Awesome service! Very kind staff. Taylor and Jordan both went above and beyond explaining how one of my rims needed to be balanced. Manager Jeremy was very professional. Thanks for 5 Star service

I had a clunking noise in my front end of my Silverado. That I could not figure out thought. It was from the front end of the vehicle took it in to Firestone. They were relentless and found the problem. It was the shock mounts on the bottom shock. In the rear end, the bolts were not tight. Thank you very much for everything. You did highly recommend your service and your guys are great thank you very much I will be stopping in shortly to drop off some donuts of thanks

I had an appointment for a wheel alignment. I arrived about ten minutes prior to my scheduled time and waited there for well over an hour. I noticed my car hadn't moved from where I parked and asked what the deal was. They said they were backed up and it would be a while before they could get to my car. Well, ok, then say that from the beginning so I can decide if I want to wait two hours for a wheel alignment or reschedule. I had to leave without getting any service and including travel time wasted about two hours of my day for nothing. Extremely poor communication. And what is the point of scheduling appointments if they aren't going to honor them?

The manager has the worst customer service skills I have encounter .my problems with this place a way to long to explain. But you would be crazy to bring your car there .Just put it this way bring a 2024 dodge viper vehicle in there its coming out looking like a 1999 geo storm WARNING DONT DO IT YOU WILL REGRET IT

Had a 7:00 appointment to get one tire changed dropped it off the night before was not done till after 12:00. Messed up my day big time if i have a 7:00 appointment and show up at noon for the work sure it wouldn't fly with them In there report the recommended a engine air filter change and a cabin filter change i did both of them with in the past 4 weeks dont think they even looked at them

The alignment went well. However, the estimated completion time was stated as 1-1.5 hours and the actual time to completion was 2 hours and 10 minutes.

Lack of understanding of what is going on with the alignment? They did nothing to fix the problem. Every part is new. Tire plus send me to these guys cause they know there a problem. After stopping there three times, they couldn't figure it out. Firestone kicked me to the curb, claiming nothing wrong. Feeling unsafe driving.

Tyler & Christin have been amazing in assisting me in the repair of three company vehicles. When one got a flat they were able to replace the tire and have the vehicle ready over night so we did not have to fall behind on the job! Great customer service and great experience all around! I have been a happy customer at this location for years! Thank you so much Ray, Tyler, Travis, Isabelle, Jason, others who have helped me on the phone or at the desk I may have missed, and the mechanics behind the scene in back! I have been delivering pizza and doordashing for 5 years so my 2007 camry has been my life line. This location has kept my car going strong well over the 200,000 mile mark! Always get me in and out quick and back out there working. I bought a new car today and probably wouldnt have gotten to this point with out firestone northtown. I will refer family and friends to you guys. I have alot of warranty on my new car so you may not see me for a while. Thank you guys!!!

I have been using this location for a couple of years. Always honest and do quality work. They don't cram additional things down your throat. Had a alightment and tire balance done. It wasn't fix tire still shake at 80mph or maybe there machine wasn't good. Balance but had to re due it different location and it was good after.

Firestone nationally has been extremely helpful with great customer service and reasonable pricing. Tyler was able to get me in the DAY OF on a Sunday!!! With being in a short staffed world I was amazed he could book me day of and on a weekend. Tyler was extremely helpful and friendly, they got me in and out in a reasonable time. I normally never give 5 stars out to businesses because there's always something a business could improve on but in this case, this business/location and specifically Tyler and those that work with him deserve 5 stars. Went in for a diagnostic check for a light grinding sound on my car. They told me it was a worn out wheel bearing and wanted $450 to replace it. (Already on the high side) The struts would also need to be replaced soon, which would be another $1000. The next day I called to schedule just the bearing replacement and they quoted me $660 before I mentioned the quote they gave me the day before. Needless to say, I booked an appointment elsewhere. Lo and behold, the other mechanics tell me there's absolutely nothing wrong with the bearings, and that the struts were well within safe ranges and would be for a while. The only reason this is not one star is that the diagnostic check was cheap and only ran me $21, plus the staff were friendly and seemed professional at the time. Scheduling was easy and being open on Sundays was very convenient. They simply were too expensive, dishonest, and didn't do the job I paid them for.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Brought me Mazda in for an inspection and these guys did a great job. They found a couple of important issues I didn't know about. They gave me a itemized receipt for easily understanding cost. Always a good experience. They've done 5 different tire changes and alignments for different vehicles and are always timely, decent to work with, and reasonably priced. I work with Tyler most often who does a food job.

Went for warranty work for my heater core that replaced in January and it s plugged again. they back flushed it instead of a full coolant flush and exchange like I asked for. The back flush I was told they couldn t guarantee that it would fix the issue and that it could plug up in a day or months from now.. I wanted a coolant flush to flush out all the old dirty coolant and they refuse to to it. The young kid Tyler working the counter was also trying to close the store almost 2 hours early. Do not use these shops if you want you vehicle worked on properly! I will be getting a hold of the area director to report that they refuse to do the warranty work the right way. I used to work for a Firestone and this is not how we treated our customers or there vehicles!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

They quoted me $ 180.00 for install of a starter on a Saturn When I went to pick it up they charged me $ 450.00 I was alittle taken back by the way they conduct business.

Tyler at front desk was so patient and nice to work with. He went the extra mile to take the time to listen to my questions and helped me aligned my wheels at this location. My alignment went very well, and it s the first time in a long time that my steering wheel on my 2010 Civic LX is straight again.Previously, I been having issues with my front passenger wheel with negative camber at -1.45 to -1.75 for the part two years. Staffs at various auto repair shops recommended and thought it s the bad struts that caused it, but it s not. I had done over at least three alignments and one time with camber bolts but only to no avail. Finally, the only thing I hadn t changed on the right front passenger wheel/suspension was the ball joint. I changed that and put two camber bolts on the passenger front strut and they were able to zeroed out my camber, and now my steering wheel is straight again.Thanks again, Tyler for your patience with my concerns and questions!

I am a new customer and was in the waiting room for almost 3 hours today. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. Both the technician and Tyler thanked me for my patience. While I was there I listened to many conversations Tyler had with customers. I train customer service with employees at my facility. Tyler was excellent! You chose the right person to be up front as the face of your business. I heard another customer say he has gone to other locations but now he will only take his business to Tyler!

The service advisor Corey, and the technician Troy were very honest and straightforward with me about my car's problems and what I should do about them. He told me I might need an engine diagnostic for 100$, but said he'd do what he could to figure out my problems for the basic auto care price tag, and it turned out he could, where any other mechanic shop might have said they needed to do the expensive diagnostic. He took the time to explain what was going on and what my options were. Even if I don't get these problems fixed here, I'm definitely going to consider this place in the future.

First off have to say excellent customer service from tire sales manager Tyler. Great job! Right as I walked in the door he greeted me with a positive and friendly attitude. After telling him I was getting all new tires he already walking showing me my selections and getting me quotes for a few. I went with his personal suggestion the Firestone weathergrips. A+. Three months down the road driving through states of snow, rain, and high winds I have to say the best tires I ve gotten on my car. I ll Definitely be going back to this great Firestone.

I like this place. They seem to do a good job; havent had any issues. I usually drop off and walk to Dennys and pull up laptop to do some work and have cup of coffee.
