Showed up here at 6pm and the phone was ringing. No one answered. Then a person came in screaming "hello". No one answered. One person working.After the waiting period. He was helpful and found all I required. 2 intoxicated people arrived as I was leaving.

Napa Premium batteries are worth the money. In MN you want a high CCA # (Cold Cranking Amps) The staff at this store knows their job & services is excellent.

Terrible customer service. Canceled a car hitch and didn t give me a call or reason 3 days before it was to be delivered. They only have one guy working today. Probably should close the doors since the employee doesn t understand how to even order from a different location. The only reason I had this delivered to this location rather than home was because it was a big item. Do not recommend, go to a different part store if at all possible.

Awful customer service I had to wait 10 minutes to be attended and they did not even told me hold on sr we will be with you in a minute ..don t waste your time here

I went to this Napa because I had a bad experience with staff at the Autozone up the street. The staff helped me find a battery that fit my car and rung it up. I asked one of the workers here if he could help me install it. (Since I have zero know how with cars). Even though I could tell he was busy, Paul came outside and changed the battery out. While he did so he explained to me how to do it and what to look out for. Additionally, he diagnosed a clicking sound that I have been hearing for over a year. While the entire process only took 20 minutes, Paul really saved my day and was incredibly patient and understanding. Employees like him are the reason customers keep coming back. This will be my go to spot for all future car needs.

Staff was very helpful. Used impact wrench to remove pulley retaining nut on old alternator. Needed pulley for new alternator. I was nowhere near the shop and didn't have access to an impact wrench. This certainly deserves 5 stars. Thank you very much!

Very rude and not so helpful employees. We brought in a bolt from a caliper that was cross threaded. We were trying to get new bolts to get everything fitted nicely for our new rotors and pads. As soon as the employee got done talking on the phone, he looked at me and sighed "You might as well go to a hardware store." In a sarcastic tone. This was AFTER we went through homedepot and lowes. Did not bother to try to help. Guess he wants to turn away business and can't wait to clock out. The staff looked miserable working there so it's no wonder they take their frustration towards customers. Autozone got our bolts to match with the caliper we needed.

Was trying to return a part purchased from our commercial account at this store, even though it was purchased from another store. This proved to be an insurmountable task by the assistant manager. Not very happy with the service here.

If you are looking for friendly great customer service, this is the place! Today was one of the worst days to be out on the road and there I was when my windshield wiper flew off my car... The front desk at Napa not only helped me get new windshield wipers but went out to ensure they were properly on my car!

Good guys, and they usually have parts in stock. These guys know more than the average kids at the other stores. Order online and pick up in store to get the best price

Only place local that had fuel quick connects. He was not too welcoming when I walked in, but at least he was knowledgeable and had the part.
