1 review5.0 star rating 4/27/2016I brought my Subaru to a dealer to have my headlight replaced and they quoted me almost $700. They said the entire assembly needed to be replaced.I brought it to Jackson, Jim took a look at it and realized that the entire assembly did not need to be replaced at all, it was a matter of a missing retainer clip!!!!!They fixed the actual problem, not what a job sheet said to fix.Personal service, experienced professionals. I highly recommend these guys

Jim is an easy guy to talk to about your vechile. He's honest and doesn't add unnecessary items that make it seem like your car will fall apart 3 miles down the road. Marcos and Joe are exceptional mechanics with quality experience. There rates are fantastic for a Twin Cities auto repair shop. Check them out, you'll be happy with the service and especially the final bill.

Jim Misjack and all the mechanics at Jackson Auto Service are so nice and honestly one of the best shops I have ever done business with! As a car dealer myself not only have they done great work for me on my car and at a fair price, but they went out of there way for a client of mine after hours! Jim is not the kind of guy who hits you with hidden fees! When he says it's 300 dollars it's 300! I got my bumpers replaced and I was sold the wrong one (not from jim) he made it work but took it back off and returned it for the right one. He made it stress free for me and took care of everything (I'm always freaking out about something)! Seriously recommend this shop and to the guys who did the reassembly repeatedly thank you I'm so happy my tahoe looks awesome!!

Sold us a car and never disclosed the fact that the vehicle had a Branded title. So fraud. Gave us the runaround for 3 weeks and had no answer. I figured they thought we'd just go away. Stay away from these crooks! Filing complaints with DMV and BB.
