I bought my car in to see why the stability traction control light was on. I informed Ed that when it is raining, the stability traction light comes on. When the inspection and diagnosis was finished I was told that no code for the issue was found. Now my car is riding rough and the engine light is on, which was not the case when I bought the car in for service.

What amazing services. Valet pick up and drop off was so smooth, allowed us not to miss and time from work. they picked up the car serviced it fixed it and dropped it off all before I got home from work. They even ran it through the car wash. I got a cool video of my car at the shop with the lead mechanic walking me through everything. They are top notch thank you

Recently had my Cadillac in for some routine maintenance. Morris's did an excellent job. They were very quick, sent me a video of the work being performed and then washed my car too. 5 - stars !!

For the most part service was ok. I will say after I didn t accept one of their recommendation for purchase I noticed a change in personality. It was like they were irritated and I never heard from them again till my truck was ready for pick up. They didn t call me and tell me that they would have to keep my truck overnight etc. Also when we picked it up the guy helping us made it clear he was not the guy who worked this job and was kinda rude. Overall I ve had good service but this time just a little less.

Morrie s Cadillac has been servicing my CT6 since I ve gotten it, and they have done an excellent job keeping it running like new. I recently brought it in for routine service including the recommended 37,500 mile checkup. The service rep, DeAndre, went over the details and identified those items that had individual changes so I could determine whether I felt they were needed.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto detailing

I had an appointment at Morrie s Cadillac at 1:15 to have an oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would take 60 to 90 minutes so I waited for my car. At 3 o clock I checked what was taking so long and was told there were so many people that day that they got behind. I was not told that when I arrived, because then I would have left my car. I finally left the shop at 3:25. No one kept me informed what was going on during that time I had to search them out and find the answers to my questions. It was very disappointing.

Staff was great, I met the mechanic that worked on my car and was impressed with his knowledge of my old Saab.The only reason for not getting 5 stars is after spending $1500 it would have been nice to get a wash and vacuum, my car was returned as I brought it in.

Went in for a warranty check. Waited until after paid quite a bit of money that oh yeah the Morries warranty team are real sticklers and they usually deny the claims anyway. The service tech does a good job of getting you a video showing your vehicle and the areas ok as well as any needing to be serviced.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle InspectionServices: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection

It was great service when I was able to get the service. I walked into the building nobody really greeted me. But the one younger guy his name is DeAndre Coleman. He would be the only reason for me to come back. Walked into the showroom floor sales people didn't even look twice because I was looking at the new escalades. Meanwhile I will servicing my 2012 Escalade EVS. It really I felt like if you don't look the part they don't have the time to actually see if you were going to purchase $100,000 vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

Good. Derek was awesome as usual. He gets 5 stars. Only issue I had was during the process of bleeding my breaks after installation of a new caliper, my master cylinder ruptured. I m no vehicle technician but not sure why I m on the hook $$wise for that. I paid it, but feel there should have been some sort of compromise. The master cylinder was functioning, after all, when I brought my vehicle in. Anyway, well done as usual, Morries. You guys are pros.Service: Auto brake repair

Communication and follow up communication were absent or made very difficult!The same issue this time around as well. Service phone line isn't being answered after several attempts. Texts messages not responded to until the next day! Very poor communication!
