My fianc� and I needed to get the alignment on one of our vehicles fixed. We had our appointment scheduled for about a week, only for them to call my fianc� 10 minutes after our drop off time, letting us know that they cannot do the service. We both drove over 35 minutes in morning traffic, just to get 95% of the way there and be told to turn around. Terrible customer service.

The guys at Hoover took great care of my car at a good pricing. I went to another shop first and they quoted me at 2700 went to Hoover and they gave me same service for 860 thanks for the great work and pricing guys.

They did the work quickly at a great price! Now I can drive with confidence again. Although they did inform me of an unusual brake issue that I'll also have to get fixed. I'm glad they told me.

Couldnt find a shop to do an alignment on my 90 chevy & found HOOVER who was able to do it. Erwin was very professional & honest about my vehicle. Explain what was causing the issue. Very happy.

I brought my car in for a wheel alignment after running into a curb on an icy day and knocking my front wheel. The folks at Hoover got me in without an appointment, and called me with an estimate within a couple hours. What followed was the first estimate call I have ever received that did not fill me with immediate dread and despair. Hoover offered to fix my wheel alignment AND my sway bar links (which had been bad for years) for a price that I had to confirm like 3 times on the phone because it was so unbelievably affordable. To top it off, everything was done later that day, hours before they had estimated. I have never before left a repair shop literally grinning. My car feels 10 years younger.

Thank you Derek for your great work on my Toyota Tacoma, ball joints and alignment. Thank you Will for your great work on my Mazda 3, front and rear alignment. Hoover is the only place in the Twin Cities and surrounding areas to bring your vehicle. Great workmanship and pricing as always. Will did a Fabulous job on the front struts of my Lexus. He was very knowledgeable and made several safety recommendations to me. He is also very kind and thoughtful. My family has gone there for decades and I will continue that tradition most assuredly. They were GREAT!!!!

This place is top notch. Highly recommend! If you make an appointment they are fast and on point. They also do not pressure you to fix other stuff. Even though you most likely should. Did a little looking around after I found out my BMW is a little persnickety to align, apparently. Had used Hoover decades ago sucessfully. Decided to give them a shot at this, and gave them every opportunity to back out. Will assured me it was no problem.....and he was right! Car drives straight as an arrow. he mentioned a couple of thing to keep an eye on without pressuring. I have three more cars to get in with him!

A busy Holiday weekend doesn t give this business the right to be rude. Then tell customers that s just the way he talks. After waiting for about 5 mins on crutches & listening to Erwin & Nick talk about other customers. Erwin looks up and says are you waiting for something. I say yes my vehicle to get looked at. He then proceeds to go off on a rant about well I didn t know you were waiting this & I didn t know that. Flat out rude! (Obviously feeling guilty about his poor customer service.) (Maybe if he would ve greeted me he would ve had a better idea of what was happening.) After he walks away I express my concerns to Nick & this guy says I mean, if you get that easily offended. (WHAT!) I give 5 star reviews all the time. However it takes a lot for me to leave bad ones. I couldn t just drive away today without taking the time to leave one about Erwin & Nick.I hope this makes other further customers experiences smoother.

Buddy of mine recommended me to Will Happle over at Hoover Wheel Alignment in mpls and man I can t thank man enough he was professional, kind, polite, super helpful worked out the specs I wanted for the alignment. Got me in n out in no time took his time making sure things was on point as if it was in personal vehicle. I ll be coming back most definitely great staff great company!! Definitely recommend Will!!!

Someone recommended this place to me. Said that they were the best and cheapest. They were. Someone named Will serviced my car. $60 for the alignment. Noticed I had a bad tie rod, and quoted me like $110 to fix it. It was ready 40 minutes later. Thank you! I'll definitely come back.

They said it would be able to get gone until til Monday( its Wednesday) this wouldnt have been an issue but this is AFTER I drove it 18 miles and woke up at 830 am. Poor communication. I will never recommend nor bring my business here again.

Always very professional and consistent with their work. I have been there several times now, and the guys have never steered me wrong. They show you exactly what's wrong, and what needs to be replaced before doing the work, and do a very thorough job. They are very efficient, and get you in and out, depending on how complicated the job. I am very happy with the service they provided, I will continue to go back.

I heard Hoover is great, but I wouldn't know because who ever is working the afternoon shift on this day I am posting this review (10/31) when ever I call to schedule an appointment I am INSTANTLY HUNG UP ON.Not a hello, no explanation just the sound of the phone being place back on the the receiver.Not a good experience when I can't even get through the metaphorical front door. :(

At the recommendation of my shop/37th Street Garage, I had my 2004 Volvo XC70 front wheels aligned yesterday, June 27, 2023. First time customer. Will Happle greeted me by my first name. I gave him update on why I wanted alignment. He went right to work after a test drive.. Within 30 minutes he performed another test drive and he deemed my car was correctly and fully aligned properly! Will was very courteous, professional, answered all my questions. He just added another lifetime customer. Price was $60 and cash is best. Highly recommend Hoover. Thank you for a great experience overall.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I took the car in because every time I hit a bump it would go to the other sideThey said that they fix the problem is still not fixed I would not go back thereThey wanted to remove the sway links and cut them offWhy would they put them on the car if the car does not need

These guys are always honest and upfront. Super helpful never have they tried to force or dupe me into buying any service. Very knowledgeable and will educate you and talk with and not at you.

When was the last time you had a shop tell you nothing was wrong? Went in for alignment and they said is was spot on. They could not find any other problems so just the inspection fee and on my way. The phrase you get what you pay for is in full force here, they did nothing and I paid for it. 5 times I have been through there and now I need never go back. I never left there with a correct alignment once, I had to go elsewhere to actually get the job done. Complete waste of my time and money. Had to make an appointment each time. I wonder what they inspected, my car or wallet?

Im s�per happy with this place I could set up my appointment for the same day I called them I went there earlier and they assisted me right away they work on my car quickly and very efficient and to top it off the guy who worked in my car was very polite I really recommend this place

I've been going to Hoover for years and they have worked on several cars and trucks...No their not cheap but not over priced either..If you want your front end and brake's done correctly, just call and make an appointment..ask for Derrick but don't sleep on the other guys, they're no amateurs either... Respectful and Professional environment..

Brought my truck in to have the brakes checked/repaired. Found out they were in good shape, but the master cylinder wasn't... They also found a bad ball joint. After having both repairs done, I am so happy. Great work, thanks so much to Derek and Mike. Love having a local business that does quality work at reasonable prices.
