Absolutely amazing the men working in this shop are smart ,polite,and all need raises.if you need a shop, this is your shop .worth every dime .it's worth the time .just simply brilliant at what they do .bravo guys .if I could, I'd give 1 million stars .thank you for making our family safe and sound. I can actually sleep tonight knowing our truck was properly taken care of. bless all of you .happy holidays

Blew out a tire on a Saturday morning so I threw on the donut until I was done at work. I was driving around at about 3 PM looking at places and they squeezed me in to see if the tire was patchable, fixed it, and got me outta there in no more than 15 minutes!

Discovered that my wheel was wobbling while I was driving on the freeway. Pulled in and despite having no appointment they fit me in, switched out my tire and tightened the lug nuts.

I have mild association with this Goodyear location through a pal. Having said that, this shop for tires and suspension services is simply phenomenal! They are honest, straight-forward, and spot on with their fairness on pricing for the work they perform. I would recommend anyone in need of tires, tire repair, and suspension/alignment services to go to this Goodyear and trust in what they tell you and in what they charge! In todays world this is extremely valuable.

I needed a new battery and 4 new tires. When I called, Ben answered and was very professional and helpful. On the day of my apointment Joe? I think his name was any way. Was helpful when he told me the tires I was looking at were not the best tires and then proceeded to give me the best deal he could on some slightly more expensive tires that have worked wonderful in the snow and ice so far this year! While the mechanics themselves may look a little scruffy, while watching them work on my vehicle I could tell that they cared very much for my car and appreciated the business, so thank you so much for the wonderful service good year I wouldn't go any where else!

One week ago, I called to see if they could get me in for a same-day oil change and tire rotation (a Saturday). The man on the phone assured me he could, and to come in at 2:00. I will say I was planning on having a friend change the oil for me, but it really needed to be done, so I took a chance on this place that day.When I walked into the building, there was a bearded man who greeted me, and I realized that he was the same man I had spoken with on the phone. When I had called, he had asked me for my license plate number, to ensure the correct engine size, which to me was reassuring.I had arrived a little early, and they got to it right away. After a while, one of the techs came out with two of my very dirty filters: cabin and air filters. I was so grateful they checked that for me!! I knew it needed to be done, from when I brought it to the dealership last fall, to get my timing belt replaced. I put it off at that time, because of the additional cost; I just couldn't afford one more thing. So! Had I let my friend change the oil, like I was planning on, he might not have thought to check those items, and I more than likely still would have forgotten all about it. I am so grateful they caught this!They needed to have a part (one of the filters, I believe) run over to their store, so they could replace it. It was done in a timely manner.While waiting for part to be run over, I was offered some pizza! The bearded man said he bought it for the crew, and told me to help myself! I thought that was terrific! He seemed to be a very genuinely nice man, one who treated everybody coming into the store like a good friend. I kept noticing that about him, both on the phone with customers, and when they came into the store. He was very personable, and also very professional. I could tell others felt the same way, by their smiling faces. Everyone left happy and satisfied, it seemed. (I was there for about an hour, and saw several interactions.)I was also impressed by how clean the place was - including the restroom! I needed to use it, and I will admit I was hesitant, at first. But it was clean - more so than a lot of restaurants I've been to!When my car was ready, the same man rang up the bill. He gave a Valvoline $20 rebate, because I had used the full synthetic oil. Great!On the way out, two workers were cleaning the inside/outside of the windows. They seemed to enjoy doing so, and with camaraderie. The overall morale of everyone I saw there was very nice to see. They all seemed to like working there.Oh, like most places, they offer complementary coffee, and they have a vending machine that sells a can of pop for only 75 cents! That's nice not only for the customers, but the workers, too. Where I work, a can of pop is $1.50 a can! I joked I would stop in sometime, just to grab a pop!Overall, a great experience! Great service, very friendly staff! I will be back!

I almost forgot to share my experience. I had to get an inspection and this good year was the closest. I am not going to lie after i booked the appointment, I decided to look at the reviews. It was so many negative I started to get worried about my car being looked at. I couldn't cancel because I only had a few hours to get an inspection done. Anywho I come in and Bennett greeted me and was very pleasant. He was funny, kind and we had great conversation which put my mind to ease. I was in and out very quickly. They need to give him a raise because the customer service was impeccable. Definitely 5 stars. Thank you guys so much for helping me. I appreciate it

Great customer service , great work ! But the prices for having your own tires mounted and balanced are outrageous. Double from everyone else. Who sets these prices ?? Gotta be a mistake

Brought my car in here about a month ago after I installed new coilovers. Brought it in to get an alignment. The alignment guy told me he couldn't get it all the way and my tires are going to wear. I asked him if adjustable sway bar links would fix the problem. He just gave me attitude and said no and had nothing else to tell me how to fix the issue. I took it home and took the wheel off to check it out. Adjustable sway bar links and / or a camber kit will fix it. I am not a mechanic and I can look at it and see what needs to be done. Nice job alignment guy can't even do your job right or tell people what needs to be done. Will never ever bring any of my vehicles here , good job losing business. Because of that I will never go to any Goodyear stores and I will tell everyone I know to never go to Goodyear.

Benny, Joe and team did a fabulous job with my used vehicle. They explained everything in detail and did not treat me like a girl that doesn't know anything like a lot of auto places do. I highly recommend them.

I've had nothing but amazing service from start to finish at this location for one reason alone its employees. As a woman living in the citys is hard to find a shop that dose not talk down to you or take advantage that you may not know much about vehicles and tell you things are wrong that are unrelated to the actual problem or upcharge you. They will tell you exactly what wrong and walk you threw it and also explain, lay out your options and let you decide. They also are so understanding and will work with you and try to help you out in any way they can! Iv been there 3 times and not just for tires. After my visit Today I can honestly say I will continue to give them my business!

Simply asked why the Goodyear site quoted on the rim out the door price (excluding taxes) $30 less then they were charging me. Employee didn't offer an explanation except for taxes however he had a breakdown of all the costs printed out sitting in front of me and the taxes was not the cause of the price difference. He then said it was delivery fees. I said delivery is supposed to be free to the installer according to the Goodyear website. He then said "Ma'am, I'm not going to argue with you! That's the price. Do you want the tire or not?". Since I had never been to a Goodyear I don't think it was argumentative to try and get an understanding of online pricing vs. in-store pricing. I do think the employees tone and attitude with me was uncalled for. I simply took my keys and told him I would let him know in a second. Of course I went to my car and promptly called another certified Goodyear distributor. At that point I did not feel comfortable leaving my car in their hands and had no problem taking my business elsewhere since it was clear they did not want it. The Garage of New Brighton right up the street charged me a price more in line with what I saw on the website and they were very polite!

My car freaked out today on my way to work, it s heart nearly broke and so did mine, called my regular auto shop murphy s, and they suggested to stop here, luckily I was literally pulled over across the street. The helpful gentleman Ryan literally got me in for repairs right away. I got comfortable, he even changed it from the news, to Maury. Which settled my anxiety. I ll definitely stop here again, maybe for some tire stuff or something. Thanks again for squeezing me in.

I needed new tires on my vehicle so I set up an appointment with Good Year. I set my appointment online and a couple days later received a confirmation email with the time of my appointment and location. When I brought my vehicle in, they said my appointment was at 1 o clock and not 11 o clock. I showed the worker my confirmation email stating start time was 11 a.m. and he said there is nothing we can do but start at 1 on your vehicle. The worker didn t even apologize for the inconvenience. I had all 4 tires replaced. Within a day, one of my tires had gone come pleat flat. There was nothing in the tire. It was simply installed incorrectly. I called Good Year and they stated that there is no way they installed it incorrectly and that I would have to purchase a new tire. After arguing with them, they agreed to take a look at the tire and then decide if they would replace it. They ended up replacing the tire and I also paid for an alignment. My steering wheel doesn t even sit centered anymore. It is turned/off center, and another auto center told me I need another alignment because they did it wrong. Immediately after I left Good Year from them fixing my tire, I also started hearing rattling noises from the front of my vehicle. I took it to a different shop and it will cost roughly $1,500 to fix. I ve wasted enough of my money at this Good Year and simply do not trust them with fixing the further damage they have caused to my vehicle. The workers are condescending and rude. Do not go to this Good Year location.

I called someone his name is Joe or something on Friday and scheduled changing tires on Monday and the price was over the phone is 87$ once i got to the store on Monday they told me the cheapest is 98$ and it s not in stock and it would take them a week to order them and get them replaced. They waste my time and disturb me from work for absolutely nothing. I do not recommend this store at all. First experience and bad experience.

I always bring my vehicle at this place and they have been so honest and good to me. They are very kind and thoughtful. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Great staff and very honest . I really appreciate them alot . Kudos to them all!!

Had a great experience at Goodyear this past Saturday. Had to get my sway bar fixed after an oil change and they were informative and timely in their service of my vehicle. I was also very pleased with the service manager, Joe, who was nice and easy to talk too. Would definitely return to this location for future car services.

Giving this place 2 stars because when we first started going here there was great service and they were always very helpful. Unfortunately our latest experiences have not been as pleasant. We got tires from this Goodyear with the warranty. We would frequently get a low tire in only 1 of the 4 tires we purchased. We brought the car in the first time when the tire was completely flat. They "fixed" and filled the tire then sent us on our way. After that, our tire would lose air multiple times a week. Each time we would bring the car in, they would tell us our tire had a small nail in it and that they patched it. This happened multiple times to the same tire, so we knew this couldn't be the case. The last time we brought it in my husband told them there was something wrong with the tire and that we had been told a false story and that if the tire was low again we would go somewhere else to get it fixed. After that, we have not had a problem with the tire. It is sad it took a threat for us to leave and get their story checked for them to actually provide the service we should have had the first time we brought the car in. Unfortunately we will not be back to this Goodyear since we cannot trust them with out businesses.

They changed my oil and replaced my wipers the other day without an appointment, completed the work faster than expected and were super nice. They spent extra time with me explaining some other things that were wrong with my car and patiently making sure I understood. They seemed very trustworthy and handy, like the sort of folks you d want on your zombie apocalypse team. 10/10 would visit again.

I have had tires on both my vehicles replaced and fluids replaced after moving up here from Houston, they get them in and get the services done pretty fast, even let me know of pending issues, that I didnt know about and when checked they were spot on.Will be having all my vehicle needs serviced here.

I brought my car in for an oil change and a couple of months later my brakes completely failed. Brought it into the dealership and they said there is some foreign substance in my brake system that is not brake fluid. Long story short it's a 6k repair to fix the entire brake system. Contacted the Goodyear (since they did the last oil change) and they basically told me they don't make such mistakes and there is nothing they can do. Had to total the vehicle out and buy a brand new car.

Bad Customer Service, scheduled appointment for oil change for both of my cars. First one was scheduled for 8:30 am showed up at 8:20 am, there was a walk in customer before me at the desk, he took his information and said it would be ready in 1 hour. Then he took my information and informed me the car would be ready at 9:45 am, I said I had a scheduled appointment for 8:30 am, his response we have a lot of walk in, I said, if I would of known this I would of had scheduled to drop the car off but I had an appointment , his response was "ya well". My car was completed at 9:30 am, they continued to help customer who walked into the store. I went to the counter and informed him my car was back in the lot, so can I pay for it. He said the guy in the back office was working on my paperwork. Well that guy came out at 9:45 am with my paperwork and then try to charge me $24.95 , I told him the online scheduling site said it would be $21.76. He said, your Buick Enclave takes more than 5 quarts, I informed him I had my Lexus scheduled for a 10:30 am appointment and the charge for that was 17.76 plus 2.50 disposal fee, so the $ 21.76 charge for Buick already has the additional cost of the oil in the price. Hi response, "oh they must of already added the cost of the oil in" so he then redid my invoice. This appointment was like I was putting him out by doing the oil change, why have a scheduling appointment oil change on line if you don't honor it. Needless to say, I canceled my second oil change. They have absolutely no customer service, I would list the salesman first name but on the invoice he listed it as HOUSE A. So, they know what there doing. I parked my Buick in my garage with a epoxy finished floor and now I have fresh oil on the floor I have to wipe up, when they took out the filter oil spilled out onto the frame and then never cleaned it up, so know I have to clean it. They said they did a courtesy tire inspection free...Why not just do a proper oil change.BAD PLACE OF BUSINESS...

This was one of the worst experiences I've had, and would highly recommend going somewhere else for car service. I scheduled an appointment online, which was pretty straightforward and user friendly. I arrived a 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment (of which I received an email notification the day before confirming date/time), and the individual told me they gave someone else the appointment and that it wasn't their fault. I proceeded to show the individual my email confirmation of the appointment, and he was disrespectful fully knowing his business made the mistake. He said it wasn't his fault and there's nothing he can do about it. On top of that, my girlfriend had an appointment the same day and showed a $20 off coupon she got emailed earlier from Goodyear. The same individual said the coupon was not valid and it didn't come from Goodyear. Again, my girlfriend showed him the exact email - sent from Goodyear - and he was disrespectful and flat out rude. We both decided to go down the street to another auto service center where we were greeted warmly and without blatant disrespect. It could have been just the one employee that provided atrocious customer service, but I would highly recommend getting your car serviced at another auto center given there's countless others around the area.

The service was mostly ok. I bought tires from these guys and had coupons for oil changes, so I took both of our vehicles in the same day. No issues with the oil changes, but I did specifically ask if they topped off all the fluids, and they told me they had. Well I'd asked for that specific vehicle because the low coolant light was on, and was told it's probably a sensor and was given a quote to replace it. I got home and checked the level the next day, and the reservoir was bone dry. I never did call back and ask about it, but I'm not sure I'll be taking my business back here.
