Made an appointment for warranty repair. Showed up for appointment they gave parts to another customer earlier in the day. Made another appointment to get warranty repair. This time they had the part. I took 2 days off of work for this repair. They never called to cancel first appointment. Customer service person called to have me review their work. I asked for a supervisor to call which they never did. No apologies or any accomodations.

I am the one our household who takes our vehicles in for servicing (have done this for over 30 years (3 vehicles). In my life, we have had multiple brands of vehicles between my husband and I. I have YET to experience the exceptional SERVICE (knowledge, attention to detail, customer service), that I have received and experienced at Morrie s Brooklyn Park Subaru! My most recent service advisor that was stellar at this was Fabian Robles!He was amazing! The knowledge I received from him during a routine visit was incredible.The entire staff in the service department here are very great!I am recommending others to this dealership for service and new vehicles!

Morrie's has always been helpful and easy to work with both for leasing our vehicle and getting service done. It's a smooth process to get a loaner when needed, and their lobby is comfortable to hang out in for shorter service visits.

It was a clean and friendly environment. With a very knowledgeable staff. I was treated well and the history of what maintenance has been done on my car and when was also impressive. Very organized. I was extremely happy with the work that was preformed on my vehicle.

They did what they promised to do. Loaner car for the week was great !! It was a new Subaru with 95 miles on it !!Tyler was extremely professional .Hope to get another 100,000 on my 10 year old Forester !!I ll be back !!

I got scheduled very soon after my request for a winter tuneup. I had a good chat with thee service person not only about what needed to be checked but also which coupons were good.Because of this I saved $100 on the winter checkup. The service was done efficiently too, so I was able to get home before dark. I am embarrassed to say I forgot who helped me. He was most understanding and respectful in his advice. Please tell him how much I appreciated his counsel!

I especially like that they not only do the oil change, but check on other things as well. I ended up having to get my front tires aligned. I was going to leave for a car trip and I would have done damage to my fairly new tires if I didn't have that done.

I really appreciate your efficiency drop my car got my Loaner car everything in the process was really fast I was able to get my car back..!! Will not take my car to any other place. Will just come back to you guys. I really appreciate it. Maybe next time I will buy a car from you guys as well. I brought my Forester for service as I prepaid for oil changes and service when I bought the car.The service was very quick and the staff were very nice. As with any dealership there were attempts to upsell and add on. This is expected and no more pressure than an offer.If I didn t already pay for service here I probably would not use the service. Not for any reason other than the dealerships are needlessly more expensive and harder to deal with.

Amazing service team. I have been going there ever since I purchased my 2016 Outback. They never let me down. They are thorough when diagnosing and do not do any work on it without your approval and knowledge of what needs to be done. Every service member has been awesome and kind and respectful. Kudos!

Insanely expensive. I came in and told them what was wrong, they charged me 200$ to inspect my entire vehicle (which I didn t ask for, I told them what needed fixing right away and did not ask for anything further). Then another 600$ to fix what I told them I wanted fixed and only fixed, in the first place. Definitely trying not such a big dealership corporate place next time!

Honest, On Point, Great transparency with video inspection..... AND, WHEN YOU SET THE APPOINTMENT, there is NO waiting on the way in, and super efficient on the way back out the door! Everything you expect from Dealer Service. Compared to FORD Service experience - good people, good video, but Ford is way overbooked.

I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with my new Legacy. As a retired and skeletly disabled lady, my car is just heavily on my body. Better than my sofa!My service crew at Morrie's are 25 stars. A trip in for a wash or oil change makes my day. (Cherish the small things)

My service visit was quick and pleasant. Although I came in expecting a bigger bill, Fabian, my service advisor, said I hadn t driven enough miles to require a tire rotation, so that was a welcome savings.

I have been a Morris s BP Subaru customer for several years and my overall experience with every aspect of this location has been exceptional from online scheduling, check-in, customer service, technicians, waiting, & loaners.I have gotten oils changes, tire, battery, and electrical replacements. Unfortunately, the only bad thing is I feel like I got a rotten car (2020 Ascent) with all the replacements I ve had.The location has been updated as well to include a kids room with coloring books & tv, a quiet area, lounging, snacks and refreshments. Looks comfortable and inviting.Will recommend and continue to use this location for future services.

I live in Lincoln, NE, and was in Mpls for the holidays. A tire on my 2015 Outback blew on my way home. My relatively new tires were purchased �t the Lincoln Subaru dealer. My Morrie's service manager was very responsive with my somewhat different situation. I had my two small dogs with me so VERY much appreciated the small dog park.

Took 3 visits to get 2015 Forester backup camera replaced.First visit took 2 hours instead of stated 1 hour, and they didn't even look at the backup camera at all (no check for loose harness(es), no wire continuity check, no voltage check or temp swap with working camera), but they did spend 2 hours coming up with a $2k list of undesired / unnecessary up-sells which I declined, but I still had to pay $90 for the "investigation".after I complained, a 2nd visit (a week later) they actually confirmed voltage to the rear camera, and guessed it was a faulty camera.3rd visit (had to wait for them to order a replacement camera for a 2015 Forester, seems like that'd be something a Subaru dealer would have in stock?) another week later had it replaced for $600.Took 4-5 hours total waiting over the course of 3 visits over the course of 3 weeks.Sales guy actually told me that I "should have told him I was knowledgeable in this area" (implying that I'd have received better service, or a cheaper quote)I'd avoid this dealer.

I am very happy with all the service staff I have worked with on routine maintenance checks and more. It's alwaus been easy to schedule, great customer service, good work and quick and clear communication. Highly recommend.

Overall a good experience. Had my CVT and front differential flushed. Techs were great to deal with and the service was finished quickly. My only gripe was I was quoted a much lower cost when I set up the service than I was charged after it was completed. Great place to buy a new Subaru. Everyone there is courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to work with you on pricing, financing etc. Going in for service is easy as can be, and they send you a video of the tech going through a thorough and detailed inspection of your vehicle as it is being serviced via body cam footage, which I love.

I have had such excellent service at Morries Brooklyn Park Subaru. Staff are knowledgeable and efficient, and the waiting area is super comfortable and set up for working while you wait. It's all good. It's not just an oil change included in the price, but I appreciated the multi-point inspection and the complimentary car wash. I recommend Morrie's Brooklyn Park Subaru.

I am a regular customer at the dealership. My last visit was to switch up summer tires with winter ready ones. I do that annually. What I liked is that the service team reminded me that it's time to do the 30k service which we did and the team was able to accommodate the change. We also did an oil change. In addition I had asked for some advice on adding on an oil and air separator. I received recommendations on that topic. Highly recommend this place not only to purchase a vehicle, but also service of your vehicle. The staff always smile and greet you. Went there because I KNEW my battery was going to die and I wanted them to test it/change it. They made me wait there for 4 hours just to tell me my battery was fine then it died 3 days later. Called them to fix it and they told me they don t do those services on the weekend.
