Lived in the area for seven years and they always provided me with excellent service with great explanations. Very honest and fair.I recently moved out of the area and I tried a different mechanic. I was able to call up Elwood for my car history and Chris even gave me great insights on the estimates the other place had given me. He took the time out of his day to do that and really went above and beyond. Great customer care.Ellwood is a Kingfield neighborhood gem!

Honest and reliable. Recommend for women, they don't talk down to you or try to up sell. They got my car in right away, fixed it quickly at a reasonable price.

They are extremely fast compared to other automotive shops and reasonably priced. And they maintain social distancing / CDC covid-19 guidelines. You will have to drop your vehicle off and put the key in the slot but you will get a call back with his estimate.

My vehicle was towed into his shop, I spoke with an employee beforehand. Two days later they gave me an estimate, I said YES to ALL of the work ; Suspension, brakes, etc.. $1,500 ? Around, I said please fix it and make it safe, I got my Honda back and thought all the work was completed to find out only half of the work was completed? I went and spoke to the owner who told me to leave, that it was his employee and not him? I said its bad business. Ms. Diana Electric Current.

DO NOT COME HEREWILL KEEP YOUR CAR FOR A WEEK AND NOT REPAIRMade an appointment to have car fixed monday. They kept the car for a week, didnt call to let me know would be later, and never started on car! I tried calling Friday and nobody answered, so I went to pick it up with no progress.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Do not take your car to that place. They stay with your car for a week and they don't do the job well and they make you a very expensive account, they did it to me, I had a very bad experience with those people in that place,They are charlatans. Be careful with them.

They required $490 to replace my Outer Tie Rods....when a buddy and I bought the Outer Tie rods for $64 and replaced both tires under an hour...they are a HUGE SCAM
