Mark was excellent at helping us with our car for an emergency situation. We had a difficult scenerio and he was more than willing to help and got us on our way. Very impressed with the humanity and care displayed here, truly generous and honest people here.

Mark, the service manager, is very friendly and has wonderful customer service skills. I go to Ron's primarily for my oil changes. It's the best price for me, compared to other options.He's always willing to accommodate my schedule and help me prioritize any maintenance that is needed. The work is always great, too. I always appreciate his honesty. I've been a customer for about 10 years, and I'm grateful to find a place I can trust and feel comfortable with.

Very honest and reputable. Took in for a repair for granddaughters car, that actually didnt need to be done. Mark was great, explained it was more or less a loose screw, tightened it, no charge. I will definitely be going here for all my auto repair needs. Thank you Mark.

Awesome service - I got a spike in my tire and Mark took me in right away and got me back on the road within 30 minutes. They made what could have been a big problem just a minor inconvenience. Thanks Mark!

Been coming here almost 20 years and I'm not saying anybody would be lying in the comments. But I find it funny how everybody gives them five stars but one person?? Kind of odd I've never had a better mechanic who's done better work ever in my life and appreciate every minute that these guys put towards fixing my car. the most honest and best mechanic I've ever met! Thanks Ron for everything you've fixed 4 me over the years! Lee

Stopped in here on a referral from a friend of my daughter's. For a quote and hopefully a quick fix! I had a front right turn signal that had stopped working! And my daughter had her first driving road test scheduled for the next morning. I checked and replaced the bulb my self, but it still wasn't working. The bulb was still good. Fuses were all good. So I knew it had to be a bad ground wire somewhere! But I'm not a mechanic. So I came in and explained my situation and said that I'm kinda "Broke" lol, but that I had some money and was worried about how much it would cost me to get it repaired. He asked me for the keys and said give me a couple of minutes to look at it and I'll see want I can do! Then he took the keys and pulled it into the garage right a way. He then spent 30-40 minutes diagnosing and then fixing the problem. He came back and said were all done and that he had also fixed a rear center brake light on the back door! That I didn't even know was out! So I thanked him and asked how much do I owe you? He then replied $10 dollars should cover! I was so surprised and so thankful for his help. I definitely will be doing business here again in the future. They went way above and beyond to help me. Thanks Ron's Auto Services!!

Called to have my car repaired and these guys were so honest. I was expecting a very expensive repair and they toldit was my spark plugs.I was thrilled! They could have lied and made it sound worse.... as a single woman I don't have anyone to work on my car.... I'll be calling these guys again.Prices were reasonable..... thanks guys!

Great small old school neighborhood shop. Best prices around and they always get us in quickly. From oil changes to bigger repairs they take great care of all my family vehicles. Ron is more than fair with his estimates on the work, he is incredibly ethical and honest, and I highly recommend Ron's Auto for all repairs and services.

They're always able to get my car in quickly, and the repairs have always been very prompt. The prices are very good as well. They also look at your car for free, which is also nice.I recommend Ron's Auto without hesitation.

Best place in town. Have never had a shop work so hard. Everyone is awesome and welcoming. They are very honest, if they are unable to do the job they recommend someone just like them, honest. Thank you very much for all the years of service you have given our vehicles.

Would be 0 stars if I could. Most unreliable shop out there. In my past two experiences, with Ron himself, I was given a time frame in which my car would be looked at and fixed and both times it has gone past the quote given, five days the first time and two days the second time. Not to mention the rude customer service with 0% empathy or consideration for the customer or the car they are working on. Also within this two trips to Rons they have, lost my keys, hung up on me, told me "were done trying, there's thousands of other shops you can go to." That was from Ron. And after informing Ron that me and my family have been customers of his for 7+ years and we will not be coming back after this his response was "good". So don't use Rons. Use one of the other thousand mechanics in the area that actually know what they are doing and care about your car.

I hate to give them 5 stars because I want to keep this place a secret. Ron is very trustworthy and will not fix anything that isn't broken. Not the cleanest place but I don't go there for the waiting room. I go there because I know the issue will be fixed at a very good price. Very friendly, honest and competent.

Had a oil leak and transmission leak ... toyota dealership quoted me $350 for the repair . Prefer to have it done here since I work close by . They charged me the same price . 2 months now when I checked my oil level , it's complete gone ... guess I have to find me another auto shop .....
