I walked in to see if they could take a screw out of my Subaru s tire, but they can t/don t work on the retail side of things anymore. The guy kindly took a look, though, before giving me a couple other places I could try. I took two stars off for the surly dude on the phone who ignored me for what felt like five minutes when I walked into their office. He probably knew I was in the wrong place, but still.

I am still overwhelmed with gratitude after visiting members over at Royal Tire. The staff was amazing. Professional, reasonable prices and speedy service. The guy at the office and the guy who worked on my tire was amazing. They was really nice to talk to and listen to whatever needs u might have.

Manager went out of his way to fix my flat even though I'd wandered into his truck place with my Prius. Kind, helpful, service oriented, and he had me on my way in 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

I have been dealing with Chris Rynda at Royal Tire for many years. Good prices with excellent, friendly, prompt service. I am also a small company with a few trucks. Chris is always available to help me out and treats me like I am an Important customer even if it is only for a tire repair.

The technician that performed the 3 axle alignment on the truck was excellent.The issue I had was in the office with the professionalism and the explanation of the bill and services performed. I have had similar repairs through 3 other dealerships and never before have I been charged for a tire rotation during the balancing process.I'm a small 3 truck operation and it seems as if they only care about the larger volume operations. If you're the "little guy" there are better options for you that will definitely save you money.Chris AronsonOwner of C&N Farms , a veteran owned company.

My company goes here for semi tires and forklift tire repairs... always good service and timely. Prices were actually lower than I had expected.

If u want your money wasted and to be utterly disrespected this is the right place to go they have horrible customer care and they over charge the most simple services I was very disappointed and will never be a consumer of their services again

I have been charged for tire disposal $34 for 2 tires, this is too much I haven't seen like this price before!.

The service manager here is a mess. If you try and get him to think outside the box, he throws a fit. I would not do business here.
