Grady was awesome! He was fast to communicate and even faster to repair. I had ordered my own window since my car is older and had plastic wrap over the window spot. When he was done, he took all the trash with him which was very nice. He s very reasonably priced too! I 10/10 recommend, thanks for making it an easy and fast process!

Grady just finished replacing my windshield. He came to my residence and took less than an hour to complete the job. Scheduling was quick, easy, and completed over text, the price was reasonable, and he was able to fit me in quickly despite a recent hail storm and uptick in demand. After calling around to a few places and getting outrageous quotes for a front windshield replacement, I contacted Grady at Luna Auto Glass Service who was quick to respond with a very fair quote. He was responsive to my questions and accommodating to my time. For the appointment, he came to my house and had the windshield replaced within an hour and it looks fantastic. Grady is awesome. My driver's car window had gotten smashed in from a burglary attempt and Grady was able to replace the window the exact same day. I couldn't believe that he was able to make the repair that quickly. Grady and Luna Glass Service is beyond professional and helpful. Grady was amazing! Contacted him on Monday and he was ready to install on Tuesday. Had a scheduling conflict on my end so he was able to fix it at 8 am on Wednesday! I called multiple businesses and he was the fastest and most affordable. He even cleaned out the car from the glass and cleaned the glass itself once installed. I'm delighted to rate and review Luna Glass Service. We had a cracked windshield in our Company vehicle and we had an excellent experience with Grady Hegel of Luna Glass. He actually came out to our office and fixed it right there. It was an absolutely painless experience for us and he was done by lunch time, so no one had to go without a vehicle.

After calling all the major glass companies (none of which could get the replacement glass) for my older step-van, I called Luna. Grady went above and beyond finding the glass, installing it in less than hospitable weather, and all while charging reasonable prices. Nice guy, and it was a pleasure doing business with him. Next time I need glass replaced, he'll be my first call.

I can t imagine a better experience. Our car s window was broken last night. And just over 12 hours later, the glass has been replaced for an incredibly reasonable price.
