I went to Firestone on 3/10 to get some work done and to check why my engine light was on, they did the work and said that the engine light was on because of an MAF0031 mass air flow sensor so they changed it. I went back on 3/24 because the engine light was back on and I was told that the mass air flow sensor that they put was malfunctioning so it needs to be replaced. I went back on 3/30 so they could replace it when I picked it up the light was gone but that same day at night the engine light came back on. I brought it back today 4/2 and they never contacted me about my car I had to call multiple times to see what is going on and on the phone I was told it could be an update that the system needs that is why the engine light was coming on. I went in the same day to check what is going on and I was quoted a whole different problem I was told that it s an exhaust problem now and that I was told about this the first day I brought my car in and I was never informed of this trouble. I shouldn t have to bring in my car four times to get something fixed and then be told it s something else. I thought I found an auto place I could trust but I guess not. Also every vehicle inspection paper I have gotten when I went in had different things I need done from the other papers and that doesn t make sense.

Our date of service was 8/9/23 - 8/18/23. We ve always come to Firestone for car needs as we ve never had an issue with them. On return of our car we noticed deep scratches and grease marks on our hood. My husband brought it to the store and Matt, the store manager, completely disregarded our concern. He was rude, dismissive and disregarded the claim. Matt stated that he has the final say, even if we bring the issue up to corporate . We called corporate and have a case, and corporate verified that Matt does not have the final say. I have recordings of our conversation with Matt, as well as supplied pictures of our damage to this review. You can see that grease marks start near the headlight, and the scratches throughout the hood correlate to the degree in which the grease marks are at. I wish this could ve been handled in a better manner, and I hope this gets escalated and taken care of, as we paid nearly $2,500 to have the suspension issue fixed and have our car returned damage. I am visiting and have a rental that must have a slow leak in the back tire. I brought it in twice in about 10 days and the techs were quick and friendly. The woman that works there however is miserable and needs a job not dealing with people. She acted like I asked for her first born child. I love Firestone and am a loyal customer. She does not match the customer service I've come to know at Firestone.

I brought it in for a wheel balance due to pulsation/vibration on the road. They insisted on me replacing my brake pads, alternator belt, and valve gasket for a total of $1k. After receiving my vehicle I was still experiencing the same issue and my steering wheel wasn t straight. My vehicle still pulls to the right and it s frustrating. I took my vehicle to this location about two months ago prior to this visit and I swear my vehicle hasn t been the same since. Go to a different location. If you re still interested in going to a Firestone location I recommend the one located in White Bear. Talk to a salesman named Gale. He s the best of the best.

Did the alignment in 20 min to find out that the car is pulling, next day they spent almost 2 hours to fix yesterday 20 min alignment gave them 2 bolts to make their job easier, and got charged extra without being notified in advance ,Arrogant managerStay away from this place

Paid $800. Engine light was on. Had the suggested work done. Light was off. It is back on. I don't think the work done was not needed. Not happy. Very expensive with no resolution.

I am disabled and had low tire pressure light. They were helpful, friendly and did not charge me. Great customer service.

Matt should not be working with any customers. He will not take any responsibility for what his amateur "mechanics " screw up on. Unreliable company, stay away from this place!

The price was fair, they had to have a battery delivered ( It would have been nice to know ).And they didn't come to me and try to push more work on to me, so I would say they were very honest with me. That goes a long way with me .

I brought my car in for an alignment on 17 SEP 2023. While I was waiting I met the Matt the manager. While we were small talking about the packers game he was super friendly. Since the car was on the lift I asked him to fix the lower under tray since I damaged on my driveway when coming to the shop. He didn t hesitate and able to get his guys to fix it right. I m very picky with my sports car and they were able to get it aligned within factory specs. Awesome customer service and got everything done in 30 mins! A+++ shop, I will be back.

Polite, friendly, helpful. Did a full complex alignment. It was way off when I came in. Got it done fairly quickly. Goes down the road straight as an arrow. Can't ask for more.

Don't bother to go there for wheel alignment..dont water your $$, go elsewhere..My steering wheel was crooked after replace struct and coil spring..went there for a alignment..quote online $110 total with 1yr/12,000 miles warranty. Took car there for an alignment: it took 20 minutes to do the alignment and it seems like the technican just printout a fake before and after wheel alignment...shame...the steering still croooked after driving home...no doub, it was never been test drive..false statement in there policy..went back a week later again to redo the alignment because the steering wheel off center..their saleswomen was rude, try to ripe me off...and was told it was a one time wheel alignment only (online indicate 1yr/1200miles warranty) and they would charge me for another alignment... ..I did not agree to paid for a service it was not perform correctly...did some arguing with them and they accepted to redo the alignment..piece of junk how they treated me like i have never been to an alignmentshope before...anyways..this time with lots of arguing they actually did perform the alignment correctly...so, basically it's not a trusted and honest from the start..as in their mission statement...dont be a fool if you don't do your research ahead of time, they will make sale and ripped you off of every penny...first and last being there..disappointed..policy clearly stated 12-month/12,000miles warranty...shamed on this place..do your research before going there...

Store had my car for a full week for an hour diagnosis never called me until I called them. They said they couldn't get my car to misfire so nothing was done and I was charged for an hour diagnosis. Picked up my car and when I started it the car misfired! Left a survey and they said someone would contact me and it's been 3 days with no email or phone call.. used to be the place to go.Contacted them again July 8th with no call or email 1/10 customer support.11/23 Update I emailed the contact they gave me on the review to never hear from them for the 3rd time. This place deserves a 0/10 review for stealing my money and performing nothing!

They were super nice when I came in to get a full set of tires up sold me and I left feeling as though I was over charged but satisfied with my new set of tires. Fast forward a week later tire pressure sensor comes on alerting me of possible low pressure. I returned to the location and was informed I needed to make an appointment to have the tire pressure checked. Waited 20 min was serviced and on my way a week later same issue. Super nice guy helped but overfilled one of the tires causing me to return again. Two weeks later same issue another technician removed air and filled the other tire. So 4 trips in I go for a oil change 2 days later was Informed of a nail in my tire which you would think Firestone would check for. Nope I returned early on 1/11 and was told they do not check for issues unless informed by customer. A not so nice gentleman interrupted my conversation with the lady and offered to help begrudgingly which resulted in over a hour wait and hopefully no cost to me.Service: Tires

Always very helpful, they recommend services or products and don't pressure you if you say not today. I feel like they take your vehicle and treat it as well as their own. Nice to have a place I can go to as a woman and they treat me like I know what I am talking about versus other places that act like I have NO clue and am an easy target for stuff I don't need. I would most certainly recommend this place to anyone.

If you value your time, DO NOT USE THIS FIRESTONE! I took my car in 3 weeks ago and they fixed one of 2 issues that needed to be repaired. They set up an appointment for last Saturday morning to fix the second issue so I went to get that take care of. These people let me sit there in their waiting room for 3 hours before they came back out to tell me that the part that they had ordered had not yet arrived! They let me sit there for 3 hours before telling me they didn't even have the part! They could not be bothered to call us to let us know this, they preferred to have me waste an entire Sunday sitting in their waiting area for 3 hours before telling me that they didn't have the part! That's complete and utter negligence!They did set up an appointment for this morning at 9am and it is now 10:35 am and they have yet to even take my car back to do the repairs. There has been ZERO accountability from any of the managers in any of this, NO apologies or acceptance of responsibility whatsoever for their negligence in all of this. WE WILL NEVER USE FIRESTONE AGAIN! IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

I cannot say enough about the service here. I called because I needed a headlight lamp replaced and they were able to get me in even though they had a full schedule. The staff was incredibly polite, informative, and efficient. I will definitely bring my vehicle there for future service.

I would never go there again, just for a woman named Kathy. I have never been treated so rudely after spending over $500 at a business before. She was so condescending it took every bit of good upbringing not to curse her out. I walked out with the satisfaction of knowing she'd never be paid with a dime of my money again. We've been taking our Kia Sportage there since last fall when we got snow tires for the Sportage.Never had any issues or bad service..Everyone we have dealt with has been great and very professional...I would recommend this place to anyone.ThanksJim G

Disappointing. They spent more time telling what they couldn't do than they did trying to find a way to help. Ended up going somewhere else. Update, same experience. I requested a $50 power steering fluid change. They came back with an estimate for $3,175.00, saying I needed a new power steering pump, two new hoses, and a new rack and pinion. They refused to do the power steering flush, even though they had done one 6 months ago, and it made the car driveable last time. DO NOT GO THERE. STEREOTYPICAL RIP OFF JOINT!!!

Matt, Andy and the entire team have been taking care of all the cars in my family for several years now. They provide honest quality service and are always a joy to work with. They are practically friends. I buy all my tires here and any repair work that is beyond my capabilities are brought to this store. I would and do recommend them to everybody. Thanks guys!

But a full set of brand new tires about 6 months ago. One of the tires has continuously leaked air. Brought it up to them and couldn't exactly get a straight answer of what was wrong. Each time they told me what it was, I would hang up the phone and call a different shop and ask questions. After finding out the truth, I would call them back and then they would make up something else. They wanted to charge me $220! Basically for a valve stem! They said they couldn't get the valve stem to turn at all. My son grabbed a tool that he had for it and with little to no pressure he removed it. I can't believe they tried to take advantage of me that badly.
