Great go to place when your interlock screws up, real full service mechanics, there installs are sodered in not using junk damaging connectors. Their a bit old school but perfectionists. Just had them do my brakes and tune up..engine light was on...runs great now.

The installation was completed as scheduled. The interlock device sucks! They didnt mention to me over the phone about how the box that i blow into gets cold very easily and will be problems in the cold environment I live in, Minnesota. I had the box for less than a week, Im a carpenter, so i work in the cold too often. Having to leave the box in my car while i work but then on breaks n lunch my car is suppose to be my warm spot to sit for awhile. Already losing the automatic start sucks. This last week was cold but not even in below zero temps yet. It literally took me about 6 attempts for the box to finally accept my blow, after also taking 2-3 mins to finally be ready for my first blow. THESE THINGS SUCK! Ive got to use this thing for my first time for 3 yrs for a misdemeanor DWI for violating my B-card. I got a DWI at 16, 19, 21...im 39 today, never blew double, never killed nobody...n have been harrased with this b card since i was 21. I am to stay sober for 10yrs b4 im allowed to drink again, thats why i keep violating my B-Card every 4,5,6 years; Impossible challenge for me to complete. N i shouldnt have to. Driving me to being unhinged. Theyre trying to save lives from preventing drunk drivers from driving but at the same time driving people from sanity to insanity.

This company has defective equipment. When contacted to replace equipment, they gave band-aid fixes (contacted the company multiple times, same "fix" each time that did not fix the problem). I witnessed my brother "fail" the breathalizer even though he has been sober for almost a year and then blow in it again 5 mins later and pass. I witnessed other sober people also try to blow in the unit and fail when I know they had zero alcohol. This has now caused court issues for him and he has been contacting the company for evidence of fixes and they will not respond. Buyer beware.
