Executive Transportation is top notch when it comes to customer service! From the first moment I submitted my inquiry for transportation, to Kevin helping us to find the perfect size vehicle, and until the last moment our driver Ron dropped us off safely where we had started, everyone we worked with was on top of communication and just GREAT.Our vehicle was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Perfect for a night out! And Ron was so chill.Thank you Executive Transportation!!

Unfortunately, working with Executive Transportation on our wedding day was not at all what we hoped for.Things initially started out great when we contacted Gus for service. He explained what they could offer and the pricing very clearly up front. Later on in the process, we needed to make some changes and contacted Executive to let them know. When speaking with the receptionist, it was clear that she did not understand what I was asking for despite explaining it numerous times. Eventually, we did get it sorted out and thought it was just a one-off issue.A few days before the wedding, we called Gus to confirm the details for our wedding day and he let us know that one of his busses had broken down. It would have been nice if he would have informed us immediately, so we had all the information, instead of having to find out in our last week. Thankfully there was a contingency plan, and Gus let us know that he was working with another company who would be supplying a bus. Again, this was not a massive issue at the time.Immediately before our wedding ceremony, as our nerves were at their highest waiting for things to start, we were alerted that a bus full of our guests was stuck at the bottom of an uphill gravel road. We had informed Gus during our first conversation that there were multiple gravel roads that led to our venue, and he assured us that it wasn t an issue. Our guests later informed us that the driver was very angry and rude about the issue while it was happening. Additionally, our guests said that the driver did not even attempt to go up the gravel road, instead stating that his boss would be angry if he tried to as it would potentially damage the bus. Our guests (some of whom were elderly) were forced to walk up the remainder of the road to get to the venue, costing us nearly an hour of time before we could start the ceremony. On your wedding day, an hour of time is a lot to lose.Furthermore, we had booked a shuttle bus for us and our wedding party at the end of the night to return us to the AirBnB about 15 minutes away. The driver arrived on time, and promptly started driving us towards the location. As we are not from the area, we were not familiar with the route and assumed everything was fine. 20 minutes into the drive, the driver let us know that his GPS was not working, and he did not know if he was going the right way. Eventually we were able to pull up Google Maps on one of our phones and he had been driving in the complete opposite direction the entire time. Our 15-minute ride back to the AirBNB ended up being nearly 45 minutes. I understand that there is not much service in the area that our venue was located, but Google and Apple Maps both have options to download the map beforehand and this was obviously not considered ahead of time. At the end of our long wedding day, all we wanted was to get back to the AirBNB and go to bed.We are very disappointed in the service we received from Executive Transportation.Edit (4/12/24): Gus called me this afternoon to discuss the situation. He explained what happened from their perspective, told us the numerous measures they would take to make sure this doesn t happen again in the future, and he took responsibility and offered to make it up to us.We greatly appreciated the call, and all we can hope for moving forward is that the actions they have implemented prevent this from happening again.

We used Executive Transportation for our wedding. The drivers were friendly and responsive to all of our requests! They provided all the services we needed without breaking our budget. They're a great option for smaller wedding transportation needs!

I hired this company for my birthday ride back at the end of March, on a very huge snowstorm that evening. The driver did his thing and drove that bus like there wasn't a snowstorm out and got us home safely and the service was excellent. Owner had called me regarding a misunderstanding and made things right. Very professional and courteous and will have my business again in the near future.

Disappointed in the lack of customer service from this organization. I had booked an SUV for roundtrip airport service for myself and several family members who were taking an international trip. The pick-up service at our home and drop off service to the airport were top notch. The driver arrived early, the drive was smooth, and drop off was seamless. However, upon returning to the US 12 days later, I was disappointed to see that our driver was nowhere to be found at the airport. After multiple phone calls, I was informed that our driver was MIA and could not be reached. A new driver was dispatched (the new driver specifically was wonderful) but we ended up waiting at the airport for almost an hour from the time our flight landed until he arrived. I've reached out three times to the company regarding a partial refund for the return trip as I paid almost $40 for meet and greet service (which didn't happen - we went to the pick up area to wait for the replacement driver) as well as for airport parking (the car never parked - he arrived, we got in immediately, and we left). Every time I've reached out I've been told that my concern is being escalated to mgmt and that they will be in touch with me. It's now been 2.5 weeks and not a single reach out to resolved this issue. I'm so disappointed that what was an initially great experience ended so poorly and that I've been charged for services that I did not receive.

I came into town for a business trip and need to get a ride to the airport. I have a car service I use in New Jersey all the time, but did not know who to call. I did a google search and Executive Transportation popped up. I called and book the service. This company was AMAZING. They were very friendly and professional on the phone. They provided a competitive price too. The driver showed up and they were on time and professional. Beautiful car and extremely friendly. I would use them again and again. Thank you for such great service.

Ron was my ride from the airport to my friend's - I'm here to help for her upcoming surgery. Ron was extremely professional, full of information & kind. Turns out he had previously helped my friend - he went above & beyond when she injured her knee getting into her building.I'm from a small Montana town & he made me feel very comfortable & safe.

Disappointing that they have so many good reviews. Booked a car Service for a 5am pick up to the airport. Received numerous confirmations and was sure everything was set. Driver called 5 minutes after pick up time to let me know he overslept i am Recommended any one

Booked Executive Transportation and had Brandon as the driver. He did an excellent job taking care of the group and adjusting to last minute reservations in our hourly booking. Really appreciate the service!

Had a very early flight and Laura text me she was on the way as well as when she got to my home. She was on time actually a few minutes early. Excellent ride, very positive experience, fantastic driver.

Great ride home from the hospital, in a clean, lovely Escalade! Driver Ron is awesome! Even packed all my hospital flowers in and out of the car! We will use this service again

Laura was amazing! We had an airport drop off at 4:45am and she was plenty early, super professional and just a delight! I forgot my backpack in her car and she was very pleasant when she got my call asking her to bring it back. I felt horrible! I will definitely use Executive Transportation again. Thank you Laura!

Seriously look no further for your transportation needs. After frustrations with other companies I was really surprised with Executive Transportation. Executive is so easy to work with, 100% professional and their customer service is unrelieved. Amber was so considerate and quick to find the perfect fit to my transportation needs. Their drivers and affiliates are the best in the business. They truly care about their customers. I'll never deal with the headache of any other company again!

Used transportation to and from the airport. Going to the airport was fine, but coming back was not. They don t provide direct contact info for your driver and you must go through a call center so trying to communicate with your driver is difficult. For the price we paid we expected better service, nothing special.

Tremaine was absolutely amazing! She was professional and on time for everything. Way above our expectations no doubt. Definitely will use Executive Transpo again in the future and definitely will love to have her again as a driver for sure.

I have used Executive Transportation on many different occasions. The cars are impeccably clean and maintained, along with extremely elegant. The staff is what sets this business way above others I've used. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and always on time. The Best customer service and experience you will ever have with a transportation company!

Wonderful SERVICE, very clean cars, excellent drivers! I wish I would have found Executive Transportation sooner...it would have made my travel much more happier! So glad to have them on board now! HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Executive transportation in my book is second to none. I really appreciate the last minute accommodations made when we were bringing in a national group. We were throwing a show at the Pour House Minneapolis and platinum recording artist Ying Yang Twins where the main attraction. I was promoting this event and due to unforeseen circumstances the rappers were arriving 4 hours apart from one another. Executive transportation converd the difference at no additional charge. I was told by the owner of the company that he appreciated my business and was always willing to help out a fellow entrepreneur. I highly recommend this transportation company to anyone looking to get exception service.
