Nice folks, comfortable waiting room. The signage isn't great, however. When you see a parking lot full of Rivians, you need to wait to take the second entrance.

From start to finish Rivian has been solid. My guide was super friendly, knowledgable and took as much time as we needed to answer our questions. On top of that, the Rivian R1S is the favorite vehicle I have owned.

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. Drew, and everyone else I chatted with went above and beyond. They gladly explained everything and were even kind enough to take extra time to show me the inside of an R1S while I was there. Service was painless and done right the first time and in the timeframe they estimated. Excellent employees that really care!

Stopped by to have a quick look and the staff were super friendly and nice. They let me sit in a new R1S and happily answered my questions. Can t wait to get mine!

Not that you want to need service, but seriously the team is so nice and eager to help that it was a pleasure to get my R1S serviced here. Really built even higher brand loyalty.
