I've been to this service center multiple times since 2020 for recall service work, but after my most recent experience this will be the last. Overall the customer service ranges from okay to awful, but Tom really stood out in how terrible he treats people. I came in for my appointment and after he couldn't find my name in their calendar right away, he berated me for bringing my vehicle in since they typically service trucks at this center. Even though I had always gone to this location for recall service work in the past. Once he found my name, he immediately switched to "friendly" but the whole encounter was uncomfortable. Kate was patient and straight forward about the work needed to be done initially, but she nor anyone else contacted me when my car was ready for pick up. They claimed to call and leave a voicemail but nothing showed up on my end. What was supposed to be a couple of days in the shop turned into 11 days. Once the car was picked up, the battery was dead, even after multiple jumpstarts and driving around for a few hours. Could be bad timing (battery is 3 years old with 16k milage) but after every interaction here, I would highly recommend going anywhere else, especially if you are a woman or a person of color. Bad, negative energy at this place. And their repair rates are twice to 3x as much as what I find in my trustworthy neighborhood auto shops.Services: Auto brake repair, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance

I brought my car in to have a recall item addressed and everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. However, the problems that arose were not their fault (mostly covid s fault). They worked hard to keep me updated, ordered and covered all the extra parts needed, lent me a car while they had mine and even brought my car home when the loaner wouldn t start (seriously, everything that could go wrong). They were friendly and professional and never pushed their frustrations about the situation, on me. I always felt they had by best interests, and safety, in mind. Thank you Ford Service team!

I wanted to be impressed as this Ford dealer as it is close to my home and I drive two Ford vehicles so having service done here would have been convenient. However, I just had work done on my Flex and I was less than impressed. The repair took longer than promised, there was no proactive communication from the service department, and when I picked the vehicle up the bill was for more than quoted (thought they did adjust the price to match the quote). I also asked for the original parts to be saved so I could have them but that did not happen. I'm giving it 3 stars... Not a terrible place to have work done but not impressive either, just average.

Came here for warranty work, and talked to the guy to get a part ordered, and he asked me for all of my info with no notes. I asked him if he needed to write down anything, and he said no. Never heard back from them for a follow up apt.
