Very personal care. Very knowledgeable. We needed a new tire, and we were able to get one to match what was on the car. Awesome! We saved $52 over what the Toyota dealership wanted for the same tire. Highly recommend this site even tho it is in a downtown location with busy traffic to navigate

Shop small and local, this is not it.I visited this location as they had a spot available ASAP. Quoted $1100 for the repair. Firestone stated they didn't feel comfortable doing the repair.They recommended I visit another location and I'd have to get my vehicle there myself.I decided I'd get a second opinion. Same work, same parts less than half the quoted price. I did not need all new parts/pumps. I needed to replace 2 hoses.Firestone charged me for a 21 point inspection. They did find an issue I'm happy they told me about. +1 They also broke my dipstick and could not replace it for 30 days. -1. I was given the option to sort it out myself or wait 30 days.They did not find the nail in my tire.. at a Firestone Tire branded shop!The repair shop I went with found the nail and fixed the tire for free.Firestone staff were agreeable and hospitable. Had they been comfortable doing the repair I never would have given a second thought to the quote. I'm so happy they forced my hand. Saved me $650 because of it.They are a garage of last resort. They literally added 2x the cost of the repair in my quote. Yuck.

I stopped in for a brake job, alignment, and oil change. I shopped around a little and the quoted price was about in the middle of shops in the area, so I thought it would be decent work for a fair price. It turns out I was wrong. The price almost doubled, the alignment wasn't fixed, and my car was more dirty than when I brought it in.The guy at the desk wouldn't tell me how long it would be until I went back out to get him the exact mileage of my vehicle. Then even when I walked back outside and almost died on the icy sidewalk, he still wouldn't give me an estimate.When I got my vehicle back the alignment wasn't fixed and there were marks from where rusty parts had been laid on my vehicle. The brakes did seem to be done and the dude guy at the desk was gone when I returned. At least the new guy was nice.If you go to this shop be prepared for rude staff who don't care and extra expenses, then you might leave happy.Edit: I dropped a star because of Mariah's disingenuous reply. They already have the details they asked for and replied only to sound responsive to issues. Firestone, if you'd like to make things right, reach out to me. You have my contact info.

The person at the reception was very polite, humble, quick and professional. Didn't forced for extra work and also provided information when asked about different products. I was also amazed when I got appointment for Flat tires when I called them and within 2 hours they restored it.

I went in on a Sunday for a last minute tire repair. The flexible weekend hours was the main value to me. The work was done in less than an hour with a very fair price. The associates were helpful and didn t push anything unnecessary. I will come back again and would recommend to others.

Sooo I just read a lot of these reviews and i can't agree with them enough. At first i thought they were so efficient and accurate with their service. That changed because i went due to me having a Parasitic Draw happening with my vehicle causing my truck to constantly die. They pin pointed the issue but didn't fix it quoted me 125 and adv me that they fixed it. Picked it up battery still dying. dropped it back off got a call the next day quoting me $369. Mind you i had them do an oil change for me $80-90 after taxes and fees. My issue is i got another quote for a way less, like i think they are just over charging people specifically (females) cause my issue wasn't that difficult. The boy i talked to on the phone today who was giving me this high price was rude and unpleasant to say the least 12/13/2023. I had already spent $220 with them the day before and mis-lead that my issue was fixed. Never going back to this location because i know Firestone better than this, just a horrible experience for a single female.

GET BETTER TECHNICIANS! I don't usually spend my time writing reviews but this is going to be a big one because it cost me HUNDREDS of dollars.Here are the three instances that happened with me.1. Frustrating hidden costs at Firestone. Took my car in for an AC issue (they said it was the compressor for $700) and ended up spending $1400 because they didn't diagnose the condenser problem ($600) upfront. Tested the AC in the parking lot before leaving, and it clearly wasn't fixed. Feels like they should have caught both issues at once, especially for that price. Disappointed in the lack of transparency and complete diagnosis.2. Winter tire paranoia thanks to Firestone. Spent $900 on new tires only to be plagued by a daily tire pressure warning light - even after checking the pressure myself! Turns out it's a TPMS issue they never mentioned. While I understand charges for additional services, transparency is key! Spare your customers unnecessary worry and disclose potential issues upfront. I just want peace of mind with my new tires.3. Disappointing brake service at Firestone. Paid $29 for a checkup only to find out the brake pads were fine, but a faulty brake fluid line caused the sponginess. Frustratingly, after spending $160 on the repair, the brakes are STILL exactly as they were before. Feeling ripped off and unsafe. This isn't the level of service I expect, especially since other mechanics have made my brakes feel brand new. Do you even double-check repairs before letting customers drive away?Safe to say, never going to this firestone ever again!

This spent +$6,000 on this place. After every visit another issue happens. After this last visit 3 weeks ago my power steering and engine is acting up. NEVER go here. People work hard for their money to be skewed over. They will be hearing from me. Will be and the filing a complaint with the Minnesota Attorney General's Office. Thats not how you treat customers, we will keep coming back with honest work not the other way around. 0 stars! Firestone slogan is respect, customer service, social responsibility and innovation. You guys should be ashamed.

Confirmed with employee that my vehicle would be able to be looked at regarding my breaks. Got it towed there, my vehicle was left unlocked overnight in a known high crime rate area . Not sure what happened but my vehicle started fine & after being left unlocked in their care my vehicle no longer starts. Manager was very immature with response upon addressing the issue. & no resolution was offered. Manager also refused to provide me with paper work I requested upon this transaction. I would not trust this location with the saftey and integrity of your vehicle.

We have never had a bad experience at this location, absolutely everyone here is so very helpful and will go out of their way to make sure that we were well taken care of, Joseph is outstanding and was constantly checking in with us to make sure we were well aware of everything that was going on with our vehicle. I highly recommend this location to everyone, you will not be disappointed!

Firestone has quickly become my go-to auto repair shop. Joe is fantastic: patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the whole experience. He even showed me what was underneath so I could see the extent of the issue! They let you know about costs as soon as they know what is wrong and are honest about what is needed and what is more of a nice to have . It s the kind of place you hope to not have to visit very often but grateful for when you need it.Services: Exhaust, Tires, Battery

I went in 1 week ago to find out what was wrong with my vehicle, they told me Sway bars and alignment, they did the sway bar now they messed up something on the alignment....Drove the car for a week, found out the alignment was off....went back to confront them because they also caused problems on front tires and refused to fix..wish I never went there !!!! Beware !!!

Im going to start off by saying, this is about the worst car shop I have ever been to. We had a car stored for almost a year and decided to fix it up for an extra vehicle, we had it towed here and there quote was for a couple major repairs which I knew there was nothing wrong with a part that they were saying was bad so we decided to take it somewhere else that is known for being trustworthy out in Plymouth. There I found out that the alternator that they said would have to be fixed is completely in good condition as if you test it with a dead battery the reading will show that it has no charge going to it, makes sense, right? The manager of the place was testing it on a bad battery.. really shows the people working here aren t trained. My mom normally went here since it was right by here work but after being disrespected by Jerry multiple times and almost completely getting screwed over, her and myself would never return nor recommend.

I've gone to this place several times and I refuse to go anywhere else. Super friendly, good quality work, and very transparent about any changes or charges that are gonna be levied. Also, there have been a few times where I have had an incredibly simple problem, and the guy running the front desk has *come outside to fix it for me*, when he absolutely did not have to! It shows a great focus on customer service and I am very grateful.

Over the weekend I heard a knocking coming from my front suspension and presumed the worst, I made an 7am online appointment at my local Firestone to have the issue diagnosed and have an oil change on the same visit. Upon arrival the Mangers has the vehicle inspected and said the sway bar had to be replaced, I asked how long and he said a few hours. I told him I had to be at work later that day and he said the job will be completed by 11am. Great service and communication from the manager and staff.

Second time here. First time, I asked them to look at one thing, and instead they told me several other things they suggested I get done and DID NOT investigate what I asked them to. Second time, which was yesterday, I got all new tires (and alignment), and my wheel is now damaged and has popped the original tire AND A REPLACEMENT I had to pay to get installed today. Currently stranded on the highway in Chicago waiting for my second tow today. I m going to be getting my money back and will not return.

The staff was very nice but the service was poor. I was told it would be a couple hours to get my two tires replaced. I called and the wrong tire came. Accidents happen, while I was frustrated, no problem I was assured the right one was coming and it was only another 30 minutes. I bum around for another 30 minutes and head to the store. I arrive and another issue happened with the tire so I was told I d need to wait another 45 minutes after waiting I got called to the desk. They put the tires on but my rim was bent and they did not have any parts to fix it so they put the new tire on a bent rim. Again, the staff was very kind but it was just a mess now I have a new tire but I m not comfortable driving around with it. I ll update my review if they make it right.

Dropping my daughter off in Minneapolis and was worried about her battery. Arrived at 7:30 am and was done by 8:30. Jerry at the desk took great care of a worried Mom. She was told any problems with her car this was the place to go! Thank You Jerry!

I bought a new battery from them a year ago and it recently got worse it wouldn t hold a charge and it was physically damaged and I had to jump it every trip I explained in full detail of what happened and wanted a new battery they refused and told me to take my car to a place to test for a parasitic drain I spent 193 dollars on the test to come back to the main problem it was no drain at all and they looked at the battery and said It s gotta be the battery I bought a new battery at autozone and I haven t had any problems at all

Made an appointment online and received a quote for $508.34 out the door for 4 new tires.An hour into my appointment I was called to the desk and told that I should replace both engine air filter and cabin air filter. Then I was told that the battery test failed and that I should replace it as well. I was told these added services would cost an additional $400 or so. I declined all additional services.Then 45 minutes later I was called to the desk again. I was told that while attempting to remove and replace the TPMS kit , the sensor broke. Okay fine, accidents happen. I was shocked to find out that the tech broke two sensors which they blamed on my rims being steel instead of aluminum. The front desk guy didn t give me any other options so I agreed to paying for two new sensors which he told me would be an additional $100 each.Another 45 minutes go by and I was called to the desk for a 3rd time and was told that my other two sensors were dead. Coincidence? He apologized and told me that he felt bad and would give me an $80 discount for my troubles.I was there for nearly 4 hours and when I got home I realized that he didn t give me the $80 discount that He had promised.This will be the last time that I take my car to Firestone.Service: Tires
