I brought my 2020 Terrain to Lerum because the drive shaft was making a horrible noise when I drove at highway speed. It turned out to be the hanger had been damaged, so that part, and part of the drive shaft, needed to be replaced. The work was done in less than a day, at an affordable price. We ve been going to Lerum for over 20 years and we will continue to trust them for years to come.

My parents have gone here for a long time and their work is curtious and dependable. Their prices are fair and they do not push unnecessary maintenance on you. My girlfriend and I have had wonderful experiences and will come back and recommend other people to come here

Everytime we have come to Lerum, the team is kind and ready with a smile. It's easy to call ahead and schedule an appointment, as well as coming in with any question in mind. They aren't priced too high and take care of everything you need. With my old car, they were quick to find an issue with the bumper that I didn't even know about. Due to the fact I had just received the car, they didn't bother charging and handled the issue quickly. I definitely recommend this location, where customer service and honesty are high on the values list!!

Have had my vehicle worked on three times. They do oil changes quickly and are competitively priced. Customer service is also very good and they are very personable.I had new brakes put in, and have had issues with squeaking brakes ever since. I brought it back in to get looked at (they didn t charge me) and they said it was fixed. I still have bad squeaking going on and will not be going back for them to look at it again.They also replaced a headlight with a very cheap PINK colored light. It looks horrible on my vehicle. When I asked them to change it out, they claimed they never put it in my car to begin with. I know for a fact they did. When they quoted me for a new light, the cost was outrageous (over $100). I m done with them

These guys really saved me in a pinch. Had a roadside emergency and they got me in and took car of my car quickly and treated me with such kindness and compassion. They gained a life long customer today for sure. Thanks Lerum

These guys have been fixing my cars since 1999 (23y). I drive older cars and these guys have done a great job knowing what NEEDS fixing and what is just an old car problem. I have found them to be honest and great to work with.

My whole family goes to Lerum and we love their constant quality service. They repair the cars in a timely manner and do an excellent job at it. They also don t make any unnecessary repairs unlike dealers sometimes do, which is a great plus. I d recommend them to anyone with a car.

I have been a customer of Lerum Automotive for nearly 15 years. They have serviced every vehicle in my house over that time with their quick and kind professionalism.As a woman, it can be tough sometimes to have a vehicle problem. Lerum has never laughed at my description of my issues and have always treated me with great respect, taking time to explain things until I understand. They have never once overcharged me for a repair and I have never had an issue with any repair done at Lerum.Since moving a number of years ago, its a little more of a hassle to drive to St. Louis Park. I tried a few shops closer to home, but none of them can touch Lerum Automotive's skills or policies. They live their Integrity value every single day. I am a proud customer for life here and am so thankful to have found them!

I have been taking my vehicles to Bruce and Tim for over a decade now. The most honest and trustworthy business I have run across. I recommend them to work on all makes and models and would trust them to service anyone from a 16 year old niece to my 90 year old grandmother.

LACKING INTEGRITY.I had luck with Lerum in the past so I recently brought my vehicle to them again for radiator work and routine maintenance. Unfortunately, it was during their recent painting project. When I picked up my vehicle, there was a significant amount of red paint spattered across the side and back of my black car. When I kindly brought it to their attention, I got more "attitude" than "customer service." Mr. Lerum acted as though I had no right to be concerned, saying "It's no big deal. It'll come right off." I left the car, agreeing that I would pay for the repairs when the paint was removed. The next day I biked past Lerum and saw a teenager (the same young man I had seen painting earlier in the week) diligently at work in the hot sun doing his best to remove the red paint. I felt bad for him. He was taking responsibility, Lerum was not. I found it odd that a kid had more integrity than Lerum. After their attempt at removing the paint, not only do I still have red spatters on my car, but added damage from the scraping they did to "remove" the paint. At final inspection, Mr Lerum, still taking no responsibility, pointed out other dings and flaws, implying that the car wasn't in perfect shape to begin with!When all was done, they proceeded to charge me the full $1,100 for the initial repairs and were not willing to take anything off for the damage to my vehicle or the hassles involved. I never got an apology for the paint, or the hassle of being without my car for 2 weeks.If you choose Lerum, proceed with caution.
