We have used Hagens Body shop 4 plus times over the past years . We have three kids also with many vehicles. Our resent experience was excellent. The car a Subaru Crosstrek 2017 was fixed to like new condition and they worked seamlessly with our insurance company. We highly recommend the two brothers. Personalized service.

Awesome experience. They got my car in to their shop much sooner than I originally expected and though I didn t have a ton of damage, they got it back to me in just about 3 days. The car now looks better than it did when I purchased it. Extremely caring management that show true concern for your wants and needs on your vehicle.

5-star rating based on multiple auto body repairs completed at Hagen's over 30+ years. Great communication with me as well as my insurance company. Work has been completed when promised and top-notch. While they haven't completed my current repair yet (lots of folks in queue ahead of me) I have no concerns about the quality of the work that will be done. A big thank you to Paul Hagen and all the staff.

Highly recommend!! I was at my daughter's in Mpls and someone attempted to steal my car. I don't live in MN, so I felt very fortunate to find such a trustworthy business to work with. I worked directly with Paul Hagen who was competent but also very caring and compassionate. I had an excellent experience out of a very bad situation. Thank you Hagen's!

I went in for an estimate due to an accident that was caused by someone else. They were quick to give me the estimate, but were not fully communicative and were short with other customers behind me. I understand they are overwhelmed and stressed, but I think they could benefit by being more pleasant to people coming in their shop.

Straight forward and honest pricing. Just needed a handle fixed on the hatch of my wife s Prius. Everyone we saw said $300 even though we had the new part. Hagen s broke down their time and did it for $75. It was easy to drop off and pick the car back up, no overselling or run around. Will go back.

I went in to get an estimate after I was rear ended. The wait to get the work done was long, as it is everywhere. But once they got it in, they proceeded very quickly. They encountered hidden damage and connected with my insurance and repaired it, and still got the work done in less than the estimated time. My 14 year old car looks like new! I had some problems with the trunk and they fixed those too. Very impressed with the work!

My brother and I had a really bad experience here. I called and spoke to someone who seemed nice enough about bringing my car in for an estimate but when my brother did just that, he was met with nothing but rudeness. The workers here were not incredibly obnoxious to my brother as they dismissed him but they were also condescending to him when providing their explanation (that they couldn t work on my car since it was a Saturn that was no longer in production). I understand their rationale but I will NEVER be returning or recommending this body shop to any one I care for after the negative service and interaction we had!

My car was stolen and no other shop could get me in when it was found and damaged on every side. Hagen's made my car look brand new and got it cleaner than its ever been. I lived next to Hagens for 6 years. I was always thought it was a peculiar location for a body shop but never had the unique need to stop by until a month ago when our Jeep was stolen by a Turo renter and nearly totaled. My first instinct was to bring it to the neighborhood shop hoping a place that s been around this long cares about customer service. I was wrong. I got a free quote from Paul which ended up being $2K more and would take 2 months longer than the other two shops I brought it to after we realized he was wasting our time and lying to us for 3 weeks. He claimed to have been working with Turo on our claim but this was a lie - he hadn t done anything. Maybe he was just paranoid, maybe he s getting a little slow in his old age but either way I d HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere before foregoing a paycheck to work with Hagens.Hagen s,I highly doubt you monitor your Google reviews but know this scathing review is warranted. Your lack of respect for our business nearly cost us $3K.God bless,Alec

Inconsistent messaging and very poor service. Had some surface rust developing on fenders of a 2016 suburban. Called and explained was told just to come in. Asked if i could make an appointment. Nope just bring it in . Showed up well dressed and ready to invest in a quality mitigation of the rust and was told they don t fix rust and that I should put touch up paint on it. I explained that i had explained on the phone and they invited me in. They acted as though i had misunderstood their conversation somehow. Told a coworker later and they had a very similar experience.

After I hit a deer with my SUV, I had it towed to Hagen's for repair. The staff are very friendly and made the whole process very smooth for me. When I picked up my vehicle, it was detailed and all set to go. Very pleased with my experience!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I have been to Hagen's auto body shop twice. The first time I got my side-view mirror replaced as it was broken, they were very detailed and after they installed it, it looks brand new. The second time I went for a quoting of a paint scratch. They provided the quoting and mentioned that the scratch was very superficial and suggested avoiding repainting as they would have to repaint the whole bumper and it would be too expensive for a minor scratch. They have been very professional and provided insight looking out for myself and not just to make more money.Service: Painting

We we have brought our cars to Hagen's for large repairs and small repairs. The large repairs of old been done extremely well and when we have a small repair they always look to see how it can be done at the least cost to us. Just brought our Volvo in for a small scrape and they buffed it out in an hour and didn't even charge us. Paul is excellent to work with.

Recently took my Jeep Renegade to Hagen's for some hail damage. I brought the vehicle in on a Monday and was able to pick up by that Friday. Overall they were very kind and professional, and a well run business. My car was completely cleaned in an out which was awesome, and the dents are completely gone. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because after leaving and looking at the car in the sun, I noticed several very small white spots on the front of my hood, as well as several bumps in the paint on the hood. From afar the finish looks great, but I was disappointed to see some imperfection close up when I got home. This is my first experience with having a car re-painted, so I am not sure if this is expected or not. It looks like it is sealed well, so I am hoping that the small bumps will not cause any cracking issues down the road.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought my car to Hagen's after a tree fell on it. I had just bought the car a few months before so it was very important to me that the body work was well. I was very pleased, you couldn't even tell a tree had fallen on it and the customer service was great too. My insurance agent also told me they are their preferred list. I highly recommend this body shop.

The people here are incredible. Everyone I spoke to was kind and helpful. The work was done quickly and looked great. The prices are fair and you get a great value for the work they do. I even went back for help putting my license plate back on after getting my front bumper fixed and they took care of me within minutes. Highly highly recommend.

Professional and honest estimates and service. Dropped my car off one morning for a bumper replacement and picked it up the next afternoon. This is the best auto shop in town. Reliable, fair, and kind. Had significant damage to my BMW. Hagens was able to repair the car like new. Upon pick up, I was greeted by the owner who walked me through all the repairs done. Would definitely use them again.

Took my vehicle to get the rear bumper painted in one spot the size f a softball. Charged $800+ and didn t even replace the bumper or paint the entirety of bumper. Feels over priced for what the level of service was.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I took my car in there, based on the recommendations of a couple of my friends. They were super professional over the phone. Very pleasant and accommodating in person. When I had a conflict of when I could get my vehicle in. They allowed me to bring it in Friday evening and gave me a loaner for the weekend and the entirety of the repairs. My car which is only a few months old, looks brand new again. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked.

went in and out 5 minutes to get quote very friendly people and work well with my insurance. recommend their services to anyone. My car would never look new again I thought but I can't even tell it was in an accident. Amazing work,,!!!

We brought our daughters Priues into Hagens after her Catalytic converter was stolen and they were one of the shops our insurance company suggested for the repair. She wanted to go there because she wanted to support a small family owned business.The replacement and repair was done in a few days however after driving it home, it smelled of exhaust and it was making a hot rod type of noise (Usually a Preuis is super quiet) When I called to ask if they could re-look at it -the front desk person became very annoyed, a bit rude and somewhat unhelpful as far as working with me to find a time that worked. It wasn t until I asked to talk to the owner that she found room for me to drop off the car a day earlyso they could correct the mistake that they made The good news is that the second repair worked and the service mgr/mechanic were very helpful in explaining what the problem was and how they resolved it.I get that mistakes happen and am fine with the business correcting the mistake however tobe treated somewhat rudely and with annoyance by the front desk women when trying to schedule a relook is not ok.Just know that the work is good and mechanics friendly but the front desk customer service is lacking!!Service: Exhaust

Thanks to all the blizzards this winter, my tiny Focus got stuck in the alley behind my apartment. To save embarrassment, I'll just say long story short, the hook that holds my roof down on my car got yanked to the side, making my car impossible to safely drive.I called around to 4 different car shops, none of which were willing to help fix my car. Frustrated, I called Hagen's. Not only were they able to get me in the same day (which in the winter is a huge deal!), but they gave me half off the price due to the embarrassing story of how my car needed repair. They called me to check what my preference would be concerning repair (a more expensive complete fix, or a less expensive fix that would make my car not look as pretty but get the job done) They had it fixed in a few hours and even made sure I felt comfortable with the repair, as I had chosen to save money and have a less pretty car. I will say that although they told me it wouldn't be as aesthetically pleasing, I can't really tell my car has anything wrong with it.They are upfront about costs, provide friendly service, and didn't laugh once at my stupidity. I 100% recommend this place!

Great Company to work with! Very friendly and helpful Staff. We have brought several of our cars there for many many years. Never have had any problems or concerns. High quality work and they are super fast and efficient at getting your vehicle done. Would recommend them highly!
