Rapid Glass is an amazing company. When a glass shelf of my 125 yr old curio was broken by a moving company I was heartbroken. The curio has been handed down through 3 generations and someday to my Grandaughter. The movers reached out to Rapid Glass and they were able to re create the shelves perfectly in a professional and caring way. And in time for our family Thanksgiving and into Christmas.A true gift.

Rapid Glass is great to work with. I had a vinyl window that needed glass replacement. Scheduling was easy, they were upfront on lead time for the replacement glass and the installation was fast, clean, and on time. Will use them again for sure!

Terrible customer service. Tried to make an appt to fix a chip in my windsheild and they would not make the appt. Just terribly rude. I suppose business is good after our big hail storm last week so they don't need my business-nor would I give it to them.

Awesome job! The guys save the prairie style molding on the glass and reinstalled it. Couldn t have been better. Done right on time. Can t recommend enough!

When others said our windows were too old and needed full replacement and they couldn't replace the fogged failed panes, Rapid Glass said they could, and did, and they look like new and come with a warranty. So I'm amazed at what they did, at a fraction of the cost of replacement windows. Great company. Know what they are doing.

I had multiple cracked panes throughout my house on windows that couldn't be removed, and as an inexperienced homeowner, wasn't sure how to fix them or who would do that sort of thing. I tried other suppliers but had a lot of false starts. Rapid Glass made it easy and painless and I would recommend them to anyone.

Called Rapid Glass to replace a cracked window. Appointments for both measuring and replacing the glass were quick, on time, and professional. Sat at home for an entire day with a 9-5 arrival period. The installer called at 5:15, said that he would have to reschedule because the windshield supplier closed at 5. Needless to say I won't be counting on Rapid Glass or their contractors for my needs.
