Stop by a few days ago to recycle oil, and was treated rudely by Kevin, who acted like I was a major inconvenience. Previously, Kyle, part of the management team, provided outstanding service, and went above and beyond to steer me in to find this difficult location. Would strongly encourage O'Reilly's to come up with better signage, as I trust many trying to come to this location, simply give up. Prices are noticeably higher than many retailers, but this Merchant does offer a 10% military discount, which helps offset some of that cost. Check it out for yourself, and note the picture I attached, which shows the not so prominent entrance.

Really hard to find. Google maps did not do a great job leading us to this store. I called the store to get directions. The person who answered gave directions. They were very friendly and kind. Helped me with the questions I had as well. Here is a video to help others find it.

Circled the block several times and couldn't find the place, but from checking the other reviews it seems like it has a similar degree of signage to a CIA black site which is to say "none whatsoever". Never made it here but it's pretty funny so I'm rating it five stars.

Staff were helpful and friendly when we called.However, when we arrived, they were not. This site was very difficult to locate as it is part of a very large complex.

Absolutely impossible to find, Google Maps won't get you there, it's not even visible from the street. I eventually found it by reading these reviews! Even if you're right in front of it, there's no signage, just an unmarked door in an unmarked building. The part I needed showed as "in stock" on the web site, and at the counter display; but after 10 minutes the clerk came back and said they didn't have it.This store is a bad joke. Zero stars.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The location was so hard to find to begin with and when I did find the place, the hispanic worker was not wanting to help me at all. Without even bothering to check my battery, he assumed that the alternator was the issue. I asked him to please check and he refused to do so and kept blaming the alternator. I went to a different O reily s and they said it was a bad battery and replaced it for a new one. I wasted my time and energy with this location!

Store is hidden away with no clear signage where it's located. Google maps doesn't take you directly there.Once I was inside, the store clerk (larger set Hispanic guy with multiple ear piercings) was very rude and unhelpful. Said he couldn't install my wiper blades despite it being directly advertised in store that they do installations for free. He said they were too busy while I was clearly the only person in the store. Save yourself the annoyance and go to a different O'Reilly store.

WORST STORE NEEDS TO FIRE ALL EMPLOYEES, RUDE AND RACIST TO CUSTOMERS, gave me a hard time to get my order. Also this place has roaches! LAZY ATTITUDES

Went in to get new wipers, got great advice and installed them in seconds. Autozone was being rude and didn't give me good customer service so I came here, but now I'm converted! Shout out to Derrick who was super helpful and kind. Awesome job O'Reilly.

Great customer care. Christopher was not only knowledgeable, and professional he had great customer service! He helped me by putting in my windshield wipers with a smile. Sure wish more people were like that!

Have been getting parts for projects .. For years... Historically excellent and friendly parts technicians... Last two visits there are all new staff?? Going through some growing pains...?? The new manager is not a people person...I Found a new supplier in Ellsworth...Clarification: store location is River falls, WI

These people are the best ! I am always happy when I shop here. Recently I bought the dent puller they recommended. For $10 I couldn't be happier with the results.

I came to this store in October and was assisted by Tomas. When I tell you this guy really went out his way to help me find the right part for my car. He also helped me put antifreeze in my car. Although, this place is really busy I love how you guys really care about your customers. Thank you! O reily.

I love this location. Everybody is always helpful and if they don't know something, they know who to ask. The also have good senses of humor along with being extremely helpful.Nice tool rental program too.

A helpful sales associate assisted in finding exactly what I needed (headlamp bulb) and provided recommendations for installation. Good hours (open late) Easy to find. Cramped parking lot, would recommend parking on the street.

Lost and wondering how to find it? It s not inside the art building that google maps takes ya to; drive around to the back of that building and it s the white building with all the white cars in front of it.

My girlfriend and I had a bad weekend with her vehicle and got some experience with both O'Reilly and a competitor . The difference was night and day. The people here were helpful and knowledgeable, and Conor stayed well past the end of his shift making sure we were able to get back on the road. No drama, no upsales, just rolling up their sleeves and getting the job done.Thank you, Conor and O'Reilly. You've earned a new customer.

Went it to buy a taillight for my car. As I was being helped, two employees at the front desk were arguing with each other and cussing....um ok? I wonder if they normally do that in front of customers. They had the part I was looking for, but yikes...don't plan on being here again anytime soon

Had parts but was a little arrogant about suggesting what model or options my obvious never Police package equipped Mercury might require. Also after spending over $300 and being very careful to provide rewards member info was never given credit for purchase, resulting in not receiving my coupons. His lack of information on my missed rebates of potential $100, disappointing as well. Keep it local, trust your home town oreillys with built relationship's to follow up on what can be done to fix it.

This little O'Reilly's is a gem amidst the many auto parts shops on Lake. I went in for rotors and brake pads, left with rotors and brake pads -- what more could you want? Thanks to the helpful young man at the counter, I also learned that they can look up your car specs by your license plate number! So simple.

Glad this location had my White Diamond touch up paint for my Cadillac. Checking out was a little slow - only one employee at the register and 5 people in line. But another employee finally came up and rang me up. All is well. Thanks!

When all their stores close in Minneapolis they apparently don't think they have to update or change their phone number...Google has nothing to do with their phone service. The guy I talked to tried to blame it on Google.
