Came in today with a car remote start issue and Andrew helped me out right away. Fix it in less than 5 minutes and got it working again. Overall he went above and beyond, communicated with me effectively the whole time. Definitely recommend this place.Thanks AndrewRichmond

Jeff was my main point of contact throughout the process and he was great! Very informative without feeling too sales pitchy . I had them install heated front seats and remote start in my Tacoma. The quality of work is great so far and Jeff really emphasized that I could use him/the company as a resource should I have questions. Extra glad they were able to install Toyota style switches for my heated seats rather than the universal circular switch.

10/10 will recommend. We had heated seats and an auto start installed and the customer service was top notch. Even after having to fix the mess made by another shop, they explained everything and offered to contact the other business on our behalf if needed. We will for sure be back!

5 stars plus! I was absolutely wowed by the responsiveness and customer service offered by Mobile Installation's staff members. Not only did they offer a creative solution to my 16-year-old's lil' fender bender fix, but repaired the vehicle in one day and were beyond fair in price. Will not only recommend their services to others, but will definitely be back to Mobile Installation (hopefully not for another fender bender) in the near future. Thank you!

This was the cleanest install I've ever gotten. The staff Is very knowledgeable, and very friendly. You simply can't beat the service there. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality instation, and fantastic sound quality. They do it all! Check them out! You wont regret it.

I had stopped by about couple weeks ago to have the T13 Compustar installed. Come to find out after checking what they did, they left exposed wiring not tapped up properly and pushed to the side to the corner all smushed up. Unbelievable! I had went back prior to have my shock sensors adjusted higher. They took my car to the back after 10 mins I was told that they were adjusted. I had to stop by a different shop to pay to fix the horrible job they had made behind my back. I was informed by the shop also that sensors were never adjusted to begin with.Disappointing, Displeased first time experience. After waiting there 5-6 hours and paying near 1k for a car system that was horribly installed is ridiculously absurd!DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I have been dealing with a remote starter they put in awhile back . Jeff reached out to me after dealing with Numerous times trying to fix it.He put in a different system because the old was having soooo many issues not working right.The one Jeff put last week has been working well.He even reached out Personally to me on Saturday to see how it was working.I am happy with the new system but I need to have some faith that it will continue to do what I need it to do. Thank you again for working with me Jeff with this.

These guys are amazing! I called and made an appointment, very easy. I showed up without my camera that was 500 miles away. I asked if I could buy one from them since I was there to install a dash cam. Lo and behold they have the exact same camera I intended to bring! They installed it professionally and in less time than they had originally estimated. No damage to my vehicle. They were very easy to work with. They even were kind enough to guide me through something small but all is well and I'm so satisfied with their services!Side note. They said they pretty much only carry that specific dash cam because of all the good reviews and satisfaction. I've had this camera before and therefore came to install it amd I'm telling the thinkware pro is Ana amazing dash cam. Small, simple and it will give you an audible report when you turn the car on. Smart folks!

Just recently had my F150 worked on here. Used to have a place I liked to go for work on my vehicles, but they ve been going downhill in customer service. I m so glad I ve found this place. Excellent customer service and their shop is super nice. I m sure I ll be back again for other things. Thank you again!

I dropped off my wife s car before closing time Friday and received a text Saturday morning it was finished we had auto start put in and the service was great, Cody did a great job and he made sure we understood how to use the auto start before we left

Awesome people and great service. Needed a tunnel cover put on my gmc that has a tool box that is huge and running poles on the sides of the truck. But they looked at it and got it done. Gave me updates that it was going well. All the guys that worked on it today did a great job. Thanks Dan for explaining everything that was going on. Also thanks to the guy that showed me how my tunnel cover works (sorry, don't remember your name). But yes, I did have a little bit of a longer wait time, but that won't stop me from making future purchases with these guys. Highly recommend them for your vehicle needs.She looks great, thanks guys

Excellent service. Got me in same day for a remote starter on a manual transmission. It was done in a few hours. I was late to pick it up and they stayed past closing to show me how to use it. Good prices. Friendly. Definitely would recommend.

I am incredibly happy with the window tint application they performed on my car. There was clear communication from the beginning to the end of the project, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results! I will not hesitate to go back to Mobile Installation Service for my next project.

I had a lift,tires,rims and auxiliary switches put in and they did a 5 star job on my Jeep Gladiator!! Very helpful and supportive. Really first rate service.

I had my 2019 Subaru WRX tinted by these guys and it looks awesome. Great quality work and these guys took really good care of my car as if it were their own. Apparently they got quite a few compliments about my car and the gentleman at the front desk told me about it. That really made me smile. Thanks for an awesome experience and I will definitely return for future installs!!

Great customer service. I had a stereo installed in my truck. From the first email looking for pricing to the completed project, every step was a great experience. Everyone was very knowledgeable and informative. They seemed just as excited to show me my vehicle as I was to see it. I can not speak highly enough of my experience. I will definitely be back for future work!

They installed running boards on my Highlander, and went above and beyond what it took to get em installed. I am definitely bringing my Highlander back for more accessories done by these guys. I had a remote starter installed by Mobile Installation Services years ago, and at that time, they did a great job of creating a unique solution to meet my needs. So they were the obvious choice to do a system for me again recently when I bought a new car. Again providing the same great service these many years later, Jeff and his crew did a customized system for me. Then after using it for a few weeks, I decided I wanted some adjustments made. Jeff patiently worked with me and modified my system to meet my needs, even seeming to enjoy the challenge of creating a custom solution that would perform as I wanted it to. I highly recommend Mobile Installation Services, and will definitely return there the next time I need a remote start system.

Update:They did call me back and admitted they needed to change their protocols so it wouldn't happen again. They do great work quickly.They won't call me back! I have a system they put in a couple of years ago. It is having an issue so I want them to look at it. I have called a several times with no response...

I received a remote start installation, and I was very happy with it. My rear passenger light went out at some point, and when I took it in to the dealership, they said my remote start was attempted to be installed first in the back, but was rewired elsewhere, but that's what ruined my light wiring harness and cause the light to not work. Cost $1000 to replace the harness.The remote start works great, but the cost of repair wasn't worth how they messed it up in the first place.Service: Security system installation
