Rented a truck online. The website said the shop was open until 1pm. When we arrived at 11am, the shop was closed. At this point we tried the u-haul phone access option. After paying and getting the lock box code, the lock box was empty. If you're looking for a waste of time and money, you found it

Excellent variety of all things Caribbean. Just tried a Trinidad Double and that was delicious! Thank you to the shopkeeper who warmed it up for me... it really hit the spot!

Thankful for this place!!! We rented a 20 foot uhaul from a place and when we picked it up the day were were set to pack for our move we realized it was way too small and needed a bigger one. This place was the ONLY place in Minnesota with the 26 footer, we called and they got back to us saying it ll be ready in about an hour. We rushed here and grabbed the truck and left the smaller one here. Not sure how the fee or exchange will be credited but we will figure that out. Thank you guys so much for allowing us to grab the 26 foot truck last minute.

Good place for some of your Caribbean food items though a tad bit over priced in my opinion. Also if you re a West Indian person he does sell Carib beer. However $6 a beer is insane since it s now brewed in Florida. So it s only shipping from Florida vs importing it so please do better than $6

Son Son, the person I have most often been served by here, is so incredibly kind and helpful. He has gone out of his way to help with UHaul things. I've gotten UHauls from several places, but Guy-Am has been the best and I don't think I'll be going anywhere else.Also, getting to check out the unique and interesting foods and other things in the store while you wait is a definite plus!

Rented a broken u-haul truck. Made it 1 block and tires locked up on me. When I go to cancel the truck rental, I was told it was cancelled and yet I still recieved a 126$ charge.

This Caribbean establishment has every Jamaican product. I found every type of food , meats, fish, spices, vegetables (yams, plantains. Achee. etc)

Made a reservation online. Called to ask about parking and was told that they don t have a truck available. Extremely rude individual who answered and he just hung up on me!5/31/2022.
