So rude and condescending. My check engine light came on. I was told by friends that parts stores will read the code for the check engine light so I stopped in at this Napa location near my home to ask if they could read the code for me. I didn't know that Napa does not do this but now you know, too. There was one other customer in the store and 3 employees behind the desk. The employee who "helped" me was vey condescending and rudely told me they are not a repair shop and I'd have to do it myself but could use their code reader. He repeated over and over that it was so simple to just plug it in under the steering wheel and other instructions about what I needed to know about the car. The other employees kept their heads down. I took the reader, tried, but couldn't find the place to plug it in. I gave up and returned the reader. Just wasn't necessary to be that rude to an elderly woman, or to anyone. I went to Auto Zone where all employees were so friendly and helpful and a nice young man read the code for me and printed out the results. I will never set foot in that Napa store again and definitely will not recommend it.

This isn t really about the store but more the employee I worked with today. He s a very sweet man with long curly brown hair and despite being the only one at the front desk, he was incredibly caring and a pleasure to work with. It was nice to see even with a long line of people in the store he was giving them all great service in a timely manner. I d shop here all the time if I only ever had to work with him. Give him a raise!

Worst customer service ever!!! The clerk doesn't know how to change a battery in a key fob? I had to check online to see what battery was needed and do it by myself. There were no other clients in the store....just laziness , take your business somewhere else!

I place a pickup order yesterday and when I came in to get the part there was an issue and the part was out of stock at the location. Jiwan went above and beyond to help resolve the issue and get the part today so I would have it in time for a trip out of town. Thank you Jiwan and staff for the friendly and diligent customer service!

Everyone at this location is very helpful. But, my guy Jiwan P. went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me out. Called me back when I was asking another customer service rep about coupons, made sure I was comfortable, and was just all around a knowledgeable and kind gentleman. I recommend this location with my whole heart.

Unbelievably rude employees. When I went in to ask a question about my battery the employee (who I didn't get his name) was extremely rude and condescending to me when I was asking for information. If I knew the answer to the question I obviously wouldn't have needed to go in to the store, but this one employee seemed angry to even be asked for his help. Upset that I had to spend any money there, but that will certainly be the last dollar I ever spend there when they have employees that are that rude about basic questions. Terrible customer service. There are 2 other auto stores on that corner that should be where you go every single time before having to step foot in this napa location

Jiwan helped me out so much today! I needed a windshield wiper replacement on this icy and rainy winter day. Not only did he replace them for me, he helped get my car unstuck from the ice. Thank you!

Visibly ill employees in a cramped space, snot nosed and red eyed. Stay home when you are sick, don't spread it around to your customers. On top of that they gave me the wrong bulb after taking 30 minutes to find it. The new guy helping me was clearly struggling while the other guys twiddled their thumbs.

Nice staff, but very overworked it seems. Phone rings endlessly at times when I ve called. Recently ordered some heater hose on a Tuesday, was told arrival by Friday (they d call)...stopped in next week (they never called) with nothing for me. So that was frustrating. But they are always helpful in store. Just seems like they are swamped handling auto shop orders or something.Store is small when you walk in, but don t worry, they have EVERYTHING in back. Hard to walk out of there empty-handed - and if they don t have it, they ll call other stores to hold items for you.

excellent customer service. juan helped me when i got there around closing time on a friday night when my car broke down. he went above and beyond even when he doesnt have a reason to stick around. i greatly appreciate his patience and effort.

Just stopped in to buy wiper blades - an easy and quick transaction. Waited for 5 minutes at the counter without even being acknowledged. The person working the register was on the phone with someone who didn t even know what part they needed or what year their vehicle was. Understanding how frustrating that could be, I waited patiently, even after the stocker in the back looked at me and didn t say anything. Finally, without even an acknowledgement or any kind of communication, I left, hoping that this lack of any kind of help or communication wasn t because of my gender (I m female).I went down the street to O Reilly, and they helped me within a couple minutes, even though there was another person there when I got there, and I quickly and easily got what I needed. The communication and treatment of a customer makes or breaks a sale - and I bought the best wiper blades I could get. I hope other customers will get better service, but my experience won t bring me back here.

Absolutely one of the best places to go for car related stuff. I just happened to go when they were having an epic sale and was able to get the best oil for my car at a cheaper price than getting the cheapest oil for my car when it's at regular price. The staff was knowledgeable as always.

Super helpful staff. Every time I need a part they have it, even obscure strange things that don't commonly need replacing. The prices seem pretty fair and I've never had an issue with any part I've picked up from them.

Do not go to NAPA Auto parts. They had the wrong information on the parts list on their app, and when I tried to return a product to them with the receipt, they would not return my money.

This place is usually helpful and friendly, but you need to be cautious with one particular employee who has control issues.Bottom line is that no single employee is greater than store policy or covered warranties, so my advice is to let the neocon exhaust himself, then demand the very service that is indebted to you as a customer.

I have an old car so I am always need something fixed. Went there today and one service person helped me refill refrigerant into my car at no extra cost. Excellent service and advice. I go there all of the time now for my self-repair car needs.

They was helpful gave good advice and was very polite everyone wear masks and use sanitizer or wear gloves no need for social distancing because us customers was in and out quickly because the stuff helped us get what we come for quick and in a helpful friendly professional way

Three stars is not a negative here. I used to work for NAPA 30 some odd years ago, different location. If you tend to your vehicles maintenance, you will get what you want here. If it isn't in the store, the warehouse is in Saint Louis Park on Louisiana by the Post Office, which assures short travel to get what you need. I regularly work on my vehicles and consider NAPA part quality the best for non-OEM products. Also, their suite of 3M buffing compounds is the best I could ever expect. You might have to find alternative places for 1200-2500 grit sandpaper if going for professional level products for your high end sports car/luxury car.

I needed an HIR2 bulb for my headlight according to my driver's manual. I walked in and started looking for it. The kid with the holes in his ears behind the counter asked me if I needed help finding something. I told him what I needed and he started asking me about the make and model of my car. He told me he thought I needed a D2 bulb. I told him the driver's manual said I needed an HIR2 bulb. He told me I better go to the dealer because he's never heard of that kind of bulb. I googled it when I got to my car and found that several stores in the area sell them. Thanks for the help, punk! NAPA might want to educate their employees about headlights. I have since discovered that the HIR2 is required in several cars people drive today!

I'll make this short and sweet. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Period. The MGR with the mustache is always crabby and not friendly, it feels like he's always bothered. Today when I call for an oil cooler line, the 1st guy doesn't know what I'm talking about so he passes the phone to another co worker, Well that ok, people always need to learn stuff. This new guys say he has the same car (FYI I have a '96 Impala SS, which is a bad ass car, not many around because Chevy only made them for 2 years) anyway saying he has the same car, THEN tells me he never heard of the part either. All I know is that any Impala enthusiast just KNOWS this sort of thing. I had to put him on hold to Google the part number quick. I tell him the part number, he looks it up - YEP they have it! This is just one example of many. SO frustrating - I will NEVER step in another NAPA. That's all. Save yourself the headache, O'Reilly Auto parts is a few blocks away people.
