AMAZING! Jesse helped me get a paint match done as a gift for my boyfriend and was incredibly friendly, helpful, fast, and informative. He helped me through the whole process so I could keep the gift a surprise and got the part painted within two days of dropping it off. The team did incredible work and my boyfriend (who is a car guy) was extremely happy with how the paint turned out. They definitely are experts! And I got a better price than I was originally quoted for! I would 100% recommend Mr. T's for any paint or body work you need done, we will definitely be coming back!!

If you can't make it to your brother in-laws referral autobody shop, this is the professional's place to go. Over $2,000 of body work done. It looks clean and brand new. The only knock I have is there weren't any gaskets put in place to keep the hood from coming down. I have to use a separate pipe to keep the hood up - or hold it up. All-be-it did take a while to fix. Fortunately they had a car I could borrow.The hood was completely collapsed in. No radiator problems while it was damaged. I have no problems now after having this was finally all finished the week of Christmas 2020.Service: Body & Trim

Beyond speechless ! Best services in the Twin Cities area! I needed a paint job and Jess and his team did a fantastic job helping me ! When I backed up into a street-parked car, I knew it was a LITTLE mistake that would cost a LOT of money. But Stan at Autopia, who I really trust, recommended Mr. T's and I'm so glad that he did.Chris went above-and-beyond in his auto body work on the car, and even though both the door and fender had to be completely pulled apart to fix the dent, he worked with me to reach an extremely reasonable price--and it was done in just a few days. He walked me through some cost-saving options and talked to me in layman's terms, which I really appreciate.It's so nice to have an auto body shop that I trust--no upselling, just the best service at a reasonable price. If I ever need auto body work again, I'm definitely coming to Mr. Ts--but fingers crossed it's not for quite some time!

The staff at Mr T's are awesome. The manager Chris is awesome. He is friendly, he communicates well with his customers, explaining what is going on and the steps he is going to take to resolve your concerns. He was very patient with us. I usually don't do reviews but the business i received from the guys here made me feel like it was the least i could do. From the moment my car arrived these guys were genuine, understanding, and went out of their way to make sure i was taken care of. Usually when it comes to repairs and such there's a lot of horror stories floating around about terrible experiences, not from from Mr. T's. From repair time, to the rental, to just interacting with them i don't have anything bad to say, seriously. Hopefully i don't have any more car issues but if i do please believe me when i say i'm bring my car back to them.

I worked with them on two separate occasions. One was work related one was personal ins. Both times they were very easy to work with. He worked with my work schedule and made it possible so I was still able to have a work vehicle down for minimal time. They did great work would definitely recommend to anyone. I hate body shops and this is one I would go back to!! Thanks again guys!

Jesse has been great to work with to get my estimate. Set up my work and work with the insurance company and rental car to make sure everything is setup.

Best auto repair experience I've ever had. Excellent customer service and an above and beyond attention to doing a quality job while saving me money on some of the details to the repair. I would definitely return for future repairs.

If I could give zero stars, I would. DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS HERE.Bought a car for my daughter, long distance, from Mr T's. "Alex" said the car was a trade-in used to cover another customer's payment. I told him I needed something SAFE for my 22 year old to drive. Alex assured me it was sound, had been gone over by their mechanics, and had no major issues.Brought to Lancers after purchase for a tune-up, and found out the car was in Absolutely Terrible Condition, and Unsafe to drive. The undercarriage was rusted out, with ball joint damage, right front axle close to breaking, brake lines rusted, bushings torn, brake rotors rusted through, timing belt cracked, differential mounts broken, rear frame supports rusted through, etc, etc.If Mr T's calls this a safe car, with no major issues, I would NEVER, EVER trust them with a repair or service. My advice: AVOID this business at all costs.

Every time I called to get an appointment set I was hung up on.... The kid was extremely rude. When I called the second time I asked for the owner and the kid who answered the phone said 'He is not in!" and then hung up on me...Def would not suggest dealing with a business who will not even let you say two words. what a pathetic way to keep your business running by hiring a bunch of idiots! Ill take my business to your competitor

Excellent across the board. I just picked up my work truck that was in to get a smashed side view mirror replaced. Throughout the process, they kept their time line, and updated me as to the progress. When I picked it up, they had vacuumed the interior of the vehicle. I would definitely return in the future, as those little things go a long way with me.

I passed several shops traveling from Burnsville and was taken care of by Mr T's the quality, value and customer service was excellent, this is what Minnesota needs a great shop like this, Mr T's body shop put the quality in body"T" shops keep up the good work Jesse and your behind the scene crew

Got an estimate 2 months ago, they never called me back. I called them got the runaround. Poor customer service.
