This shop went above and beyond for us. We were traveling from Manitoba to Green Bay and had tire issues. No one was carrying a rim/wheel for our van. After a whole night of trying to find help They helped us find someone who had a part and we got back to enjoying our trip quickly

I needed to replace a bent rim on a 1998 Camry. Salvage yards had limited availability and pricing of $100 to $130. Pioneer Rim had a new one in stock for $91. Great service and price. In and out in no time.

I have gone to Pioneer Rim and Wheel for many years.Today I needed one boat trailer drum kit. It is an old trailer. Bill took the time with me to locate the proper kit needed and has it ready for me to pickup today!!Thank you Bill and Pioneer Rim and Wheel for quickly getting me back in the road!

Went here to try to get a new axel for my boat trailer, the staff was beyond helpful and very friendly. Unfortunately I didn't buy from them because there price was quite a bit higher than I found online. They understood that and still sent me on my way with a smile! Definitely would go back for future needs.

For the second time called ahead to place an order . Order wasn t even in a system by the time I showed up . The guy at the counter has no clue what s going on , was running back and forth with a catalog , waist a lot of time and by the end he ordered a wrong parts. Spend 20 min on a phone and almost an hour inside kinda too much for 2 simple parts order

Needed a lug bolt for a trailer.O'Reilly ordered one but wrong size plus cost $20. Quick Google search pulled up Pioneer that was close to where I was. Instantly found what I needed.($7).Kyle assisted me and was very helpful.Will probably stop back for a wiring harness. They have everything trailer why go anywhere else?

Bill was awesome, even for a novice like myself. I was helping one of my painters out with a bad set of bearings on a trailer, He helped me price it out and it was cheaper and faster to replace the entire axel. We verified dimensions over the phone and I swung by and with 24 hours I had a brand new axel, with bearings and everything all mounted up. FIVE STARS!!!

Bill was an amazing resource for a really complicated set of parts for an older boat trailer. Bill found every single part and gave full explanation of options and tips for success. Could not be more impressed with his knowledge and willingness to help. What a great resource!

Great place if you need trailer axle or suspension components. Evan was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be going here for all of my trailering needs from now on. They had the parts that I needed when nowhere else in the area did.

The lost art if customers service is not lost here. I pretty much knew what I was doing but Bob of the house staff was very helpful waking me through an extensive trailer break job. Super patience with me. I had previously went to any other brake store and was told what I was doing was "wrong".It's good to know people will take the extra time to make sure every was right. The time spend here reduces errors and helps speed up when I go to install.Thanks Bob

The only place I have been able to find rims, in stock, for winter tires on two of my vehicles, everyplace else only had 1 or 2 or none and a lot more expensive. They held them for me if I couldn't get in right away, I was in and out in 10 mins.

These guys have everything and they assembled my drums, brakes, and springs to my axle for with no extra charge. Paul H. was a big help in getting me what I needed and back on the road!
