So I brought my vehicle in because the heat wasn t working. My mother passed away while my car was in the shop and they gave me a couple of options to just fix the heat now and worry about the AC when it was spring as to speed things along. I really appreciated this and agreed. I brought my vehicle back in the spring to get my air conditioner fixed finally and at that point they fixed that and then my heat stopped working again because you know Minnesota weather if you re probably gonna need your heat again in the spring time even though you re gonna use your air-conditioning at some points too. I chose for the third time to bring my car to another shop to get it looked at because I didn t want to have to pay for my heat getting fixed for the second time by the same shop and then this is when the new shop found this wood screw in my blend door, which is the possibly fastest way to fix the issue that s going on with my vehicle but I would have to be going back to them every single season to get it screwed back the direction that I wanted it to which is apparently what they were attempting to do, I will never bring a vehicle here again.

They do very good work. They have worked on my service van about 6 times now. They have always been honest and fair with pricing. Are we visited them again and I have them work on my catalytic converter somebody tried to steal. He did a fantastic job as usual. They are highly trusted mechanics here.

Do not go this place unless you want be Ripped off. Mexican gangsta , he hosted my car for week and did not do anything for simple thing. I did not have to take legal action. Save your money and time don t go this thiefService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

This auto center is very unprofessional. Made an appointment with them TWICE, for them not to do anything. I was scheduled an 8:30 am appointment. I arrived at 8:20, and noticed it seem closed. I called their office, to find out by an employee that they do not open until 9:00. Clearly wasted my time and I had to reschedule. Rescheduled an appointment for Monday at 11:30. My insurance adjuster was to arrive the same day at 12:30. The mechanic and adjuster were to assess the damages together, for an estimate. Received a call by my insurance company around 3:30. By now, the car has been in their possession for 4 hrs. I was informed by my adjuster that they have not looked at the vehicle yet. Once again, wasted my time! Don t schedule appointments if you re not going to honor them and/or respect people s time. I ll never bring any of my vehicles here for any type of services again.

They had my truck for almost 2 months and charged me 800 and never fixed!!I'm sure they was only guessing, not a good experience with these guys!!!Midas on Portland ave and Lake st does a much better job!!They provide pictures before and after they remove parts and old parts too.

Excellent service. I ve have more than one vehicle here for service and have never been oversold, always treated with respect Se�or Ruben explains the procedure that is needed. They continue to have my business!

Terrible customer service. Car overheated on Central Ave a few blocks from this place. I called ahead and yes they could take a look at my car. Got there and they had no interest in helping.

I walked in to get a estimate on a paint job. I've never been treated so poorly. The individual at the front didn't even give me eye contact when I approached the register. Then we walked outside and he refused to work on my car because he didn't like the paint job I had on it. The body of my car is in near perfect shape and the paint job just needed to be sanded and painted. This is another example of a business that has so much income that they don't care about new customers.

I do not trust anyone else with my cars. These guys are the best. They can fix anything. Best prices in town. Very honest business.

Fixed a complicated electrical problem in roughly 2 hours and only charged a diagnostic fee. Really fantastic service

I called for an estimate on a window .. they said they was going to call me back its been 5 days ! and no call back worst customer service!

Don't ever ever go this shop they are thieves and they will charge you different price than what they told you in the beginning this is what they told me for The price of Freon they told me is going to cost me $45 but after they done and fix it they told me I have to pay $120 for no reason never ever go this shop
