I highly recommend this business!We had a great experience getting our vehicle fixed after a fender bender.Jos� walked us through the insurance claim process. He made it very easy.The best part is my truck looked brand new!I can't tell the vehicle was smashed up. Jose made our experience top shelf.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Jessie's Auto Body! They were extremely helpful in my dealings with the insurance company and saved my car from being "totaled". The turnaround time was excellent and the car looks brand new and drives great, all at a great price and with wonderful customer service. Would totally recommend! We had our car hit while parked. First thing Monday morning, they got us a quote on repair and insurance company said their quote was fair, accurate and definitely moved our claim along faster than had we just waited on insurance. They were quick and fair.

Jessie s Auto Body is an oasis in a sea of big corporate body shops. I ve had multiple cars worked on over the years for touch-ups, rust repairs and partial to complete rebuilds after accidents. I have always spared no expense and usually went with whatever shop my favorite car dealership suggests at that time. And I ve had mixed results. None of them gave me the customer service that Jessie provided. I was always left in the dark wondering what exactly they did. Jessie on the other hand was extremely thorough in going through the car before he started, was in constant contact with me during the project explaining the process and finished on time and on budget. On top of that he s one of the nicest guys you could ever deal with. I m blown away. Before the job was even done I was recommending him to everyone I knew. I just got my car back and couldn t wait to write this review. If you re lucky he s got time to help you as well.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Jessie has done work for me on four separate occasions and his work has always been great and done at a fair price. The next time you need auto body repair stop and see Jessie; you won't regret it.I still remember the first time I stopped in for an estimate not knowing anything about him or his shop. I was quickly taken by his enthusiasm and I decided on the spot to have him do the job. After it was done I was so impressed with the outcome and obviously very happy I had him do the work. I've been back ever since and Jessie has never disappointed me.

I had a great experience with Jessie's after a neighbor backed into my car. They handled the insurance adjuster and got my car fixed promptly. My car actually looks better after leaving their shop than it did prior to the accident. You can tell that the employees here take pride in their work. Highly recommend!

I value customer service and professionalism as much if not more than the quality of the service of any business I give my money to and Jesse's Auto Body delivered on both points.I cannot tell you how happy I was the day drove away in my 2015 Hyundai Sonata that Jesse's Auto Body repaired so well it looked like a brand new car! I was almost literally jumping (definitely exclaiming thanks) with excitement.My car had been in TWO front end accidents (one was the other driver's fault - he backed into me slow speed but cracked my bumper which had EXPENSIVE electrical sensor components and another where I hit a protruding snow/ice bank. I got quotes from two other shops which each quoted me well over $7500 for the repairs. I had about $4800 from the insurance claim of the first accident but could not afford (and frankly didn't want) to pay an additional $3500-$4000 for front end damage especially since the front end sensors were still working fine. The other shops told me the were LEGALLY unable to perform work on the car without replacing the [most expensive part at around $2800] sensor.I decided to check out a few local smaller shops since one of the shops told me a smaller shop/garage would be able to work around that expensive replacement.After going to two different local Northeast Minneapolis shops I was BLESSED to end up at Jesse's Auto Body. The staff and the owner, Jesse, was so courteous, efficient and professional. Jesse visually inspected my car on Saturday and told me he could get me in as soon as Monday. He provided me with a list of parts that I would need (I opted to order the parts myself to keep costs low). I had to do quite a bit of calling back and forth to ascertain I had the right parts for the repair. I'm sure this was a bit irritating, but Jesse was graceful and patient with me.Jesse gave me a VERY good deal for the job - he event went above and beyond, adjusting my headlights for me, heat-correcting the bent aftermarket bumper that was shipped in a box slightly too small for its size, he even drove me to my home nearby to pick up the car parts that had been delivered to my apartment (I ordered parts I knew I needed before I knew which shop would be performing the repair.) I'm a single lower-mid income earner with a child so I am extremely thankful that I was able to cover the repair with the insurance claim check of the first accident and even had a little left over (that paid for the headache that I went through collecting the claim money but that's another story.)I am recommending all of my family and friends to Jesse from here on out for any and all of their auto body repair needs.Thank you Jesse!

I brought my truck in for a rear fender repair that someone backed into. Jessie was very detailed when showing and explaining how he was going to repair the dents along with the rust that had occurred in the past. He repaired and washed the truck afterwards and it looked beautiful!! He repaired it on time and I was back in the road. Jessie also gave suggestions on how to prevent rust occurring on the fenders in the future, which I will have him address in the coming months.Jessie is fair, honest and is very talented at auto body repair.

With four cars in our family, accidents are unfortunately bound to happen. Fortunately Jessie's Auto Body is around to help with those mishaps. Jessie does a great job of explaining what work he will do and why. In addition, he is honest and trustworthy. His whole crew is wonderful as well. This is the only place where I would bring my vehicles. If you need body shop work, bring it to Jessie's Auto Body.

We called Jessie s auto body after my dad had a car accident on 1/4/22. Jessie said that there was no room in his schedule to fit us in until 1/17/22. He asked me if I had taken pictures of the damage and sent it to my dads insurance company already, and I said no. He then said don t do that, he will take pics & send insurance company the pictures. That sounded fishy to me already, (scammer much?) But, he s in the neighborhood, good olde Nordeast, and gave him the insurance claim #, with a promise he d send a tow truck on the agreed Monday. We called yesterday, and he said he ll have a tow truck out here today, Tuesday, 1/18/22 at 10. By noon I was on the phone because they had not called or shown up. I was shuffled around from person to person finally got Jessie himself on the phone, and he said that if we didn t have AAA , he couldn t send a tow truck to us. He never stated that in our first conversation. He said he would be able to have somebody come out on Thursday with a tow truck, but, if we didn t hear from them on Thursday they d be here on Friday and we re just supposed to sit around and wait for him. Also, how is this tow truck magically going to get paid for if we don t have AAA? Shady all the way. In the last hour, I ve already had our insurance adjuster scheduled to come to our home to assess the damage and tow (included in my dads policy), to different shop, & they ve ordered a rental car, which is also covered by his insurance. We ve never been in an accident situation, trusted Jessie blindly, and are paying the price for MN nice and local owned.

Horrible place/horrible service. Brought my car here, it sat 2 days with no response on an estimate or anything. Called multiple times while they had my key, the man that was there didn t speak English, and kept saying to call back for the owner who never comes in. Went there in person to see what was going on and again was told needed to speak to owner when they come in but that person never showed up for 2 days. Poor service!!! Avoid this place if you need work done. After 2 days of no response, I went back to get my keys and they were cooking in the shop and socializing, again NO owner present or anyone who could speak English. Horrible place!!!! Don t waste your time, take your vehicle to a reputable shop.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Jessie was beyond helpful in getting my car repaired! The front of my car was broken and I needed to get a bumper, hood, grill, and more fixed. I was flabbergasted when I got my car back, it looked like the day I bought it! I definitely recommend Jessie to anyone who is having car troubles!

Great service open for business, great work Jesse has put in many years of hard work and dedication to his profession he's very good at what he does I take all my auto body problems to him and then some he does things other than auto body as well.

Ripped off my boyfriend. Told him one price then overcharged him $100 . When"mistake" was pointed out, owner said he would square up with him the next day. No call, and no reimbursement. Total liar. Way to run a business. Keep your word. WOW they contacted us and were hurt by the bad review. they said they would refund the money again and STILL HAVE NOT. IF you need repairs on your car TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE. They do not keep their word - sad really since they said they would take care of it.

Free estimate on my insurance covered collision and he all though I wasn't paying out of pocket Jessie's was the best bid I received. Friendly techs, clean office, Highly recommend!

I was in to pick up my car, and the mechanic of the shop came into the office, and started to tell me about how he disliked his boss. Telling me that the owner doesn't know how to run it, and is leaning on him to do so...Why am I hearing this? Sounded like there was tension in the shop to me. Unprofessional.
