I bought my car at freeway Ford about 2 years ago I was booted out because I complained that they didn't do what they promised for service thank God for Apple valley Ford they took over and did it really well but I keep getting coupons from freeway Ford they said fine let's try these I call him tell him who I am they say you can't come in why are they wasting my time sending me s***it's just another way for freeway Ford to play their game with me they like my money until they got it and then they didn't like me anymore but I'm one that all right and complain

Need to get my cars recall fixed, tried calling them to get it scheduled and left a voicemail - nothing. Called them a second time and got put on hold until the line dropped. Never heard from them again. Not sure how many times one needs to call a company before some follow up is made. Disappointed.

My car wouldn't start And I had to have it tow to freeway Ford Monday came Tyler checked my car And say all I needed was a battery They are really good at freeway for with taking care of their customers Thank you guys

I wrote a complaint letter for the rotten service I had . guess what happened....... I was told by the manager to never return . That's after I bought a New. 45000.00dollar truck that hasn't worked right since I got it and freeway Ford won't fix it...... What do you folks think of that....
