez Auto Repair gave me a good price of $2200 do to the inconvenience of selling my Transmission of the 1979 Pontiac. I payed $950 out of the $2200 and no work was done at all letting both my vehicles sit in the back of their car lot for another year plus. I then recieved a call Dec 5, 2020 from Sanchez Auto Repair saying that my vehicles have been towed to the Minneapolis impound lot for expired tabs. I went to the Minneapolis impound lot to retrieve my vehicles and only my 1979 Pontiac Grand Prix was there still with No transmission. The 1979 Caprice was not there and never found in any impound lot in Minnesota therefore I made a stolen vehicle report. Sanchez Auto Repair said they had to clean out their lot do to Minneapolis inspection declaring that vehicles must have up to date plates/tabs to avoid fines. I have not recieved any of my money back for neither vehicles, had to pay to get my car out of impound lot along with expired tabs ticket for being on the street without current year tabs. I feel very ripped off, stressed, and confused. My Classic car I bought in 2006 was wrongfully taken from me and still haven't been found. Sanchez Auto Repairs unprofessional lack of work and responsibilities of caring for others property is the reasoning for my property loss and Repair expenses I paid stolen from me with No refund.Services: Transmission, Painting, Engine repair

Very slow, kept damaging my vehicle. Very Rude for someone who takes 2 months to do a job that would take a week. They get the work done, but they don't really care what the outcome of the car looks like as long as it looks the bare minimum. They're cheap which is good but they're really rude, take to long, keep damaging vehicle and don't bother to tell you when they damage it.

This is a horrible place for a business ! They don t respond to the phones. They had my car over a month and still have not worked on my vehicle ! I wouldn t recommend any one to this place ! They will tell you your vehicle will be done with repairs in a couple days but every time you go to the shop they will keep telling you it ll be done in a couple more days ! I m so over this place. I asked for my money and my car back and they won t give it to me!
