Great. They gave open and honest comments about carburetors, which are a classic and somewhat forgotten art.

Very weirdly setup store. All the shopping aisles are behind the counter. You can't shop yourself... Only one grumpy employee when I was there. He couldn't find my order for a long time. Took over 20 minutes to pickup on online order. However I would be grumpy too if I had to walk 2 flights of stairs for any specific auto part! There is a huge Warehouse off to the side of the front desk. It is two flights of stairs down. No elevator. He had to carry my heavy parts up two flights of stairs... This store is dirty, dingy and worn nearly every where you look. I will not be back! Also watch your step... Water & snow from the roof creates horrible ice in front of the entrance door!!

I regret coming here.- I had a personal bathroom emergency but they would not allow me to use their bathroom.- Slippery sidewalk, mostly covered in ice with a few little sprinkles of salt. Had plenty more sidewalk space they could've shoveled.- No mask on any of the 3-4 employees in there, especially with the one that helped me who kept coughing in my direction..- The store is poorly set up, the customer enters in between 2 counters where you have to ask staff for just about anything you want to even just look at, not necessarily buy.- While an employee was helping me the phone kept ringing and instead of one of the other two or three employees at the other side of the store answering it this guy decided to take the call. It had an extra few minutes to the wait time, still really having to use a bathroom. You could clearly tell the guy didn't want to be there.- He took another couple minutes just trying to find the item he went to look for, which I get not everyone has great memory, but maybe it shouldn't be put upon the staff to get such simple items behind their counters.(Around 3:00pm on January 25, 2022)

Website says they close at 7 but if you waste your time going there at 6:30 you'll find the store is closed. Nothing better when you have a dying vehicle.

I just wanted to recognize that the desk worker this evening (7/22 and I m sorry I didn t get his name) was incredibly helpful. I stopped in with a battery that had completely gone bad. All electronics went completely non-operational on I94 westbound. He sold me a battery and (even though it is not their regular practice) allowed me to borrow some tools to remove the old battery and install the new one. He recognized that I was not going to run off with his tools and was very helpful in getting us back on our way. Just wanted to say thank you! You could have easily been a jerk and made things very difficult, but you chose to listen and recognize someone in need and provided assistance. It was very much appreciated! Thank you!

So you don t feel like having to deal with customer service because you know it s going to be bad, so you place an online order. You get confirmation your order is ready so you go to pick it up. You walk into the store you encounter an overweight, sales clerk that rolls his eyes as you walk in. And gives you a response like he doesn t want to do his job. Needless to say, my orders weren t ready never even pulled off the shelf. So why did I get a confirmation? My order was ready I don t know they didn t even have my parts. So beyond the fact that their system lied to me, I had to deal with some guy that didn t even want to do his job.I guess Napa really stands by its name never any parts available .

Its 5:20pm on a Tuesday (1-18-22). Open sign is lit up, sign on door says open till 7pm. Doors are locked. Called phone to see whats going on. Someone answered with attitude like I was inconveniencing him, used to be a nice store!!!!

I called to check on a part. I was told it was in stock, told ther price, and given the address. When I arrived I waited for approximately 35 minutes before being helped. There was one clerk working the front and he had one speed. Slow! Customers came into the store, waited and left without purchasing their products. Another clerk came out, didn't speak to the 5 customers that were waiting, but continued on his way. Finally another clerk came up to help. I was next in line. I told him the part I needed and he looked it up and told me they didn't have it. I had to ask if another location had it. Here told me I could go to St. Louis Park and pick one up, but quoted me a price that was more than double the price I was quoted when I called. I went to O'Reilly's instead. They had the part shipped to the store near me in 2 hours and it was the price I was originally quoted at NAPA. I will never recommend NAPA and I will never go back!

Clean facilities, knowledgeable staff, and quick transaction to get what your working on fixed. Well lit facility never had any hassles will be sure to get my next problem fixed on this napas behalf.

Terrible customer service and they lie and do not provide a solution. I bought a battery and was told i could return it if i just start my car and move it a few yards. Anyway as my battery was charging at their shop i decided to buy the cheapest battery for my truck, i drive home and plugged the battery to the other truck that needed it and moved it into the garage. Upon finishing that i unplugged it and loaded it back onto my passenger seat bay to return it to get my refund as agreed upon. After a few mins i got to the store and upon attempting to return the product the store attendant customer service guy decided to change the agreement on me. Anyway i am never purchasing there anymore or recommending someone to purchase anything there.

Horrible misinformation. I called 20 minutes ahead of time to pick up a part urgently needed, an ignition switch. I was told there was 1 in stock. Come to find, I drive all the way there just for them to tell me that they didn t have the part. I ve wasted time only to be turned away. I can never trust a store that cannot keep their inventory in check and I don t recommend you do either.

The super fat man was unfriendly, gave us the wrong size brakes and he did not read our Napa account. He was rude and should be fired. There is way too many people look for work now.

They're the Best in chain store auto part's. Knowledgeable , experienced clerks makes a huge difference when you have a problem. They make sure you're solving your problem rather than masking it. Just to get more $$ later.

Without fail every time I come, these people always have maybe one person working who doesn't know what to do or how to do it and you will spend 15 minutes just waiting in line.

It is a good company. I am an employee so you might not trust my opinion. Check out NAPA for yourself. We are one of the best auto parts stores in the USA.

I didn't even know this Napa existed over Off of Washington Avenue this is basically a parts warehouse with a retail outlet connected to it they were very helpful and accommodating with getting me the best deal on the parts and tools I needed to repair my brake line thanks guys
